Absolutely do not use matt Hamilton, He is the not going to handle your case what he will do is make sexual advances towards your wife and when he finds out he can't get in her pants he will screw you over instead! He completely misrepresented me and my wife and now we facing things that not only do we not have the money to deal with being he was paid in full by the both of us to handle separate cases, but because of his incompetent work and just plain not doing his job we are in utter turmoil facing more legal issues than we started with. I sincerely hope people get together to have this man fired and never be able to do this to anybody else. He took our money and kicked us down a hole of which we are struggling to get out of. He should be in prison where he almost sent me. We had to hire another lawyer and are completely tapped out of funds. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Uses unhelpful analogies, wastes time, contradicts himself, and then insults you for asking clarifying questions. Never apologizes. Thinks he's always right. Matt Hamilton puts together contracts that look like they're written by a 12-year-old and charges you for it. Doesn't answer your questions, insults your intelligence, openly tells you in writing his other clients are more important than you, and then, if you express disapproval, makes sure to tell you, "negative reviews do not upset me." I believe him when he says negative reviews do not upset him. He thinks he's always right. I'm writing this review not for him, but for people that are looking for competent legal help. You will not find it if you hire Matt Hamilton. He seems initially friendly, but take it from me and my experience wasting thousands of dollars - you will regret it. Matt Hamilton is the best lawyer for a Kansas City auto accident. They do not do many malpractice cases. I would recommend another law firm for other issues. This law firm tends to only take cases with permanent injury. I talked with Joe and Matt. Their approach is different than other attorneys. They do a hard investigation up front. This may be wasted effort; but the Hamiltons get all the accident evidence early. Apparently that is useful. I had a car accident in Lee's Summit. We were traveling from South Carolina through Chicago. My back got hurt. My injury only seemed to get worse. Insurance said I would be fine; but I only got delays and excuses. I know when I am being put off. These accident lawyers made my demand and got me policy limits in 30 days.
