The hotel was pretty good. It looked new, the fit and finish was nice. Breakfast was good. Pool is super small with no privacy (low walls next to parking lot). I did have some small issues around housekeeping. We were there for four nights. Unfortunately we missed the first cleaning since we didn't leave until 5pm or so. We communicated that we ran out of conditioner and hopefully they could at least do a refill on a day that we wouldn't normally get cleaning. Nothing the next day. then the following day we left around noon and I asked to make sure we would get the room serviced; I was told that it would be. Got back to the room and nothing done. I was kinda irked for a few reasons. Don't tell me it will be cleaned if it won't. If a room missed cleaning for a few days, it would be nice if they could offer an off day cleaning. We informed them that we were out of conditioner, that should have been a follow up to get resolved. read more

Bedbugs!!!!! The hotel looked clean, but the day after we came home my daughter and I had bites pop up on our legs and arms. We shared a bed. I went to the doctor and she confirmed bedbugs. The dr suggested marking each spot with a marker to see if any new bites showed up. Yep, my husband now has bites. I now have a $150 appointment set tomorrow with a local company to come spray our home as I am so grossed out. I will be rebutting the charge with my credit card company. read more

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and would stay here again if ever in the area. From check in, throughout our stay, and check out was smooth. The employees are very nice, especially Carlos. We stayed in a 2 queen with a sofa bed room. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave as well. I love a room with a microwave, it's not very common anymore. The beds were comfy, pillows were a little too soft but that's okay. No issues with cleanliness. Loved the complimentary breakfast. They have a waffle station, bagels, toasts, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, meat, and potatoes. They also serve coffee, water, and juice. They also have a mini mart where you can purchase things. Another plus is free parking. The only downside is what all the other reviews mentioned was the paper thin walls, but we didn't have any issues with over excessive noise. Otherwise, great hotel. read more

Started in room 130 in Hampton Inn. The first impression was good, when you walk in the hotel, entrance hall is very neat and clean, staff greets right away. Checked in very fast. The hotel room itself is interesting, on itself the beds and walk in hall with a round mirror is very nice and modern, same as when you make your way to bedroom, everything is very clean and not stains okay carpet or bed. But then you get a table for TV on which there is some parts of wood that are hanging off and are pretty sharp, it's not too much but still noticeable when you come in. Then the slide door was missing, instead we had a door that separated bathroom with shower and sink with closet rooms. But the door between sink and bedroom was not present, it made us a little uncomfortable since it plays a pretty big part, as you are in it you can see the bedroom fully with windows okay the front of hotel. The breakfast was amazing, area where we it takes place is neat and clean, overall food is good, you self serve yourself a lot of foods, from cereal, and toasts to making waffles. Loved it. I would say that for overall review the hotel worth it and very good to stay in LA. Recommend and will come back here!! read more

My family stayed here due to the location. The rooms are clean and the staff are all great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, but the tator tots are only available every other day. I loved how there was fresh cut fruit of pineapple, melon, cantaloupe, oranges, and grapes. The seating area is quite large, but it still gets busy. The pool is huge and heated!!! It was wonderful swimming in the heated pool. There were pool towels available next to the lobby. The walls for the rooms are quite thin. I could hear all the footsteps and people talking. The power actually went out one night, so the room was all dark. The room got a bit stuffy without the AC on due to the power outage. I noticed most of the hotel guests were confused about what to do. read more

Visiting Knott's berry farm I decided to book this place since it was near, had free parking, and breakfast. The place is nice and the staff was friendly. There is a self serve coffee bar available all day along with tea and hot chocolate. This was my lifesaver to wake up. Except during breakfast it was in the dining room. Breakfast is served daily from 6am to 10am. They had waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juices, cereal, & hard boiled eggs. For the hot items it was either scrambled eggs, mini omelettes, or over easy eggs. In rotation was sausage links, patties, or sliced hot dogs. Tater tots were served some days. But they were all broken so it's more just broken up tater tots. Overall it's basic breakfast to save you some money before the day. Nothing fancy but it'll hold you over. Elevators were fast and there's plenty of parking. If you come back late in the night you'll have to park in the back of the building. There's a heated swimming pool and hot tub and nice little patio area to sit and relax. The main reason I have to rate this place a 3 is definitely the noise level as other reviewers have said. The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear any conversations next door or outside your room. The people staying above us on the 3rd floor were walking back and forth and it sounded like they were stomping. It was difficult for any of us to fall asleep or even stay asleep. If you're a heavy sleeper I'd stay here but if you are a light sleeper I'd say stay somewhere else. read more

