Very clean and spacious rooms. The appeal of this hotel is the fact it almost feels like a luxury apartment complex. The fact that the doors are located inside the hotel and yet it feels like your somehow outside is a beat concept. Anyways, the rooms are very clean and are comfortable enough for a family of four. You have a television in the living room area and in the bedroom area. You also get a min fridge and microwave, a small dining table and a sleeper sofa. Breakfast in the morning is great. There's a good selection that will surely get you going in the morning. This place is close to the airport so that very convenient for travelers, there's also a few convenience stores, a Walgreens, and various restaurants (iHop & a yummy taco place next to hotel) and stores in the surrounding area. This place isn't very cheap to stay in but I like the safety of it and the breakfast. I also truly enjoyed the fact that someone from reception texted my phone to check up on us and make sure everything was up to standard and they let you know to text them if you need anything during the remainder of your stay. It's very convenient. They are also part of the Hilton Family of hotels so make sure to join their rewards for deals, promotions and digital key card. CON: The AC didn't cool that well. My husband and myself were melting all night.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this hotel. Unfortunately, while staying here we found roaches in our room. I reached out to hotel staff, which promised me that management would reach out to me. It has been six months and I have reached out multiple times to both the manager of the front desk and also the general manager of the hotel was zero response. I have also left reviews on other platforms with a reply that someone would get back to me, but that was also unsuccessful if this hotel thinks it's OK to have roaches, who knows if there's bedbugs, etc. The lack of professionalism is mind blowing for a hotel establishment of this caliber.

WOW - If this were a real Embassy, the host country would toss them out! From broken fixtures to wallpaper coming off the walls, to fridges not working, incorrect rooms, and poor to no follow up from management. Wow - I was excited to go to an Embassy versus a Hampton what a disappointment!!! Litany of FAILURES and Successes: 1. At check in - They didn't follow instructions... Whereby I stated I was coming in late and requested to have a quality room saved for me. They put me in a room between the exit and the pool... That's not quality. When I escalated they gave me the information for the hotel manager, who was supposed to be "on call"... It's now over two days later and still no response. Luckily, the young gentleman desk clerk came running out, stating he had a cancelation, and would move me to the fourth floor. 2. The bar and food - As I hit just the end of the manager's reception (made it by throwing the stuff in the room and rushing back down) I was greeted by a lovely bartender. She was welcoming personable, and made a couple of nice drinks. When I inquired about the menu... The very very limited menu was a bit of a disappointment. With that said, I enjoyed both items I ordered. This was a plus. 3. Return to the room - Broken warm fridge... I had medications, which required refrigeration, and I am unsure if they handled the heat of the fridge or not. The maintenance came in and said the fridge is now cold... never got cold... my fault for not checking earlier, but that's unacceptable. The second thing is the room was not well-maintained, broken door handles, wallpaper coming off, and the chair had stickiness / stained, even the sofa cushions were dingy. The bed was fine, and although the sink was ridiculously low, the bathroom was clean. The TV in the front room, wouldn't work on all but 13 of the stations, but the bedroom television worked well. Lastly, the room itself took forever to cool down... AC barely working. El Paso "Step" away from this hotel! Especially at nearly $200 per night.

I stayed here on a spur of the moment decision. When I first walked in the atmosphere seemed very welcoming. The girl at the front desk even gave me 2 free bottled water. I was placed in room 407 and thankfully it was really nice. Very clean quite and peaceful. I can not say much about the internet because I had no need for it. I did notice my room was stuffy and the ac was not working properly so I called the front desk and they quickly sent a maintenance man to fix the problem. Turned out that the water pump was turned off. Overall, I would stay again. The bed was also very comfortable and clean!! Oh and the free breakfast buffet is amazing!!!!! They have an omelet station and other breakfast items to enjoy. I will be coming back again. Enjoy my pics :)

This hotel was a treasure to find during a COVID road trip. El Paso was a unique place anyway, hotel architecture had Spanish vibes, cute. Breakfast was VERY good despite COVID, most other hotels give you a to go box. I remember we had a very hygienic omelette and we could dine in in the main breakfast area. Recommended!

