This was my first experience at Hammer and Nails, and from the moment I stepped into this location, I felt at home! The atmosphere in this place is designed for guys. From the leather barber chairs, to the lounge area with beer, cigars and other beverages, to the outgoing staff that greet you like an old friend, I was impressed from the start. Jamie welcomed me at the front desk, and I was introduced to my technician, Christina, before given the VIP tour of the club. The facility is very clean, warm and chill. I couldn't wait to sit down and have the luxury pedicure I was promised. You get your own deluxe leather chair to sit, with a remote to your own flat screen TV, and noise cancelling headphones if you want complete silence and comfort. Since it was my first time there, I was offered a complimentary beverage of choice as well, which is reserved for members. We like Kelsey and Angelic for our Premium Manicures and Premium Pedicures. My favorite thing is probably how shiny my nails stay all month long until my next appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing and they have big screen tvs throughout the place for you to watch and stay entertained. The complimentary drink is a nice compliment. They do have a comfortable section outside to sit and for cigar enthusiasts. They have their own brand of cigars. We like the products they sell. One of the products lines I use (Anthony's) at home is really good product. Everyone seems very nice and professional. We have had multiple haircuts and they were top rated too. I was a customer for several years and took advantage of their seasonal suspension program, which allows members to pause their membership while away during the summer. I initiated the suspension in May 2025 on my last visit before leaving Naples -- only to discover in August that charges had continued uninterrupted. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the error and promised a resolution. That resolution amounted to a single month's credit for three months of unauthorized charges. I let it go to avoid the hassle. When I returned to Naples, I chose not to reactivate my membership due to their poor business practices. In March 2026, I discovered they had reactivated it without my authorization. I contacted them immediately and received only text messages assuring me the membership was canceled and the matter would be resolved. Several weeks passed with no credit applied. I have now contacted them eight times. On the eighth attempt, I was told a manager would call the following day. Two weeks later, I am still waiting. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I would further encourage the corporate franchisor to evaluate this location -- their conduct is a direct disservice to the brand they represent. read more

This place is all about bait and switch. When I signed up last month, they told me that there was a "points based system". I was told my membership included two basic services every month. I came in today to ask for the two basic services that were included in my membership. I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I specifically asked for 2 services that were included in my membership. I was given a manicure and pedicure. Upon finishing both I was told that the pedicure was a "premium service" and not included in my membership. I made it very clear to the young woman upfront that I wanted to use my "points". No one explained that what I was getting would be beyond the membership services and was asked to pay additional. I specifically said at the front desk when I walked in I want whatever was included with my membership and that I actually had three points coming to me- one left over from last month plus the two for this month. This a great place for guys to get a haircut, manicure, or a number of other grooming services. The vibe is masculine and the service is outstanding. Yes, you might pay a bit more than in some other places, but the hospitality and quality of service is well worth it. A nice touch is the lounge where you can wait while enjoying a craft beer from the bar. The membership plans are worth it if you will be a regular customer. Love this place! read more

Best hair cut in naples. Unfortunately for a man like me with little free time i had trouble making a good appointment. Its expensive to be a member here so it was sad too see that i could never nail down an appointment once a month. In addition two of the times i showed up for my appointment i was told "we just sat the barber you normally go to" (even though i had an appointment) naturally this is upsetting. Mediocre Style. But where's the substance? I wasn't going to leave a review, but after I got some sleep I couldn't shake this feeling that I should share my experience. First please understand I had a credit for a premium service, my hair stylist herniated a disc, and I had a black tie event to go to then next day so, I was in a pinch. When you walked in I got the feeling that H&N was trying too hard. I'm from Brooklyn where every other hipster barbershop has a cool esthetic, offers you a beer, whiskey or espresso. Sure the set up was clean and could be cool, but there was zero authenticity. Ashley, was very, very nice. She saved this review. welcomed me and went through the script as I would want my hostess to do. She walked me through the "hair room," "last look" room, (or something like that - it was a bathroom, "hand and foot room," and bar where you can choose between beer whine water or nespresso. (It was 10am. I got a water) Then, the manager Jason came up to me and said hello. Little bit of small talk. At this point everything was going just fine. Then my barber comes in. She did not say much to me the entire haircut. I had to start the convo. She did not ask me what I wanted. I had to show her. Then she just went for it. Now I had long-ish hair that is very thick and I wanted a little cut off and clean up for a banquet...let's just say my hair is going to be growing back for a while. The barber, had a headphone in the entire time. She did not offer for me to choose the television channel, she did not pass me my free drink. Then I asked if she could clean up my beard and trim down and trim my mustache. She said "the barbers do that. I can't." Excuse me? I did not want a straight razor. I wanted to clean up my face and style my mustache after to complete the haircut at this barbershop. Alas, she did not seem too enthusiastic. The haircut is fine. But not $82 fine. I do not know where they get off charging what would have cost me $100 after tip. There is very little texture or layering to my hair. It's essentially a "fancy" supercut. I don't know what the "normal" haircut would be, but save your money. Last thing. They were all SO FOCUSSED on trying to sell me on the $189 monthly members and how I'd save on the services and get three services a month plus 2 free drinks each time. No thanks for me. For comparison my haircut, at a Salon, with a snack, a drink, a wash, a bear trim, is $30 plus tip Again the haircut is fine. But just wanted you to know this "luxury" experience could use some TLC. Way over priced and very insistent people trying to sell you a membership. The haircut wasn't even mediocre! After I went home and bathed my hair looked terrible.I also Received a pedicure and I could have received a better job from a family member of mine. My pedicure was over $75.00 and my haircut was over $50.00. If you think that if you go your going to be pampered as my wife believed, you are mistaken. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I highly recommend Hammer & Nails Grooming Salon. My boyfriend always groomed his beard on his own. I treated him to a beard grooming and a head shave service.