Stayed here during Spring Break for a couple nights while we went to Knotts Berry Farm. It was a short distance driving to the park from the hotel. Even though parking at the park costs $, the parking at the hotel was free for guests. The staff at the hotel were genuinely friendly and courteous. Such a welcome feeling after hours of driving in So Cal traffic. The room was spacious and clean. Two nice size queen beds and quiet. The best part was a good breakfast each morning from 6am-10am. Not just your continental fluff. Make your own waffle bar, omelettes or other eggs, bagels, sausage, cereal, juice and coffee. Fresh fruit as well. What a great way to save on a meal for the family. This review is for 4.5 stars. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm. Very nice clerk at the front desk. Pet-friendly. Very nice room on the 2nd floor, very nice toiletries (- great for sensitive skin) attached to the wall), very nice property, very nice offerings, esp. the breakfast buffet, which is top-notch (waffle station, all the fixings, toast, bagels, mini muffins, eggs, meat, oatmeal, 2 cereals, yogurt, complete w/ all the fixings, several selections of fruit, juices, decaf, robost regular, & hot water (swiss miss & teas). It just doesn't matter where you stay anymore, there's going to be inconsiderate people around, slamming the doors, yelling in their room, or above us, the heaviest footsteps, frankenstein feet, but it probably wasn't an old person or an overweight person, it was most likely a hyperactive child or teenager, the steps were fast and frequent. I didn't hear showers being taken which was a plus. Our room faced the main street so there was quite a bit of traffic friday morning. Not bad, this morning but it's saturday. read more

On Jan 4th to Jan 5 th 2026 (today) I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Buena Park the 1 st room I got was super small. I'm a Hilton rewards member and ask for a upgrade. Probably the biggest mistake I made in my life. They gave me a suite and the bathroom had a tub/ shower combo. I got into the shower and within 45 seconds it was so slippery I slipped and fell out of the shower and hit my thigh on the tub as ND ended up laying in front of the toilet .I went down and talked to staff that he had worked there years and never heard of that happening my wife and I checked the tub out the slip straps were completely and it seemed they did not wash the tub down after cleaning it prior to me getting the room I was suppose to talk to the gm in the morning at 11 am then at 1130 am I I was informed he would not be in till 1 pm so I left my name and number and waited for his callwitch nevercame i called but at 4 pm and talked togm mr patal and he told me he would look into it no apologies nothing .i went to doctors todayhe said i have a major thigh bursing. This is a great alternative to staying in Anaheim for my Disneyland trips. It's about a 10 minute drive, but so are places a mile away from Disneyland and this place is nicer and much cheaper than those hotels. It was about 1/2 the price of staying close to Disney with no parking fees! It's a newer hotel and is well maintained. Check in is a breeze with digital key. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is also a great perk. Definitely my go to for affordability and the travel time isn't any worse than staying a mile down Katella or Harbor. read more

I enjoyed my one night my stay here on route to Disneyland. Our two queen room was clean, lots of free parking, friendly front desk staff. The complimentary breakfast from 6 am to 10 am was fantastic considering free breakfast. The morning we stayed they had Denver egg omelettes, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, muffins, bagels, pastries, fruit juice, coffee. They also had "to go bags at the front for those that were on the run that included a bottle water, apple, and muffin. The eating area was nice although I chose to take my food back to my room. The pool and fireplace at night looked lovely, although I didn't utilize these. The beds in the room was comfortable and shower was great. The only minor complaint I have is the walls are thin so I could hear the baby next door crying. But it's a minor thing for me at an otherwise nice hotel. read more

Just had a great stay of one night. The room was very clean. Had their free buffet breakfast the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice fire pit outside that I got to enjoy for a while. I would definitely stay again. Two things to note: the walls seem thin. I could hear the people next to me. Maybe their tv was loud or if not they themselves were having a very loud conversation for several hours. Also, there was no lotion in the bathroom dispenser. I could have called to have more brought up but I didn't have time. But again overall I was very pleased with my stay and would come back with no hesitation. read more

