After a terrible experience with a previous contractor that stole $30,000 and ended with a breach…read moreof contract lawsuit, enter Oasis Pavers and Pools. Contacted 4 pool contractors, 3 provided estimates site unseen. Tom of Oasis P&P came on site, explained the process, whipped out an elevation tool and took 30+ elevation measurements that constructed a drainage plan of the topology. This was a critical step to identify the quantity of fill/paver base to obtain the elevation needed to meet drainage plan requirements After signing the contract to build and a visit to the home office to pick tile and surface, the build was off and running with Tom S., the project manager, overseeing every step in the process. In addition to Tom, Rob, (company founder?) joined Tom to go over drainage plan. Rob offered some amazing changes which reduced the cost by $4,200 by eliminating linear drains, replacing the water flow with ever so slight elevation change and swale to one drain that then routed to the street (a Dunedin engineering requirement) Oasis has some mighty fine sub's what I will mention by name here: 1) Site excavation - Austin/Preston running the equipment for his father's company, 18Mar2025 2) Pool shell build - unknown name, but heck of a job 3) Shotcrete - G&P shot crete, Oscar 4) Plumber - Humberto, holy cow cannot say enough good things. The two young workers dug a trench 40' x 36" wide and layed several hundred feet of sch 40 PVC for two bubblers, two main drains, two vacuum lines, 3 returns and two pool LED lights. An additional 1' x 36" deep x 35' for future electric and water for an outdoor kitchen. 5) Tile and coping - Ivan, masterful 6) Paver crew - OMG, Primo is the man's name, at least that what he answers too, what a crew!! 5,600 sf of pavers, worked 12 hour days, nailed the drainage plan, implemented the drain to the street and laughed, had fun doing it. The lead, Google translate worked well for detailed conversation but simple things Primo knows enough english to get the job done. This crew accomplished amazing things with pavers and this job was not a simple one on top of being fairly large. We're not to completion yet, but anticipate paver completion the week of 21Apr and pool surface the week of 28Apr2025. We will be swimming in May. One VERY satisfied Oasis Pavers and Pools customer

The install was great but the warranty service has been non existent. I have been totally ghosted, the Pentair equipment has not worked properly since day one. Robert the warranty director assisted initially but now does not return calls or text messages. My warranty is almost up, I assume that is the plan, ignore the customer until it is no longer under warranty. Pentair Keeps you on hold for hours with no help. I paid Oasis, they chose Pentair and installed faulty equipment, they should contact the rep for assistance! John Sekas built my last pool and honored and coordinated all warranty/repair issues. I regret going with Oasis, very disappointing!!!

Why 5 stars? Because everything was straight forward…read more --- --- --- Sadly, in the landscape of home services, that is not the norm. I contacted several paver companies for estimates on both, only the the walkway to my front door, as well as my walkway + driveway. I quickly realized that doing my entire driveway was not going to be an option because it was a bit too costly, so I zeroed in on just having the walkway/porch area done. The only company that would provide this service was Tampa Bay Pavers. Everyone else said it was too small of a job, and not worth their time. I'm very thankful to TB Pavers for that. My fiance and I were actually both out of town when this was done, so we left with some ugly/cheap looking concrete blocks sitting in front of our house, and were able to return with a very nicely upgraded situation. It was all done in one day, which was impressive. They not only replaced the cheap concrete, but were able to level everything out, which the previous home owner took shortcuts on. My only minor complaint was that there was quite a bit of dirt left around the walkway, on the door, and even inside the door where it had blown between the cracks. I wish that the area had been cleaned up a bit more, but the positives far outweighed that one issue here. They offered me a service when no one else would, the price was very fair, the pavers look great, and they even let me pay by credit card so I could earn points :) Most importantly, they came when they said they would, and there was no hassle on that, as is the case with far too many times with home service situations.

UNTIL TODAY. I'm about fed up with these shitty contractors. I've been getting the run around for over 3 months. Contacted 2 different contacts for the company and NEVER got a response. Found the owner Corey Lovell and he gave me the run around as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! All you will get is sand all in your pool and your driveway. 5k to have them sand and seal my pavers this is what I get.
