I'm not really sure I could ask for anything more in a doctors' office. It looks like a private home from the outside but don't let the looks fool you. It's comfortable inside and gives you more of a home feel versus a doctors office. It's a smaller sized office which I like even more, really feels comfortable in here. Here's the best part, when I walked in there was no one ahead of me and they took me right on time with my appointment! Not the usual wait you get anywhere else you go. I was very impressed, off to a very good start! Then I met my dermatologist Santiago Centurian - she was fantastic!! Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and explained EVERYTHING about my skin to me! I highly recommend her! I got a complete exam and I was back in the road in under a half hour! Very highly recommended if you're looking for a dermatologist anywhere in the Freehold area, you won't be disappointed! Best part is how quickly they get you in and out. I've been going here for about a year, seeing David Davidson for cystic ace. I genuinely think this…read moremight be the worst doctor I've ever had. The way they operate is very sketchy. They run your insurance for different things then you've actually gone in for (I think to make more money from the insurance). I've been prescribed things or had the mail away pharmacy (that they push you to use) lose my prescription only to be told I'd have to come in and pay another copay just to get the issue resolved. Most recently I got blood work done for them. they called me, told me their was an issue, and when I pushed for specifics they wouldn't tell me. They refused to send me my blood work and when I asked my medical records be sent to my new dermatologist they hung up on me. The lab (which they pushed me to use, in the same building) doesn't appear on the directory for the building, doesn't come up online and doesn't have any associated phone numbers. They don't do refills on any medications (according to him) which seemed really odd at first because other dermatologists I've had have no problems putting refills on antibiotics. the he convinced me to use this mail-away pharmacy which often takes two or more weeks to get my prescription (so by the time i go in, get a refill and receive it, I've been off the antibiotic for several weeks and it no longer works. Certainly the worst office I've ever had to deal with. You can't contact them directly, you have to go through their phone system. the operators are okay, but don't really know what they're doing and tend to mess up.There actual staff and supervisors are very rude and transfer you from department to department until you hit someone's answering machine. I've been on hold with them for over an hour. Overall I've been getting the feeling that this is one big insurance scam for over a year. One giant headache after the next with this company.

I scheduled two separate visits after the initial "consult" where I paid my $60 co-pay. For a total of $180 after being told that the insurance company covers two removals per visit for the cost of my co-pay. Then I am billed on the back end for money I was promised by the doctor three times I would not have to pay. While I understand now, that the health insurance ins and outs cannot be known by my doctor. I would hope that my doctor is smart enough (especially if they are doing surgery on me) to be able to say the following words to their possible uninformed patients... "I do not know what the charges would be for this but we can provide you with the coding so you can speak to your insurance provider to get a proper estimate of what you will be billed". They would rather bait and switch a customer by luring them into having procedures done and billing them on the back end. Thanks for this doc, I appreciate you basically stealing money out of my pocket for a non-required "consultation" and then billing me on the back end. Not that I need the money now that I'm having my first child but I'm sure you could use the money more than I do. Run away from this place.

I asked her if we could do patch testing and I could go to an Allergist. She indicated she could do the testing there. I asked her when could we begin the testing to which she indicated after two weeks if my rash didn't clear up. Then we'll do the testing. I was surprised because I thought shouldn't we get to the root cause? Instead I felt like we just put a bandaid over the problem. The topical cream did make my rash go away though.

While she was very nice, she popped a cyst I have had for more than 15 years during her exam. I reached out twice b/c the prescription was taking so long. By Friday I was in so much pain I could barely move. I called and was prescribed an antibiotic without any option to be seen. A full week later, still in pain, I called again and was told I should go to the ER. . . .which I did. My main reason for seeing a dermatologist was for a totally unrelated rash. A month later I am still dealing with the aftermath of something specifically caused by the PA. I understand that these things happen and I wouldn't be so bothered EXCEPT Cindy has NOT ONCE gotten on the phone when I have called. Every single time she has had someone else call me back. Even when recommending I go to the ER! Obviously, I'm not going back. I'm so disappointed in the lack of accountability or care for the mistake they made. The positive is that the front desk and the people who have called me have been very kind.

I called on Thursday and was seen in the office on Friday - my appt was during lunch (12:15) and they kept to that appt time, like trained professionals should. I saw the Nurse Practitioner (Larissa Lobato) for a full body skin cancer scan - she was extremely thorough, even had some blue ray light which could detect cancer cells. After she scanned my skin, she reviewed everything with me and even showed pictures of my moles she thought were suspect. She took samples of those spots to send to the lab. After the skin scan, I had other questions about my face and she was very patient and knowledgeble and took care and time with my questions. I am so relieved to have found this place. I went to this injector with concerns about possible filler migration in my lips. I was told everything looked normal and that there was no migration. Trusting that professional opinion, I left things alone -- but deep down, something didn't feel right. I eventually went to a different injector for a second opinion, and she immediately identified significant filler migration, not just in my lips but extending around my mouth. It was so extensive that I had to have all the filler dissolved. What was even more concerning was that the second injector told me that my lip anatomy was not well-suited for the amount of filler that was originally used -- and that I should have never been injected with that much in the first place. For context, it was only one syringe, but even that was too much for my natural structure. She said a more experienced or ethical injector would have advised me to start with less, or not inject at all. I wish the original injector had been honest and taken a more conservative approach instead of brushing off my concerns and pretending everything looked fine. Transparency, education, and good judgment are key qualities in a medical aesthetic provider -- and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. After the dissolver was injected, my lips became extremely swollen -- a common reaction only when filler is present. If there had been no filler, my lips would not have reacted this way. I started going here bc I had a groupon for laser hair removal. I can't say that I had the greatest luck with the laser hair removal and I am fair skinned with nearly black hair. I did all of my treatments, they were performed by Lee and she is very sweet. I did have pretty significant hair reduction but not quite as good as the results as other places with a different type of laser. However, I have NEVER felt like I was treated any less bc I used a groupon. Since I started going there, and bc it is over an hour drive for me, I started doing botox and fillers to make the drive worthwhile. Based on every conversation I have had with other people, laser & aesthetic medical center offers the best prices. Not only that, but Dr. Singhvi does an amazing job! He takes his time every time I go in there and studies my face to make sure he does what needs to be done with the amount of product he has to work with. He knows I'm on a budget and I only come in when there are specials and that doesn't matter to him. He absolutely gives me the best results with whatever amount he has to work with and he does not make me feel pressured to purchase anything else.