Stayed here last month one night with my sister on our way home from Vegas. Decided to stop in SoCal to pick up all the good eats! This hotel seemed pretty new and was very clean and modern. It was right off the freeway so easy to find and parking is free here yay! Check in was quick and the front desk staff was friendly. The COVID safety here was great! The room was super clean and they even seal the doors with a sticker once the room has been cleaned for the next guests. Lately my sister and I have been spraying hotel rooms down with Lysol and wiping all countertops ourselves out of safety but here it actually felt really clean. I think they upgraded our room because there was a sofa and the room was very spacious. They had a small section with a fridge, microwave, sink and countertop that was a nice place for snacks or food we brought back to eat. The bathroom was separate with another room with just the toilet and shower. The sink area and closet had another sliding door on the outside. The door for the toilet/shower area was a little annoying though, as it would not stay open and kept closing on its own. The design wasn't thought out too well. Beds were super comfy and not too low to the ground. Actually kinda had to climb up to get in. Also had some hidden racks in the cubbies which was cool for people who plan to stay a while. We didn't use the TV since we were only there one night, so not sure what channels they have but the WIFI worked well. The only downside to the stay was that the walls are pretty thin. We could hear them cleaning in the room next door in the morning. For a newer hotel, would think the rooms would be more sound proof. During COVID breakfast was served through a window and had to be taken to your room to eat. They had a list of items available and you ask for the items you want. The two ladies working breakfast were friendly and patient with us. They were still offering some hot items such as eggs and sausage. Also had fruit, cereal, yogurt, assorted breads that they toast for you, juice coffee and milk. Surprisingly it wasn't busy when we went down for breakfast and it was almost closing time. This was a better COVID breakfast then some of the other hotels we've been to during the pandemic. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Hopefully when it's warm so we can try their pool, I believe they told us was open when we checked in. Also have a nice lounge area outside with what looked like a fire pit for chilly evenings. read more

Booked a 2 night stay with them last month and it was great, the place is fairly new so everything is in working condition. Front desk staff were friendly and very attentive. Since I am a part of the World of Hyatt and used points to book, I was given a complementary upgrade a queen suite. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. My only complain was the tile carpet was starting to come up in the room and the pool was not heated. It was 95 degrees outside but the pool is in a spot that doesn't get sunlight any time of the day so it was probably around 65 degrees. Was only able to put my feet in. This is one of the few places in the area that offer FREE PARKING and FREE BREAKFAST. Yea, breakfast is just ok but ITS FREE. lol read more

The room was in disrepair I read reviews before I made the reservations and they were generally satisfactory. However the A/C was not working well enough to cool the room down properly. The grab bar in the tub shower was loose on the wall so I'm not sure if it was useful. The bathroom faucet was loose as well and could be rocked back and forth. And if you are assigned a room in the front side of the hotel expect to hear traffic noise all night. Couldn't wait to check out but no one at the desk to check me out. The best I can say about the breakfast was that it was free. read more

Business took me up north for a few nights and this Hampton Inn & Suites is where I called home when not at the "office." I selected this location simply because it was going to sit central to everywhere that I needed to be while at work up north. It sat conveniently right off of the freeway and it was a quick Uber to both the dinner that I attended in Downtown Fullerton and also the venue of our event the following night. Upon check-in my room was upgraded (thanks American Express) and I was offered some snacks and drinks before headed to my room - I obliged. The room itself was massive and extremely comfortable to work in when I got my day going. While I was on the ground floor it wasn't noisy at all and I loved the oversized windows providing some good natural light during the day. The breakfast was just slightly above standard and I opted to take mine back to the room to get some work done while I ate. The coffee bar is set up all day/night and if you sit in the lobby for a bit you'll see people coming/going to the local amusement parks. Since I was there for work I was extremely jealous of those people and when I'm on the road for fun and not work, this hotel will be at the top of my list for an affordable price. read more

