My dog came back to me extremely stressed out. I was told he did bad, that he was nervous the whole time but I never received a call to come get him in a whole 6hours. And I was told he had no recall, which is due to his fear of people he doesn't know, he is not going to come to you if he doesn't know you. My dog was panting, drinking a ton of water and refused to leave my side the rest of the night. I tried to reach out twice, once in email and once in the site message system. I never received an answer. I put in a request to deactivate my account, they have yet to do so.
