Everyone in this company should be required to wear hearing aids. They only hear their profit margins. They put my wife and I through hell for 14 months on a rebuild on the inside of my house. And in the end when they were working off a so called "punch list" we had to fire our contractor. We spoke to a "supervisor" who was rude and accusatory saying that we kept adding to that list. I wish that I had been quicker to react to the sub par work being done in my home. See pictures below. The whole process was a cat and mouse game that they are experts at. They don't honor anything that they say they will do and use cheap materials even if it says on your contract that they will supply quality materials. I would never recommend this company after they showed no interest in making my house what I wanted. Promises made and broken daily. We never were given any specific dollar amounts except the total. This way they can shift the details around to maximum profit. Bottom line is protect your investment.........go somewhere else for work on your home. read more

in 2022 they put a roof,siding and gutters on my home charged my insurance 33,000.00 for the worst job I have ever seen I fought them from the start all the way to November got the attorney general involved the town manager and still having problems they got the roof to work for their 2 year warranty workmanship and no it has ruined my ceiling and wall in my living room and says the warranty is expired and sad it is your chimney so I have a chimney guy come out the only problem is caulking and sealing to my shingles on my roof which caused a valley for water to go into my ceiling and attic go to the attic you see a whole outline of my chimney and it is daylight from where no j channel was put up and the siding was pieced together and gapped all the way around my house it wont stay on clips are broke in many places so we have to nail it to our house to keep it on the scope says 6 inch gutter I got 5" they send out third party people to do their work for a little bit of nothing they did my porch rails cut it short which is cedar and they caulked it to cover that up. read more

My insurance company sent Rees out to do the inspection on damage and provide pictures and an estimate. The owner himself came out, and he was likeable and seemed helpful. Talked through what they would do, and said they work well with my adjustor. I was told to sign for the estimate and they would send it to the insurance company. What I wasn't told was that by signing I was "agreeing" to use them for whatever work and money the insurance company approved of, or face a 25% cancellation penalty!!!! I will not use this company again due to the pushiness and lack of follow through on promises. I requested a quote for roof damage on my mom's roof after a tree fell on it. Her house was listed for sale, so I needed everything to move quickly. They sent someone out in a very reasonable time, and he was very friendly and full of promises. The roof was going to be paid for mostly out of pocket due to the age of the previous roof, so I wanted an actual price quote. He would not give me the quote saying it was a red flag if a person wants to know the actual price since it is usually covered by insurance, however he knew the situation. It took multiple calls and texts to finally get the quote, and he pressured me to get a full roof replacement instead of half. I know it is his job to sell, but I felt totally pressured. There was at least one time we had an appointment to meet at the house and he cancelled after I was already there and it was close to our appointment time. By this time, an offer had been made and accepted on the house, so I was in a time crunch, so I did not want to start the process over with a new company since I had spent so much time with Rees. I was told I had to put down a certain amount to get on the schedule, but I wrote that check and was told I needed to put more down. I finally got on the schedule and the roof was replaced. The gutters were to be replaced as well, but that did not happen until multiple days after the roof, but that was never communicated with me. The chimney cap needed a refresh (repaint basically) and that was in the contract as well, but he kept pushing me to replace the chimney cap before it was even refreshed. I finally got enough of what they promised, but it took a lot of repeated inquiries on my part. After contacting them to appraise the water damage in my home, the first person was a no show. Contacted the company again and the appraiser was late. He finally came for a appraisal and told me he would sent the estimate to my insurance company. A week later I called and he didn't even su mit the quote. Go ahold of the company again and was contacted by another appraiser who stated he would look into the first quote. Never heard from him again. The company assigned another appraiser and After a day, he stated that the company won't do the job since they didn't do the dry out. Waste of my time. I had hail damage on my roof, siding and gutters. The claim was started in March. I was told they would handle the insurance claim and adjuster. The insurance company was efficient. They never got the pictures that was sent by Rees. The roof was first to be completed I believe in May, I had a leak after the first hard rain. They caulked but left in a mess. color doesn't match. I had to call multiple times to get a response. The siding was next in July. Lots of excuses, I 'll check on the schedule, the supplier doesn't have your color, I never got your email. They have called the schedule manager and it has been a month and still no results. Last week they did a roof on my street but no one came to finish my job. What is now left is minimal but still needs completed timely. read more

I had them come out to my house to do an estimate. My God it took them over two weeks to get back to me. Boy they added things to their estimate, instead helping they tried to do more work than what was needed. Only had damage to my roof, instead just the roof, Rees wanted to replace all the cutters, siding, and garage door. What a joke. I would recommend these guys for nothing.
