While the food has always been great, today I noticed the staff going the extra mile to provide a customer-focused atmosphere. I wanted to take the time to let them and management know it is noticed and appreciated. We were greeted enthusiastically by the entire staff including back-of-house as we walked in, and the cashier was attentive and clarified ambiguities in my order. The fountain drink machine was fully stocked on ice, and the self-serve tea urns were full. The dining area and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The food was even better and delivered faster than usual. The staff acknowledged us by saying goodbye and thank you as we left. We would have continued to go to this location for convenience, but it's nice to know we can also expect this stellar level of service. I told him that when I originally booked my stay I said for 4 days Monday to Friday. He also told me that the first night I stayed there total just for that night was $400.00. I am like what do you mean? I said why $400.00 on Monday the total each night should only be $156.00 per night. lol He told me to email him my reservation confirming information and when looking at it I noticed they only booked me until Thursday making it seems to me like the total should be $544.00 when in reality they switched it on me to Only staying until Thursday to make it seem like it was pretty cheap to stay there all week until Friday. But no, I called Will back and he told me that he did not tell me that Monday costed me $400.00 when bit my wife and heard him on the telephone say he did say that the first night was $400.00. I told him you just told me it was $400.00 on Monday night. He denied it. I am like wth. Oh well, I learned as lesson. I would have stayed at the LaQuinta next door but the last time I stayed at one of those places they triple charged my credit card. The breakfast they serve is mediocre at best. The rooms are decent. No water pressure in the shower. They only cleaned my room once during my 4 nights stay.
