Impressed with the variety and quality here. They can get away with 1.50 / lbs of bananas right now because they are one of the best in the Hamptons. Some people talk about friendliness from the staff but I feel like they are asking for too much. To add insult or compliment to "injury", my vehicle was probably the cheapest in the parking lot, lol. Great farm stand that grows what it sells. They are one of the best on Long Island and even have local watermelon all summer. Love this place. No eating on the premises unless you bring your own melon knife and trash bag. read more

I love Halsey! They are in a great location relative to my work so I find myself just bopping around Halsey on random days. You MUST pick up some corn, tomatoes and melons when you are there. They have this little melon that is tasty and has a pinkish colored flesh. I forget what it's called but if you ask them for it they will let you know if they have it! read more

Horrible customer service. The young girl with the brown/dark hair was so rude. I had asked another lady if my fiancé could come in with our 8week year old French bulldog in which she said sure as long as you don't touch anything. Then the young girl said what you guys can't be apart ? What customer service is that? A simple no would have sufficed. Horrible! read more

I asked the 2 people working there if the watermelons were "local" and the one girl said she didn't know. She asked the other girl and she didn't know either. I guess that should have been my clue that they weren't. I figured what the hell anyway, it's a farm stand, right? At .80 lb it's got to be good right? Wrong. It has no taste at all. None. Like drinking water. That's it's only quality. It quenches thirst. In this farm stand, I would ALWAYS ask if what you're buying is local. If it's not or they "don't know", it isn't. Don't be an idiot like me and buy it anyway. Stupid watermelon cost upwards of $14 and you get better ones at Shoprite. Live and learn ... read more

The produce here is very good, with a broad selection. However the girls behind the counter are consistently rude and unfriendly. No smiles, no hello, no goodbye, thank you or you're welcome, no eye contact, and if you force them to acknowledge you, they are gruff and disrespectful. There are plenty of other great farm stands around where the staff is friendly and welcoming. Best to go there! read more

Great local farmers market with fresh fruits and veggies. Clean facilities, nice staff, this is my go to when in Southhampton.

Things seem fresh. But... it is an indoor/outdoor farm stand and I was holding my little dog not touching anything and they kicked me out. I thought this was rude and uncalled for when its a farm stand! I understand if I was touching items and my dog was acting up but she is 9 pounds and very quiet and was in my arms. I wish they were more understanding. They didn't seem friendly. They allowed another person's dog to walk around the store!!!!!! And did not say anything! This is just very sad and upsetting. I will not be back and will tell friends! read more

I think this is my favorite in the area. Very large space, indoors with some of the most lush, fresh produce around. Most grown on property which means it's never been on a truck driving around. Truly a must visit. Their beefsteak tomatoes are absolutely delectable. Their broccoli and romaine lettuce was also great, amazing produce, and very fresh. read more
