Stains on couch in bedroom. Very obvious what type of stain it is, and in plain sight
    Tony D.

I love the Hilton brand, stay at Hiltons all the time and this is the 1st negative review of a Hilton. Checkin agent was very nice and friendly, that is the only positive I can say about my stay. I get to my room and immediately notice stains on the couch in my room. Look at the picture and it is very obvious what type of stain this is... I reported it to the front desk and am told management would be notified. Did not even offer to switch me to another room. So I think that the next morning they will remove the furniture and or management will call me, appologize offer me a different room. Neither happened. Now about the breakfast....Like so may other reviews said, no waffles during my stay. I asked the employee that works the breakfast about waffles and she snapped back that the machine was broken.... Get there for breakfast early because once items run out, good luck. There are two pots of coffee (and one decaf). Both regular coffes were competely empty. When I told the emploee, she snaps back GIVE ME A MINUTE PLEASE. 15 Minutes later I was finally able to serve myself a coffee. The trash can in the breakfast room was completely overflowing both mornings I went there. The 3rd morning. I did not even have breakfast in the hotel after my experience the previous mornings. Lastly, I stayed 2 nights, 3 days, houskeeping nevwe cleaned the room.

The lady behind the counter is the receptionist that was very rude.

side note).... The lady in the red shirt was there getting a check for her daughter that the lady behind the desk head shorted her $230 and she was asking where it was her daughter's money at......Ok...get ready for this ride. I booked a room here for a three day stay through Priceline before arriving. I tried calling several times no one ever answered the phone. I walked in and informed her that I booked a room for three nights through Priceline. She proceeds to tell me it was $100 deposit. I gave her my credit card and she charged me $100 Plus another 280 for the three nights. I didn't know I was charged until after I told her I did not want the rooms because after I saw how they looked and the way the hotel smelled was horrendous. The sheets were dirty. The mirrors were smeared. There was no chair in my room. The smell was unbearable. As I was asking for it, my money back the customers before me told me that they asked for their money back as well, and she gave them the same attitude and told them that she was not going to give them a receipt as well. The lady was very upset that I wanted my money back so she told me she would refund my hundred dollars and I could go. I asked her for a receipt and she proceeded to tell me no she doesn't have a receipt and tells me to just go. I informed her I need proof that you refunded me my money but she still insisted that I just go. An hour later I got a notification that I was charged $230 for that same room that I had already paid for I tried contacting the office again nobody answers Priceline tried to call and nobody answered for them as well. I would not recommend staying here that lady at the Front desk was rude and made it very unpleasant and unsafe I felt for me to be there.

I stayed at this hotel in the past because of its location. It is $150 a night for a two queen bed room. They did accommodate us by allowing us to check in early as our room was already available and they gave us one hour extra check out time due to the late arrival of our car to the airport. The beds are very comfortable but there was a bug crawling around on the coverlet when we arrived. I did not see another one and I don't know what it was. a little green shiny insect. it was definitely not a bedbug. The place is pretty dingy and beat up, carpet, a lot of marks on the walls, some stuff under the bathroom sink that could be scrubbed out, the tub was filthy so our 4-year-old was not able to take a bath the entire time. The second day we did tell the maid that we didn't require beds being made up but we would like towels and she indicated she would get them to me soon. that was at 9:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m. I went to the hallway and the maids were all gone. I called the desk for towels and toilet paper as we were out by that time and was told I had to come down and get it which I did and it was ready for me however we had three people in the room and she provided one towel so of course I had to ask for two more. The people there are nice, they're friendly, they're helpful at some points and unhelpful at others. We had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in and finally a man from The breakfast room came out and asked if we had been helped and he went to find somebody to help us. I think they were on a coffee break. The phone was ringing and we actually did call standing at the counter to see if they would pick up but they did not. Overall it was comfortable and quiet. there was not much noise. I think a lot of workers stay there who are in town for jobs such as construction etc. I know I will end up staying here again because it's close to my family's homes but it seems to be getting more run down all the time. They do provide a free breakfast with hot foods and cold foods so that was very welcome and we enjoyed that both mornings.

Stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites on September 15, 2021 to visit SO's family. Check-In: The process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, didn't encounter any issues. Rooms: Decent Size. Couches are a little gross as they do have stains, as expected over time and with all hotels. I think all hotel rooms should have leather couches and seats so it can easily be wiped down. I bring Clorox wipes with me when I travel so I wipe all surfaces down including the TV remote. They did provide two sanitizing wipes for you in the room, which was a nice gesture. Bathroom: Very Spacious but the shower pan was showing it's wear. Faucet was placed in an angle so it was harder to use. I felt it was placed there for aesthetics. Wish there was more pressure on the water from that faucet. Housekeeping: I asked for no housekeeping since we were only there for 2 nights. I don't even think hotels are doing housekeeping unless you stay 5 days or longer due to Covid. I did ask for a set of new towels the next day and they provided it to me at the front desk. Breakfast: They had hot breakfast buffet; waffle bar, cereal bar, hot oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, omelets, They also had To-Go breakfast in a bag which included a fruit, muffin, breakfast bar and a bottled water. They do provide free bottled water at the front desk if you ask. That's a plus. Byway Brewery is right across the street which we didn't get a chance to try. There is also a Buffalo Wild Wing down the same street. Cracker Barrel and Wendy's is across the main road. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. I didn't get to try their breakfast sadly but their free WiFi is pretty good. I was very impressed when we first walked in the room how much space there was. I do think the price was a tad high, if it was cheaper I'd probably be raving about value but over 450$ for only two nights is just not that good of a deal. Overall would stay again.

Very clean but worn. The ATM and first floor ice machine don't work. The don't work also applys to the weekend staff. My room was always clean and well kept.. Get this come the weekend this cleaning person takes my fritos and dip. But leaves two bags of garbage right next to the can! Really the early Saturday morning I'm sitting at the desk in my room it falls apart all my stuffs on the ground. OK stuff happens . I call the front desk and got no ones here. I guess he's on the don't work list ?? Anyway I take the broken table mind you I'm handicapped in a handicapped room. I take it and put in hallway MYSELF..Then the manager trys to get me to change rooms . Even further away from the parking lot .So no. Just don't leave anything valuable in your room I mean seriously a bag of Fritos ? And don't expect anything but a tired motel were the shower valve falls out of the wall. A low toilet in my handicapped room. A tiny shower matt. No shower chair ( I had to ask) So luckily I close to my apartment. So I brought my own toilet ring booster seat, my own shower matt and a step to aid getting in and out of the shower. The floor in the bathroom is an ice skating rink when wet Dangerous especially in a handicapped room. So for over a.$ 100 ++ a night? You get an old worn motel. So I'm stuck here until repairs to my apartment are complete. I GUEES RAMADA IS BUSY SPENDING MONEY ON C.E.O.s BUT NOT THERE RAGGEDY MOTELS BECAUSE THIS ONE IS JUST THAT OLD WORN N RAGGEDY. BUYER BEWARE RAGGEDY MOTEL AT HOTEL MOTELS PRICES. .!!

I was never told where to park my bus upon arrival of hotel. on top of that my room stuff like an ashtray. The carpets were very dirty like they hadn't been cleaned in years then when I get back to the hotel with my team, I get a phone call in the middle of the night telling me to move my bus or it was gonna be towed, and the team would be kicked out over it as well when they had nothing to do with it. The security guard decided to get real antsy with me and called me a derogatory term then, when I went to the general manager about it in the morning, she decided to take the hotel staff side instead of hearing what I had to say needless to say it shows how this hotel is ran the GM is complete and utter trash needs to work on her professionalism the night auditor needs to learn to come to work in uniform and not regular clothes so that way he can be recognized as an employee and not look like someone who shouldn't be working behind the front desk needless to say I called Wyndham support to file a complaint against the hotel but I feel like that's probably gonna go nowhere. Trust me when I say it don't waste your time with this hotel keep looking it's not worth it.

This does not work for us, but they had no rooms with a roll-in shower available. I slipped and almost fell (hence wanting the roll-in shower) trying to get in and out. The tub was NOT in any way mobility friendly. We had to put a heavy transfer bench in the tub ourselves, and it made the shower curtain go out so that water went all over the floor, making it slick when I got out. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were attached to the wall at high standing height (I'm 5'4", and the were at almost the top of my head when I was standing). Not only that, but they were mounted at the back, which meant they were behind the back of anyone using the seat in the tub. We asked to speak to the manager, but no one ever even tried to contact us. The person at the desk said they were going to try and get something taken off for the inconvenience, but that didn't happen either. We do a lot of work to find a room that will accommodate what we need. When the reservation guarantees a particular kind of room, we depend on that being what we get. We had a reservation for Christmas as well, and we have cancelled i5. Never again. If you have mobility needs, I would not stay here.

First, this is a dated facility showing a lot of wear & tear. Upon arrival, the staff seemed preoccupied and a bit disinterested in providing information or service. Rooms are fine - nothing special but serviceable and clean although the bathroom door in our room was very sticky to open. I don't believe a child could open it. Toilets are set to fill very slowly. There is only one bathroom off the lobby (for both genders) and I found it badly stopped up and water puddles were all over the sink counter. Breakfast buffet was serviced and restocked poorly. Coffee ran out and took 15 minutes to be refilled. Syrup for waffles ran out and was not replenished. From 7a until 9a no tables or counters were cleaned. Oatmeal and dry cereals were fairly unpopular so the accompaniments for those were in good supply as was the juice dispenser. Lots of milk cartons and yogurts in the mini fridge. I'd have to be pretty desperate to return.
