By 8:30am Corbin and crew were already at our house with diagnostic equipment and a water damage mitigation plan. He was extremely patient to explain the whole process, start to finish, and even helped us understand the steps to filing an insurance claim. His team worked weekend days to get the work done quickly, and 4 days after we woke up to a kitchen waterfall we were all dry again. Of course, parts of our kitchen had to be removed and demolished to get all the air-moving equipment access to dry out the walls, but even the contractors coming to patch everything back up were impressed with how careful the Restorex team was to only demolish what was necessary to carry out their mitigation plans. Her house was listed for sale, so I needed everything to move quickly. They sent someone out in a very reasonable time, and he was very friendly and full of promises. The roof was going to be paid for mostly out of pocket due to the age of the previous roof, so I wanted an actual price quote. He would not give me the quote saying it was a red flag if a person wants to know the actual price since it is usually covered by insurance, however he knew the situation. It took multiple calls and texts to finally get the quote, and he pressured me to get a full roof replacement instead of half. I know it is his job to sell, but I felt totally pressured. There was at least one time we had an appointment to meet at the house and he cancelled after I was already there and it was close to our appointment time. By this time, an offer had been made and accepted on the house, so I was in a time crunch, so I did not want to start the process over with a new company since I had spent so much time with Rees. I was told I had to put down a certain amount to get on the schedule, but I wrote that check and was told I needed to put more down. I finally got on the schedule and the roof was replaced. The gutters were to be replaced as well, but that did not happen until multiple days after the roof, but that was never communicated with me. The chimney cap needed a refresh (repaint basically) and that was in the contract as well, but he kept pushing me to replace the chimney cap before it was even refreshed. I finally got enough of what they promised, but it took a lot of repeated inquiries on my part. When we were paying out of pocket for a complete new roof, I would think they would readily honor my time and their promises.

The whole process was a cat and mouse game that they are experts at. They don't honor anything that they say they will do and use cheap materials even if it says on your contract that they will supply quality materials. I would never recommend this company after they showed no interest in making my house what I wanted. Promises made and broken daily. We never were given any specific dollar amounts except the total. This way they can shift the details around to maximum profit. Bottom line is protect your investment.........go somewhere else for work on your home.
