I'm forced to now take administrative steps against the company because they left our job…read morewith the wrong kitchen cabinet doors (wrongful order that they promised to rectify and replace) and have also misplaced our cabinet door hardware (I estimate $2,500-3,000 total costs). The doors are expensive and they've recently just said 'ya we're not going to pay for them' to get replaced. They've played games with me for 5 months (since March) going hot and cold on finishing the job which includes getting to the point in July where I actually drive 2 hrs to a distributor they identified to verify the new correct doors only for them to go silent for 6 weeks, not place the order, and after 6 weeks just tell us its not going to happen. During a big reno-job for a 1,000 sq/ft condo the company's CEO misordered a number of things (faucets, bathroom vanity's) and cabinet doors which do not match what we already had on the walls. The time and patience I've given this company for their front office has been incredible - including hostility and hangups from the CEO on phone calls. I do no believe the front office of this organizations is capable of managing a larger job and its complexities (not to mention dealing with insurance companies and how to go back and forth on prices and costs). The only upside, I appreciated the handyman they sent out as he worked his butt off and had to constantly redo the work from his rotating cast of sidekicks who seemed brand new.

Madewell Cabinetry just finished a project in my kitchen installing new cabinets where there were none before (the rest of the kitchen will come later). Tolga and Serdar were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the estimate, to the proposal, to the install itself, it could not have been a better experience. The materials that they use are top notch, they were incredibly respectful of the space in terms of cleaning up, etc. The prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the workmanship. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity

This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.
