This was the worst salon experience I've had. My hair turned out orange, and I was there for over 2.5 hours for a color and highlights. I called afterwards to talk to the owner and instead of calling me back, she had her independent contractor call me. And all of this for $225 plus a 20% tip. Why? I am giving the stylist Sara a 1 Star review. While in for a shampoo and blow-dry, she used a small round brush to do my blow-dry, and TWICE got the brush stuck in my hair, and literally YANKED my hair out! This has never happened to me before! When I called the owner to report my awful experience, she said, "What would you like me to do? My suggestion is to use some one else next time." Clearly that was not exactly the response I was hoping for! No apology, no outrage. Very disappointing! read more

It was my first time coming to Fringe Salon and was in need of getting my bangs trimmed. Everyone was beyond friendly and I was greeted with a ice cold water. After of hours of research, I finally narrowed down a few salons here in Naples. I am extremely picky and only have had my hair done by two people my whole life. After reading great reviews, fringe was my first pick. I called as soon as they opened and was able to set an appointment with Danielle that same day. She was amazing! I showed her pictures of the cut and color I wanted. She and I agreed my hair was almost as blonde as the photo and informed me that it would damage my hair. I agreed and decided to go with a trim. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Fringe.  Andrea B. did an amazing job on my color and cut.  I tried something a little outside of the box and when I discovered I wasn't comfortable with it she brought me back in and did an incredible job touching it up.  I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Andrea to anyone who likes a stylist that pays attention to detail. I can not speak for any other stylist except Jen Leete. She is an experienced stylist that knows how to really use her tools. She gave me the exact cut I asked for and was easy to be around. I'm picky about the way stylist use their sheers on my hair, yet she has confidence and probably should be teaching her techniques. As for the salon itself, it's nothing special.. Small, busy, the music was average. I would have liked to been offered a beverage upon arrival. I recommend Jen all day long . read more

Came in for a walk in haircut and highlights. I was immediately greeted by Victoria. I told her what I wanted and she was happy to set me up with an appointment later that afternoon. When I returned later I was offered coffee tea or water right away. She took her time with me and I could tell she really enjoys doing hair. I left there with a new haircut and a full head of highlights that came out perfect. I could not ask for a better stylist. A short while after my first appointment I received a letter that she was moving to a private salon called phenix salon suites just over a couple of blocks. To begin, I've not been pleased with the outcome of having my hair colored with any Salon in the past. In desperate need of a haircut I decided on Fringe Salon as there were great reviews on this business. I made an appointment with Trish for a cut/color. Upon entering the salon was very busy and very clean. The receptionist quickly approached me to ask if I'd like anything to drink. I met Trish and she promptly told me how to achieve my goal in color. I was hesitant but after 40 minutes when the color was washed out I was thrilled. Next my haircut was exactly what I envisioned! Now I'm at ease with the prospect of having someone who gets what I'm looking for in color/cut. Trish was Excellent!!!! You won't be disappointed. read more

I'm shocked there aren't more reviews for Fringe Hair Salon. I'm guessing because its' patrons don't want others to know about this gem! I have fairly long hair and am very picky about who gets to touch my hair. After researching reviews on other sites I zeroed in on Danielle at Fringe. Bingo, she listens (a very strong trait), confirms as she is cutting and remains focused on me & my hair throughout the appointment....unlike many others (at other salons) who are busy gossiping with the other stylists and not focused on their client. Recovering from a bad h/c, I was nervous to get a h/s at Fringe, but the reviews for Danielle made me feel that I would be in good hands. I was wrong. $70 + tip for a haircut that when I went home looked closely is longer on one side and the layers uneven. Serum was used in my hair and by EOD my hair was greasy and limp - the blow dry did not make it through the day!!! I should have saved my money and had my hair cut somewhere else!!!
