Jacob was responsive, showed up on time for the initial appointment. After a quick evaluation, he suggested other items that hadn't occurred to me such as adding the ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and cutting back the siding where it was touching the shingles, something that should have been done when the house was built! Jacob quickly got back to us with what turned out to be the best quote. I greatly appreciated that Jacob happily dropped off the new fascia boards the day before the job started so I could prime and paint them before installation. This saved me a lot of high ladder work to paint them after the fact! Jacob and his crew showed up on time the day the job started and immediately got to work. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They are clearly a well-oiled team and we were amazed that they were able to finish the entire job in only two days, even with a rain delay!
