The service and wait staff were exceptional! What a great time with some fun entertainment! Cudo's to Hamburger Mary's! The burger was delicious and our reservation was ready when we arrived. If I had to make any needs for improvements, it would be the front entrance as the landscape was poorly planted and the front façade and pick up drop off area was dirty and broken. Stopped in for lunch. Walking in the lobby smelled like toilet bowl cleaner, the smell got more subtle when we sat down but it was still lingering. I got the queen Mary burger, when I received it the bun was soggy, like really soggy. I took 2 bites and was done. I am hoping that it was just an issue at lunch as maybe they are more on their game at dinner. I'll give it another try at dinner, hoping that they are more on their game. It was a first time experience for me Thursday evening. The appetizer and food was a bit pricey but the performer was was very good. The down side was allowing kids. Two children were there and gave money to the performer. In my opinion not suitable for children. read more

We came here for lunch today (Sunday) and it was perfect! Tyler was our server- he was super helpful and so quick with refills, food suggestions and grabbing us extra sauces or last minute order additions. He was so sweet and happy- awesome to presence and cool atmosphere. I actually got the chicken tenders- I was expecting the average frozen/ reheated ones but NO- these were handmade and with freakin love! Hands down best chicken tenders I've ever had--- and I normally wouldn't even order them. We will definitely come back and bring the girls! Can't wait to see a show here! read more

If it was based on the taste of food, it would 5 stars...unfortunately, the price is astronomical...it cost my family of 4 over $80 to eat at a burger place...and on top of that, most days, they aren't even doing a show...so if you want expensive burgers, this is your place. read more

Horrible place during Covid restrictions, no staff preparing the food or handling the food in back wearing masks. When approached by the apparent owner "ralph" was told they did not have to wear masks in food prep and handling areas. When calling the covid line of ohio department of health and any googling of ohio and covid regulations it says that masks are required. Ralph was incredibly rude and one point in the night observed tickling the back of an employee in a inappropriate way. When Ralph was presented with this information of what the regulations are he was even more hostile. read more

Fantastic burger and awesome entertainment. The performers are hit or miss but there's always at least one or two who are really passionate about putting on a show. I'm proud of Toledo for continuing to evolve and grow in multiple capacities. If you haven't tried Hamburger Mary's, I would definitely recommend getting a group together and doing so! read more

This is my first time here. Service was great but I had a meal that was almost $14 and the 'tenders' were no bigger than a cocktail shrimp. Great, great, great food and drinks. Staff was awesome. Up the Mac and cheese bites. There aren't enough for the price.....But they're amazing. The show needs a little more pizzazz. Lip syncing for dollars could up their game a little bit. All in all, I'm happy to patronage love and acceptance in every way possible. I'll be back soon, QUEENS. It was such a lovely night out. The burgers were excellent and the entertainment was amazing! The restaurant has plenty of seating and a great view of downtown Toledo. The bar has a selection of craft beers, cocktails, and wine. Great place to go with family and friends for good food and some entertainment. Lots of laughs and fun to make for a memorable trip with our group. read more

Ok, so I had a previous review from when it first opened. It Was a great review. Sadly, I was there a week ago when it reopened post CoVid shutdown. This time it is a bad review. The service was poor. I had to go find my waiter to ask for napkins and silverware. I saw the person going around collecting for the drag performers more than my waiter. Not to mention I was already charged an entertainment fee per person. The food was rather lackluster and very expensive. I will not be returning. read more

I took my 13 year old grand-daughter there and we had an awesome time! we got a reservation and off we went. I do not think you have to have a reservation however, with things opening back up I can clearly see this place being packed - and there is patio dining as well! some may think the place is pricey but I do not. I think the food was awesome, the atmosphere was so much fun and I won a pair of blue tooth head phones playing bingo! I would definitely recommend this place to all. we really enjoyed ourselves and my grand-daughter thought the bingo caller was beautiful and absolutely loved her cape! will be back for my birthday next month! read more

We ate at hamburger Mary's on a Saturday most most most disappointed whoever purchased the franchise spent no money on decor they did not utilize the marquee out front to its advantage they did not utilize the lobby to its advantage lobby had a very unpleasant odor when we came in waitresses were not polite the food was the worst I've ever had with we claim we visited there twice our first and our last time most most most disappointing whoever purchased this really needs to to look at what they've done and try to create something that's more in line with the dock space that they're operating under. read more

We went here today with my family. Their was a total of 9 of us. I would say that the food wasn't that good and it was just your average Berger. In my family their was a total of three of us in one bill and two people got burgers and one god a chicken wrap. We ordered to drinks and one water. The meal was very pricey and was 80 dollars for us three. Our French fry portion was very small. We came here to experience the show and have been here a total of three times. We haven't saw one show not even once and have been there around five and six each time very disappointing. Thought that this restaurant was for entertainment purposes and is the only reason we came here. Probably won't come back for awhile. Weird how they made it seem like a big fun atmosphere and we experienced nothing. :( read more
