My girlfriend had to bring this to their attention. They issued a credit. We do not have an irrigation system so service is only supposed to be done before a rainfall. All was going well until Junior (Real name) became our technician. My girlfriend went out and asked if rain was in the forecast and he started arguing and being condescending to her. She spoke to the Sales Manager and the owner who assured her this was unlike Junior. Everyone has a bad day. Today I was home to witness how rude and condescending Junior was. Now we have to use a sprinkler with a hose so it will not destroy the yard. Do not use this company.

Started not coming in October 2024, even though he had said when asking…read morefor the job that he would come weekly year-round, blow off/rake leaves, clean up around and trim shrubs, pick up fallen fruit from small tree and any sticks that fell in the yard. Started to just not come, never an explanation when he was going to come on a different day or even a skip to a week after the regular. Not at all responsive to texts, phone calls asking what his schedule was, when he would arrive. I offered extra pay for cleaning up after hurricanes, wind storms, etc. He took it but didn't pick up fallen fruit, sticks all around the yard, or blow off front porch, a dead giveaway that he hadn't shown up to even look at the yard to see what was needed. Kept his whole month's pay but provided no service for 2 weeks in December and a lousy, incomplete job when they were here. They came one week, blew a huge pile of leaves up against my fence and left them there (for me to pick up?). Next week he picked up about 2/3 of them, but left 2 huge trash bags and my private trash can full on the front lawn, despite my having told him that when he started that he would have to haul debris as I don't have pickup service for anything that's not in the trash provider's container. Cheap bags were stuffed too heavily and falling apart, but too heavy for me to lift and move them. I reminded him of that and his response was that it would cost him to dump them. But he knew there would be leaves some times during the year, and there wouldn't have been so many if he had done his work the weeks before. He didn't reply to text with photos. No answer to multiple texts, email, voicemail -- what day are you coming this week; are you coming back? Have you quit? Just no reply. So he took his holiday gratuity without a problem, plus the next month's $130, but was no-show week #1; came & did minimum without cutting week 2, no show weeks 3 & 4. Lack of integrity, lack of responsiveness, took advantage of paying, patient customer who gave him more than a fair share of understanding and breaks, even while I would be outside raking myself gawdamit, though I had paid for him to do it. He's got no integrity, just not ready for prime time.
