We finally got it cleared out and the overheating and noise resolved itself. I told them we weren't going to bring it back, it had resolved. Last week the washer started making a screeching noise (sounds like a barking dog), I asked Jay when I could bring it back in (since I paid an extra $50 for a 30 day warranty), I was told NO...he wouldn't work on it, because I didn't bring it back when he told me to. (There had been an issue with the dryer, Not the washer). Even though, both units are still under the 30 day warranty period. Bottom lline is they won't honor the warranty, it was clearly false advertising, as the dryer was disgusting inside, smelled like rodent pee, and obviously both units had not been tested or maintenanced at all. I also received a text from them calling me dishonest..because I gave them a bad review. Beware of this company, they sell machines that don't work and are filthy inside. They looked great on the outside....but looks are deceiving!
