We had a wonderful experience with Warren's. A neighboring house sprung up in back of us and we needed coverage for privacy. Also needed to take out and replant large trees in the front that were failing. Warren's delivered and installed HUGE TREES and removed dying trees with amazing expertise and grace. They are very professional, the supervisor has been doing this for 42 years. Our sales person was delightful and very communicative and available. The team of workers were efficient, organized, and worked together like a Swiss watch. The trees are spectacular and healthy. They exceeded every expectation. Love them! read more

They're nice if you're white and rich, otherwise stay away. There are other nurseries in the area just as expensive and a lot friendlier.

In November 2013 we purchased (13) evergreen trees 14' high,from Warren's,installed which includes a 2 year replacement guarantee. The original cost was $600 per tree and $300 per tree installation. This winter 4 trees died,after at least 10 calls Warrens replaced the tree with 7' high trees and demanded $300 to install each one. We will sue Warrens. read more

I just dealt with someone from Warrens nursery regarding nursery stock. I have never been treated so rudely for no reason. Her rudeness was totally uncalled for, especially since she was contacting me for help. Her request was unclear and rude, and when I responded politely trying to determine what she was asking for, her rudeness escalated. I have no idea how they have managed to stay in business for so long if this is an example of how Warren's Nursery staff deals with customers and vendors. read more

last spring we did an extensive landscaping job with warrens. they sold us 22 foot leylnds and half of them died. they have refused to help us any longer. they are bad business people. do not work with them, especially brenda barclay. she is not honest. we are consulting our lawyer. read more

Go to Warren's for your native plants, and ask for the Provenance Natives label. This is the ONLY nursery in the area that grows native plants from locally collected seeds, thus providing local genotypes best suited for the climate and soil conditions on the South Fork. I've bought many natives from them, and absolutely love dealing with the staff. Vicki Bustamante is an incredible resource for all things native - she lectures about native plants throughout the summer. She's a local hero! The rest of the staff have been unfailingly easy to deal with, and fabulously patient and helpful. My new aster garden is to die for! All the plants came from Provenance Natives. My 20 new bayberries (Vicki helped me sex them to make sure I had male and female plants) were covered with berries this fall and attracted yellow rump warblers galore. My tiny sweet gum and tupelo, planted when about 12 inches tall, are thriving in their second year. And my chokecherry, blueberries, sumac, and Ilex glabra are looking mighty fine. read more
