I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.

He took his time and was considerate to go above and beyond to not further damage the truck while loading it onto the flatbed. It was an extremely cold night with temps in the 20"s and stong wind but he took his time and saved the truck from getting torn up while loading and unloading. Three weeks later I find out they have no insurance. No garagekeepers, no general liability. They were very unprofessional and they refused to fix their mistakes even after being given many opportunities to do so. They blocked my phone number and blamed me for the issue.
