This time it was me in the chair! I went to get three additional piercing's including one I was pretty nervous about because I'd heard they hurt! But the staff was very patient and helpful. They were super respectful and knowledgeable about everything. I felt very comfortable with them. They gave a lot of detail about aftercare as well. One thing I really appreciated in particular was how Red warned me before he opened up the case that contained the peircing needles. That was super thoughtful, as I am sure a lot of people don't like looking at needles (even if they're willingly sitting there to get poked by one LOL). I also liked the breathing technique that helped things go by a little smoother for me (still hurt LOL but it wasn't so bad). Anyways overall fantastic experience and my piercings are healing nicely! Looking forward to returning for my follow up appointment and additional piercings in the near future.

They are really friendly and nice and make you feel perfectly comfortable and at ease, give you time to pick out your jewelry and make your decision. Because of the pandemic, you have to go alone and wear a mask, and they aren't letting you do piercings that require you to take off your mask right now. You also have to make appointments, which you can do online and then pay the piercing fee online, basically like a deposit. They do accept debit/credit cards. I made my appointment with Tommy. Really great experience. He was helpful and made me feel at ease and unpressured. He made sure I was happy with every step of the process before proceeding.

I got a matching tattoo with my best friend almost a year ago at this shop. She had a different…read moreartist and had a great experience -- she was comfortable and her tattoo turned out exactly how she wanted. Unfortunately, my experience with Mo was very different. Even though we called ahead and were told walk-ins were fine, it felt like Mo wasn't prepared for me. Instead of setting up a proper tattoo table (which I saw folded up in the corner), he had me lie on my side on a small, unstable bench. As a bigger girl, this was extremely uncomfortable. I was literally struggling to stay on the table the entire time, and the position was awkward for the placement of the tattoo. I told him multiple times that I was uncomfortable and that the position hurt more than the tattoo itself, but nothing was done to make me more comfortable. At the time, I didn't push the issue because I was happy with how the tattoo looked initially. Now, almost a year later, the tattoo has changed significantly and no longer looks the same. There's a noticeable gap where the stem meets the flower, and overall it just doesn't look how it should. It's disappointing, especially since my friend is still happy with hers and we went into this experience hoping for matching results. I wish I had been made more comfortable during the session, especially after speaking up, and I wish my tattoo had held up better over time. Overall, I was unhappy with my experience.
