Red flags galore! Lobby was dirty! Had to Check in to see the room. Stains, something hard on the pillow case and hairs on the pillow case. Went to the front desk to tell them this was unacceptable and we were not going to stay. Front desk gave us a hard time! Had to escalate it to customer service to get reservation cancelled. Whoa! This hotel is so awesome! In little Ada, OK I wasn't expecting much. But this hotel is so clean, has an amazing work out facility and the hostess is super friendly and helpful! I know I will be back in a year for an event and this will be my go-to!! We had a slight issue, told the receptionist and it was promptly taken care of. Only issue was the coffee station tray was in the bathroom. Gross. My GPS always says this is on the other side of the street ... typical what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Friendly check in, comfortable beds, above average fitness room which is important to me. It's spacious, has dumbbells up to 50#, treadmill, elliptical, 2 bikes, and a large cable machine. Biggest problem is that AT&T cell service barely works but Verizon service is good. Their WiFi is spotty too and cant be relied on in many rooms and in the fitness room. read more

I can easily say this was the worst two nights of sleep I've ever had in a hotel and I travel A LOT. I stayed here while visiting family in the Ada area. The hotel is clean, the room was quite spacious, and the staff was nice (although sometimes difficult to find the front desk person...they hide). The problem is the floors are poorly built and you hear every step above you -- actually sounds like an elephant walking. Our first night we were awakened around 4:45 by guests above us and couldn't return to sleep because they were waking around without stopping. I'm not sure how one can walk so much in a hotel room but they did. The next day we asked to be transferred to a top floor room and were told there were none. Night 2 the person above us was stomping around until 1 am and we called the front desk to ask what could be done. Miraculously they had a top floor room for us and we moved at 1 am. I slept really well....finally.... UNTIL 5:30 am when the alarm went off full blast playing a heavy metal song. It's mind blowing that hotels don't give more attention to making sure alarms are turned off for the next guest. Better yet, get rid of them altogether. Granted, we should have checked it ourselves but were so exhausted when we got to the 2nd room. I don't believe guests should have to think of these things either way. I will be staying at La Quinta the next time I come to town. read more

Came with my fiancé for a class reunion and was very happy when we checked in to a very clean room that was new and well ran. Front desk was a woman with long dark hair that was very friendly and greeted us immediately. She was very helpful and caring in every way. Sitting areas, elevator and halls were clean and smelled good. Room was very nice everything was clean and worked. Woke up next day to a free breakfast bar which was clean and fresh. We had a wonderful experience here! I made a last minute reservation, and still got a very reasonable rate online. When we arrived, we were quickly checked in. The hotel is very clean, and the decor is very modern and upbeat. They have an exercise center and a pool. The room was very clean, and all of the details were covered. The bathroom had Neutrogena products as well as plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable, and I could tell that all of the linens including the comforter were recently cleaned. In the mornings they serve a complimentary breakfast which included eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pastries, a make your own waffle station, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Not bad and a huge step up from the typical continental setup that some hotels have. The service was amazing. Everyone that we encountered was upbeat, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is across the street from Santa Fe steakhouse for those that do not have a vehicle. It is also a 2 minute drive to other restaurants (Chili's, Rib Crib), a movie theater, and Wal-Mart in case you forget anything. This is definitely the nicest hotel if you need to stay in Ada. read more

Beautiful hotel with a stunning lobby and well decorated rooms. We loved the walk in shower and very comfortable bed. The front desk staff, especially Rajita, went above and beyond helping check in and out and even extend our stay by one day. Free breakfast was AMAZING and included denver omlets, eggs, waffles, cereal, and other yummy items. Free bottled water was offered everytime I went to the front desk. VERY FRUSTRATED with my efforts to reserve a handicap accessible room. I had made reservations on June 12 with this hotel for 2 rooms - one for myself and my daughter and one room for my elderly parents. This is one of four rooms that I had reserved for a trip that we plan to take. My mother is mobility impaired, so I called to make sure that I could get their room with a walk-in shower. Three of the four hotels were wonderful and adjusted our reservation with no issues. This Hampton Inn - not so much! I called one day around 3pm and was told that they had a handicap accessible shower in a room, but the rate for that room was now $35.00 more expensive than my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they would not be in until the following morning. The next morning I called the hotel again and spoke to the manager who told me that they no longer had any rooms with handicap accessible showers and that perhaps the young man was trying to upgrade our room. I explained to her that at no point was I told that it was an upgraded room, but that since there were no rooms with handicap accessible showers, we could not stay there and wanted to cancel our reservation. It still annoyed me that they would try to charge a higher rate for a room for a person with a mobility handicap. I then called Hilton customer service and eventually made it through to their "escalation department." This person called the hotel again with me on the line. At this time, now they had a room with a handicap accessible room, but the ONLY room at this hotel with a roll in shower was a King Suite and the cost of the room was $126.00. The cost of a regular room was apparently $116. My original reservation rate was $89.50. Both ladies on the phone explained that they could not change the rate back to what I had before. Now as I check rooms online, their King Suite is now going for $116 and their regular rooms for $106. Amazingly horrible customer service. I would no longer stay there if they offered us the rooms for free. How dare they try to rip off the elderly and handicapped. Definitely a black eye on Ada, OK! read more

