After I agreed he came out within a few days and, while rebuilding agreed it was structurally sound and completed the repairs in an afternoon at the agreed-upon price. Appointment was made, but then a 'no-show.' Finally someone came out to see what needed to be done, and then a quote was sent to me. Unfortunately I had a situation to take care of for about 3 weeks before I was able to reply to their quote (which was higher than I anticipated). Once I reduced the amount of projects that I needed done immediately so that I could lower the quote (I expected a quote per project) and get the work started asap, Jose' said he would call the following week, either Saturday or Sunday (which was Mother's Day). They never sent another quote, and when I asked if he could get back to me prior to Sunday, that's when I never heard back from him. This is not the way to conduct business!

He has a guy they can float us to go the topsoil work and grading on the sides now that the driveway is finished but we have to wait until spring now. We got what we paid for and are happy with the result.
