We've worked with CA Jumpers a few times already and they never disappoint. This time around we rented a larger obstacle course jumper for my nephews second birthday and everybody had a blast. Drop off and pickup arrangement was easy per usual. The jumper was dropped off and picked up on time as promised which was greatly appreciated. I love that communication was quick and simple. Another thing I appreciated was that they sanitized the jumper after setup. Thank you CA Jumpers for making my nephew's second birthday extra special!!

Our daughter loves their 18ft Tropical Waterslide. I want to convince her to try the new 18ft Sunset Dual Waterslide next time. And they have an expanding selection for the little ones who often join in the fun. I can't imagine needing to use anyone else. Katie

So much fun at my best friends son's birthday party. Four years old, so the theme was Spider-Man. Of course there was a Spider-Man jumper. Most important part when it comes to jumpers is to be on time and clean and they were both! Nothing filled my heart then seen a bunch of kids just bouncing around in a jumper! I loved these jumpers! They had such a variety to cater to your needs. My kids could not get out of the jumpers, this was what they did all day. I ordered the obstacle bounce house for my daughters 17th birthday party in a pinch. I called Friday afternoon in hopes that something would be available for Saturday, the following day. Luckily Robert with California Jumpers answered and reassured me that he had the perfect inflatable that was available the following day. With just a day notice California Jumpers delivered the bounce house Saturday morning and picked it up later that evening. The set up was easy and seamless. His team saved my daughters birthday party. I almost forgot the best part! The bounce house was able to get wet so a hose was mounted atop the slide, perfect for 90 degree weather. California Jumpers is amazing!! We have used them the last three years and they are always on time and their bouncers are clean and ready to go. We use the tropical slide and it accommodated 40 tweens and some adults (who still think they are kids). My daughter's birthday is always a hit because of the gigantic water slide. The level of professionalism and care the company has is unmatched. Jumper was delivered on time and picked up on time. Everything was setup by the company, we didn't need to provide anything besides the space for the jumper. The jumper was huge and clean. Bigger than we expected but that was a plus. There are places for kids birthday parties all over southern California including downey but my buddy recommended this kids birthday parties bounce house place since he said it was all indoor bouncers and everything was fully insured which always makes total sense to me. Make sure you bring socks sense there are no shoes allowed near the bouncers. I would also call ahead for all parties you might be scheduling to get on the same page with them, they have a lot of people coming in asking for kids birthday parties throughout the week so that's a good heads up. If you're going for open play you may want to grab something to eat first so your kiddos don't get hungry. Have fun bouncing!

We ordered the Water Slide with a delivery time of 10:30 am, our party was to start at 12:30pm. We had ordered our tables and chairs from a local company (lucky us!) But the evening before the event, we realized that we needed a large Tent. We called Fun Size and they agreed to bring it out for $70.00. We agreed. On the day of the event, at 11:00, no show. We called numerous times with no results. Once Lorraine did answer the phone and she was rude and hung the phone up in my face. I was horrified. At 12:30, they still had not showed. I was in tears. My guest began to arrive and no Waterslide. And they were sitting in the hot sun. This about ruined my party! We called our local guy and he brought over a Bounce to save my party. Finally at 1:30 (3 hours late) Fun Size showed up with the Waterslide, and the Tent. Wanted to charge me $ 100.00 for the Tent, and I had to take both or no deal. They left! Hope you never have to live thru this, and try to explain to your nine year-old why the Waterslide never came. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. They won't accept a deposit because they will not guarantee their service. Spend more and get what you paid for.

Between then and August 5th (the day of the party) I texted it to you a few more times just to confirm that you had the right one. Then on the day of the party, you told me multiple times that you were on your way. So explain to me, how does your response make any sense? If you didn't service my city, shouldn't you have told me that when I first contacted you? Next, in your response you wrote, "We did not have any agreement from you or our company." You're lying again considering you told me multiple times throughout our texting conversation that you were available on the date and the time, with the items we needed, and that you would come and deliver it then. Never once did you request that I fill out some sort of form or document, or make a deposit, to make it an official order / agreement. I was taking you on your word... But I guess I was wrong about trusting your word, wasn't I? Lastly, you responded with, "We don't think it's fair for you to write a review when you weren't even provided with service from us." Well, that's the problem, because I was told by you on multiple occasions, nearly a month before the party, that you would indeed provide me with service. So I have every right to leave a negative review when you offer to provide us with the items, and you flake on us a few hours before the party begins (even though you had told us you would be there 6 hours before)! Leaving me and my family scrambling and stressed to try to find another service last minute, when we had so many other things on our plate to take care of. You're not sorry that my family and I experienced this. You're just sorry that I left this review on your page for everyone to see. Lory, you told me to have a "blessed day". Which says to me you are a woman of faith, no? I too am a person of faith. And I also have faith to believe that you are not a bad person. But in all sincerity, you made a mistake that day. You did me and my family wrong when we were counting on you to help us at our child's party and you bailed on us last minute. And you continue to make mistakes when you lie and try to backpedal your way out of my genuine complaint towards you. I hope you can find the decency to acknowledge your fault, sincerely apologize, and learn from it. God bless you Lory.

The Party Packages are the best "bang for your buck", and we were able to purchase one of the packages which included tables, chairs, a jumper, and heaters. In advance of our event / booking, we initially requested an early morning drop off or prior day drop off for our event. With reluctance (and pointing out the confirmed timing of our event during booking), the owner agreed to an early drop off. The drop off occurred an hour and a half past the originally confirmed time, and was told a "flat tire" caused the delay.. when the crew arrived, it was very clear a flat did not happen and I was fed an excuse for sympathy. I tried to contact the owner during this timeframe multiple times as no updates were provided and panic arose in the concern if the equipment was even going to be delivered. Ultimately, the equipment arrived but the delay in drop off led to issues in our setup prior to our event as well as significant stress in the lapse of communication. Overall, the equipment delivered was in good shape, but the jumper came undone a couple of times (due to poor setup and clamping of the back entry) while children were inside. The no acknowledgement, and no follow through from owner to address their error was disappointing considering we had specific conversations around the need for a timely delivery for our event. I'd be cautious booking this vendor especially for time sensitive setups.

For starter's excellent customer service and beyond that. It was my first time ever renting a water slide. Owner was very helpful and kind and was on time like he said he would. I got the 18ft water slide and boy was it worth it for two whole days. One day for the kids and the other for the adults. Everyone had an amazing time with the slide. The adrenaline of going down is amazing. This water slide is so massive it had our neighbors asking they them and there kids could join. It was getting so much attention from bystanders asking so many questions. And we shared the company info to them.