I booked this for visit in June 2019 for 2 nights. As a cookie cutter hotel I was not surprised by the amenities. It was perfectly comfortable for the visit but it is a bit worn and could use refreshing. The ac in the room was old units controlled with new wall thermostat but the unit itself was still very loud and blew the cold air from one side of the room which made the bed closest to it pretty chilly at night and the walls and floors are thin in these hotels so you did hear people above you and in the hallway some times . The front desk was abandoned most of the time but again it is not a real busy hotel so they probably were working in the back. I will say there was a male desk clerk that was not real friendly and wore very wrinkled clothes that didn't make a good impression. read more

This was my 3rd stay at this Hampton Inn and my absolute worst. I will not return to this location or any other location owned by Pete Patel. Upon arrival I had a difficult time checking in. I prepaid with my AAA discount, which was also lower than the Hilton app price. I asked for my Hilton guarantee, the girl at the front had to call the general manager Denise Norman who refused to honor the Hilton guarantee. This started a down hill stay. At breakfast in the mornings, it appeared that Denise would have workers from her private property have breakfast in the cafe area. Everyone who came in was dirty and stinky, but allowed to take whatever they wanted and leave to go to finish the jobs on her personal property. Next, no housekeeper spoke proper English , so I typically had to stay in the room to supervise the room service. I am traveling with a 8 month old so I was a little more cautious with how the room service should be done. Fast forward to 10/10 between 1:45 pm and 6 pm. Room services shows up about 1:30, and starts cleaning up. I have an appointment at 1:50 and have to leave but this particular housekeeper spoke English. Actually she is the only Indian looking housekeeper there. I proceed to tell her I have to go but I've already placed all garbage at the door and please leave extra towels and washcloths. I return several hours later only to discover my diamond earrings I left on the desk are missing. I immediately contact Bridget at the front desk who is rude and defensive that " this never happened before but fill out a incident report." I told her to contact her manager Denise and have the housekeeper come back, she refused so I contacted the local police. The police arrive and have the general manager call the housekeeper back and miraculously my diamond earrings show back up. The officer hands them to me and Denise demands I leave early with a infant. The officer proceeds to tell me that's a civil matter. I ask for a refund for the night and Denise adamantly says no. I inform the officer I will be leaving without incident. I want to file a formal complaint with Hilton guest services, I am demanding a refund of my entire stay because my Hilton guarantee was never honored and the racism, inconvenience especially with an infant and pain and suffering caused by the General Manager Denise Norman and her front desk clerk Bridget. Mr. Pete Patel should be informed on how his location is running and maybe reevaluate who he has representing his brand as well as Hilton's brand. Terrible stay. I was ripped off. I paid the normal rate but received cut rate service. Firstly, they only provide housekeeping services every other day. Since my stay was over the Christmas holiday I had to go two days without service. I had to beg for toilet paper. Second, the breakfast was a joke. Nothing to eat. I went to get cereal and they were out of milk. No sweet rolls. One bagel choice. No hot food just these horrible looking egg sandwiches on untoasted English muffins. I realize there is a pandemic but have more cold food choices not less. Why do something half way. Provide a nice breakfast or forget it. I just feel ripped off. I paid full price for half priced services. The rooms need remodeling. Tile floors are rough to walk on and bathtub had mildew. TV stand full of nicks. Just looking old and worn out. Would not recommend staying here. They can't provide what is expected of a hotel. Good service and nice room. read more

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Ada Oklahoma is a breath of fresh air in this area. If you look at my history of hotel staying in this area you would notice that I started to dread coming down to this town for work because it would mean I would have to stay at some very terrible hotels. But behold I have been saved. The Hampton is spacious, clean, affordable and the staff is very nice. My rooms from the both times I have stayed been very nice. They are modern looking with new electronics in them. The bed is so comfortable. I'm not really use to getting a full nights sleep in a hotel room until I started staying here. They have a decent breakfast bar. The fitness center is not just a treadmill but equivalent to a small gym, with free weights and all. I will say they could have made a bigger parking lot. I will be using this hotel from now on. I hope they don't fall off like the others have in this town. read more

The hotel was fine, initially. We were in town for a wedding reception on July 7, 2018. The family had about 8 rooms total The second night there we found bugs in the bed. Called downstairs and they came up and confirmed they were bed bugs. They moved us to another room. A second family member found them in their room too and they were also moved, but we decided to change hotels. Apparently it takes up to 14 days for bites to show. Several of us are now covered in bites, blisters and sores. Hotel comped rooms, however, we have doctors expenses, meds, clothing cleaning and now none of us know whether or not we have brought them home. Hampton Inn says they cant reimburse us any expenses associated with these bugs, and they were no informing new guests checking in of the issue. It appeared to be a third floor problem. read more

Terrible customer service. When I was in the Marine Corps I was taught to never throw my cigarette butts on the ground. While staying at this hotel, I walked outside on multiple occasions to smoke a cigarette. As I was taught, I did not throw my butts on the ground, I carried them inside and threw them away. This hotel charged me with smoking in the room. When I called the General Manager to speak with him about it he was very rude. I asked him to look at his cameras but he refused and said it was a waste of his time. He also said that everyone they charge with this denies it (I wonder how many people they charge unjustly) and basically called me a liar. I would definitely not stay at this hotel if you are a smoker, or if you expect any kind of customer service for that matter. And by the way mister General Manager, your welcome for your freedom, I fought for the freedom of all Americans, even ungrateful people such as yourself! read more
