So when I originally started with this practice I saw Dr. Poblete. She was always patient, took her time, and was willing to answer questions. I now see her P.A. Went for a skin cancer screening. Had a few spots that I wanted checked out. Office staff were pleasant. Waiting area is very nice. Ms. Hassanali provided my care. She recommended doing a biopsy of 3 areas. I thought that was routine procedure. As she does the biopsies, she noted most people wanted the areas checked over time. Good to know now that I'm in the middle of the procedure. She cauterized the areas. When home doing wound care, I find she removed the entire area that looked odd. The wounds still haven't fully healed after over 3 months and they will scar. I have 2 areas in the back of my calves that look horrible. First, reviewing all options with me should be done. Telling me that the entire discolored areas will be cut out and how slowly those biopsy areas will heal, and that they will scar, would have influenced my decision. I didn't have enough information to make an informed decision. Now I have still healing wounds on my legs. Yes, I did go to follow-up appointments and was told legs heal last and slowly. My summer was ruined due to these wounds and I'll be scared. Not impressed at all with the care. read more

This was my first time meeting Dr Poblete and it wasn't an accident .. I read through hundreds of reviews looking for the perfect dermatologist and she was a shining star- her reviews were consistent and seemed genuine. I went in for a cosmetic appointment and I appreciate that she didn't jump at the opportunity to take money from me. She listened to my concerns and made a recommendation that will save me money in the long run and quite frankly- she was a professional.. I went in telling her what I wanted to do and she was experienced enough to tell me that my course of action may not be the best for me. I especially appreciate that she understands my ethnic skin and didn't give me a one sized fits all solution. Went here for service in 2019. They sent a bill, we immediately paid it and thought we were done. More than 2 years later (when you or the banks customer service can't see your bank statements online and are forced to go to the bank) they sent us to collections! I immediately called them and said, if we owed money, how come you never sent another bill, or contact us?! The lady in the billing department said they sent us three notices and called us multiple times. I asked, did you leave voicemails and she said yeah we have it here in the notes. We know for a fact they're lying! We never had any missed calls, we never got one piece of mail other than the original bill we paid, and we returned all voice messages we ever received! Had to take off of work to go to the bank to print up the statement and go through many hurdles to get this cleared! Very shady employees with very sketchy business practices! Sorry, my experience with the office staff was less than positive. On three occasions they made mistakes. First, a preauthorization form from Express Scripts sat in the Fax tray from early Friday afternoon until Monday. Next, a phone call to inform me of my upcoming surgery. However, I only had a follow-up appointment for eyelid dermatitis the following day. Finally, I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half as others were ushered in for their appointments. I was then asked who I was and did I sign in. Yes, I even paid my copay. Once, twice, three mistakes are unprofessional and inexcusable. If it were not for Anne Marie and the nurse, I would have walked out. I will not be returning due to the inefficient and unprofessional office staff . read more

I have been to Dr. Poblete for a yearly exam and she is very thorough. I recently has an allergic reaction to medication and had hives/rash.