I really wanted to like this place but found it difficult to during my stay. When you first walk into this hotel, you have such high expectations for it considering how nice it is; very modern and appealing to the eye. The employees at the desk were helpful and kind at helping us check in as diamond members, however we had some issues during our stay that were a deal breaker towards ever returning. The entirety of our stay, we didn't have hot water at all. There's the option to have room service from the restaurant to your room, so we decided to order dinner from it the first night of our stay. When we placed our order, we were told it would be up to our room shortly. We waited an hour with no word from anyone and no food delivery. We called the front desk who told us they would check on our food. 20 minutes go by and we heard nothing in return. So we called again, and the food was finally brought up. Total wait time was an hour and a half for an appetizer pizza, a sandwich, small fry, and slice of cheesecake, which could've been made easily in 15-20 minutes. Neither the pizza nor sandwich were worth the wait, and were a complete waste. The fries tasted like cardboard and had no flavor. The best thing was the cheesecake. We had breakfast from this place the following morning, which was pretty equivalent to the dinner we had the night before. All of the food was incredibly bland, but I guess since it's a free breakfast you get what you pay for. I really wanted to visit the pool- I'm pretty sure it was heated. However, during our whole stay the pool area was so crowded & busy it was impossible to. The rooms are very different than the actual style of the hotel. The hotel lobby and actual design is super modern and beautiful. But the rooms are incredibly outdated and only have dish (satellite TV). Overall, the best thing about this place is how it looks. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all either. For a one night stay I think this place is fine, but not for multiple nights or a long trip. Next time we'll definitely be going to a Marriott instead.

Embassy Suites by Hilton El Paso is a great place to stay. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need for the best meal. Excellent experience every time I have been here.

Ceiling repaired after falling in during stay. Fire alarms was never replaced.

Updating this hotel would be best thing Hilton Vendor Owner could do for facility. Front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance are all very professional. Colour pattern walls/rooms muted desert beige and feel like an Army Post. Room ceilings low. Plumbing fixtures old, noisy w/ occasional smell of sewage. The rooms sometimes smell of mildew. They have a swamp cooler A/C which keeps room temp warm and humid. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast or evening snacks b/c of my schedule. Would I stay again? Yes, but briefly. Management should consider a facelift w/ more vibrant colors, elevated ceilings, fresh new carpeting and new room furnishings ASAP.

The rates were affordable, so I booked it for a night as I traveling to NM by morning. It was an 8-hour drive from Austin and I had arrived late, however, I was greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. There was plenty of parking since they shared parking with the next-door hotel. The room I received did not have much of a view, but a tree. It was fine since the room was clean and did not have a musty odor. There was decor representing El Paso and even the headboard had an "ELP" graffiti mural on it which was a nice touch of character. I loved the bright lime green and the blue colors which added more charm to the room. It was modernized with a twist. The bed slept comfortably soft as well as the pillows. I slept like a baby, to say the least. Upon walking up in the morning, I got dressed to go downstairs for breakfast. I was shocked to find out that they had something that I could eat. I got a bowl, some bananas, granola, with Kikkoman Pearl Soymilk in vanilla and had a fulfilling breakfast. I absolutely loved my stay at this Best Western! It was a pleasant experience and I honestly cannot wait to stay again.

The gentleman working the breakfast area was incredibly kind and frequently checked on guests. The manager (jet-black hair and a big black mustache) was also very friendly and welcoming. There's a Starbucks right in the parking lot. The lobby and exterior were attractive and well-maintained. You can tell someone takes pride in the property's appearance. Unfortunately, the guest rooms told a different story. Our first night was spent in a double queen room where the towels smelled strongly of mildew and the heater took forever to warm the room. For the remainder of our stay, we moved into a king suite with a rollaway bed. Initially I was excited. More space, bigger bed, huge closet, and even a balcony! Then reality set in. The balcony was filthy and the view wasn't exactly something I'd call scenic. The bathroom doorknob was broken, the bathroom door didn't fit properly in the frame, and the ceiling was actually coming down. Every time the door opened or closed it scraped against the ceiling. There was also a leak under the sink, forcing us to use our bath towels to soak up water. The biggest disappointment, however, was the housekeeping staff. Several employees appeared visibly irritated when we declined room service early one morning. One employee became noticeably upset and began loudly speaking in Spanish while looking directly at me. When I asked if there was a problem, the answer was "No." Whether there was a misunderstanding or not, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I reported it to the front desk, but it seemed to be brushed aside. Overall, the hotel staff at the front desk and breakfast area were wonderful, but the condition of the room and the housekeeping experience overshadowed the positives.

There were definitely some highlights: the restaurant was excellent, and the orange juice was genuinely some of the best I've ever had. The valet service was fantastic as well--I never had to worry about parking, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The gym was also well-equipped, with towels provided, a good variety of equipment, and even a Pilates machine. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, particularly a morning employee named Edgar, left a very negative impression. On more than one occasion, I returned to the hotel and stood outside the entrance for 15-20 minutes waiting to be let in. He had seen me leave earlier and could clearly see me waiting at the door, yet made no effort to assist. Beyond that, his overall demeanor came across as passive-aggressive and unwelcoming. It's disappointing because the rest of the property and staff were great, and I genuinely enjoyed many aspects of my stay. However, customer service at the front desk is a major part of the guest experience, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I would consider staying here again, but management should address this issue if they want guests to feel welcomed and valued.
