When you are looking to hire a realtor- don't bother with looking for those big brands- get their license number and verify the license- it will tell you how many years they have been working and that is the key to your sale. I was too hung up on that and it cost me time on market and money. Lesson learned- Experience is the most important. I chose option b because I'm frankly strapped for time. I put in a quote on Yelp and several businesses answered. I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. I was happy with the service, and if I'm strapped for time, I'd hire them again. The house was left clean and I thought the price was reasonable.

She spends hours upon hours on live podcasts disparaging others and is very lou and very foul mouthed. If you want a realtor who is constantly consumed with vehemently insulting others on her YouTube channel and who's obviously not out there doing business or selling your house....she's your gal ! I'm relocating soon to Tally. i will definitely look up realtor recommendations on Yelp as I have in the past. Generally get great recommendations from Yelp.
