He absolutely loves everyone there and tends to try and lead them by the arm~owning them. This alone is a great thing, making the visits smooth and easy for the boy. They talk about what you need and walk you through all your choices~ making it fit you rather than them. I will never go anywhere else for my boy and so happy to have them in our community.

They have used the laser on my guy and it does help with the healing process quicker. Someone from the office usually calls to follow up within a week of his visit. This is very reassuring that they have their best for him in mind. Dr. Dodds is the only Doctor who has cared for Sheldie. So for those of you who might be visiting, here's a heads up. The office is technically a house…read morethat was turned into an animal hospital. So just keep that in mind when looking for it. The location is the LAST house on the left before you hit the T/dead end. COVID precautions, they're meeting you at your car (if you're parked in their garage space) and passing off your documents there, you sign everything and they come to get it later. You'll drop off your pet in a small exam room, and you can run some errands and come back, which is nice. I was able to get an appointment about a week or so after my first call to them, so they are accepting new patients, unlike the Almond veterinary hospital. Now here's the downside... so I had an appointment at 3:30 (mind you, they close at 4), and I was told to come early. My cat ended up being a lot more nervous than I expected, crying his head off in his crate, so I was only 5 minutes early, instead of the 15 they asked for. The doctor wasn't ready to see my cat when I arrived. I proceeded to wait for another half an hour, and he was only admitted a few minutes before 4. I'm at least glad that they didn't force me to come back. Otherwise, it would be a really bad review. They gave me a call when the doctor was done and they didn't seem too much in a hurry, so I wasn't stressed out about getting back on time. I had been in the checkout line at Walmart when I got the call. Costs weren't absolutely the worst, but they're still up there, but so are most vets. There is a 3% credit card surcharge, which seems to be very common in upstate/western NY right now. The doctor was very friendly and willing to talk to me about some concerns and signed off on some paperwork that I needed for bringing my cat on a plane. I didn't feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. Dr. Koch is very personable, and I enjoyed speaking with him. Otherwise, I might have given a 3 star review for how long I had to wait.

I didn't think it was too terribly expensive although I have nothing else to compare it with as this was the first time I've taken him to the vet since he was small and needed his shots. My dog has always been extremely healthy. My Chihuahua usually nips and tries to bite people when they're handling him. He didn't try that at all with his staff or Dr Coch he actually seemed pretty comfortable little nervous but not overly so. I was happy with the experience I had and I'm giving five stars