I loved my stay here! This hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway. Amusement parks, other area attractions, Biola University, and delicious restaurants are all within a short driving distance. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The snack bar was well stocked, and they had complimentary coffee, hot water, and hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times! The lobby, breakfast area, hallways, and my room were super clean. I loved the simplistic and modern decor. The bed was super comfortable and there were tons of plug-ins next to the bed and around the room so I could charge all my gadgets. The breakfast was a fun surprise! They offered items I've never seen at other Hampton's before. Fun surprises included whipped cream and sprinkles for waffles, tortillas for breakfast burritos, and eggs scrambled with steak/onions/bell peppers. Stayed here many months ago to just get one good night's sleep without the snoring of my husband. Sadly, I was woken up around 1 AM to some ruckus outside my room. Called the front desk multiple times to have this addressed and no one picked up. Even with ear plugs in, I could not drown out the noise. This hotel is not in the nicest area and, me being by myself as a female, I did not feel safe to address the people outside. I brought this up to the front desk when I was checking out the next morning. They said there was another incident going on around 1 AM so there was no one at the front desk when I called. They did apologize but it doesn't undo the bad night's sleep I got. I asked for the manager to call me about this but no one ever did follow up. Never returning here again. read more

I absolutely loved staying here. Was a bit nervous cause I'm a breakfast snob & I love my breakfast.... every day was a little different but great. Loved all the cool things you could do. Waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, meat, fruit, juice... whip cream, chocolate chips, I could go on... The rooms were perfect. Loved the bathrooms. I loved all the art in my room and all down the hallways.... on the room numbers. It's very easy to get around. The pool was awesome, hot tub even better. We went early in the AM, no one else in there. Everyone was friendly, house keeping was amazing. I could go on and on but you get the point.... Sure- you can hear noise from other places if people are loud or inconsiderate but hotel can't help that... I usually pack a small fan when I go places so I'm not so focused on 'other' noises. ( about 15 minutes from the park ) it's right next to a car dealership & apartments so pretty safe area . they do charge a $25 refundable fee for each day just in case any damage in room & parking is free. (lots of parking infront & back) free breakfast from 6am-10am , they switch it up each day which is a plus ! room was clean & has shampoo conditioner body soap & lotion . we did request house keeping & they put clean sheets & took all dirty towels & brought new ones & vacuumed (super nice cleaning ladies) . Only bad thing is that walls are thin , you can hear neighbors talking and footsteps from above & also people at the pools . would definitely stay here again ! read more

This place was our lifesaver when we needed it. Our power shut off on the hottest day of the year, so we called everywhere on Labor Day weekend to see if we can get two rooms. This place had huggggge rooms. The comforter was fluffy and huge and beautiful. I am so happy I was able to accommodate us. Clean facility. It was a one night thing but I'd def recommend this place. My colleague and I enjoyed our stay at this local Hampton Inn & Suites. A few things I particularly enjoyed: - The rooms was a great size with plenty of desk room and various seating options. - The bathroom was spacious and gave you plenty of counter space to lay out all of your toiletries. - The air conditioning unit was operating perfectly (I like it VERY cold). - The king-size bed was very comfortable with optional blankets in the closet. - The iron and ironing board were easy to use and helpful in looking professional. - The breakfast was different each day that we stayed and was always packed with great options (including cold-pressed juice). This was a great option for our business' budget but it didn't feel like we were living cheap. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to all those who are needing a place to stay in the area! read more

We stayed here two days to get to knotts berry farm and it was only under two miles away. It was in a decent location. Right off freeway, needed a card to access all doors except the main lobby. Sanitizer everywhere and they also asked you to wear a mask and sanitize before entering breakfast- I loved this! The ladies at breakfast were nice area stayed clean and the food was good! My kids loved bacon day and the waffles! , my son spilled his juice right away and they weren't jerks about it. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice. Overall such a great stay! I could also hear the family under me and their kids running around until late at night. The staff was not very friendly. Decent hotel concierge.. just kind of there [scrolling the computer screen with blank glances at passerby guests] --waiting for you to interact with them like artificial intelligence. Nothing exciting or warm or welcoming about concierge staff. Luckily the hotel itself makes up for where the concierge staff falls kind of short. Location is great... hotel is clean.. room was nice.. walls where thick enough to keep down noise between hotel guests, families, children, etc.. and the breakfast was good. The location in Santa Clarita is my go to hotel when I'm in that area and their concierge is awesome --offering up fresh baked cookies when you arrive.. and an excellent breakfast. This location is just a notch below that one as it relates to overall service. The Hampton Inn location in Buena Park's hotel accommodation is 5 star -- but concierge and breakfast team just needs some cross training with the Hampton Inn Santa Clarita staff --so Hampton Inn Buena Park staff can step their game up a little bit. read more
