Clean, generous room size, well-organized full breakfast. Pool area very clean. Keep in mind Hampton offers room refresh every other day unless requested sooner. Friendly staff, ample parking, walk to fashion mall.

Great location near mall and restaurants along with offices. Too much starch in breakfast, decent oatmeal, clean room, hard towels - very scratchy. Good bathroom for handicap - lots of hand bars, and non-slippery tub floor, low sides on tub for easy in and out. A chair if needed. Nice view of offices. Nice seating area for breakfast. Friendly breakfast host and check-in was helpful.

It's a pleasant place with the polite customer service that accommodate your needs with ability to early check-in. New design and specious rooms, that have all the needed appliances, even extra couch. Excellent, extended bathroom with the shower cabin let's you in through the barn door. As a bonus, you get an open site view over the parking lot with no one steering at your windows.

This is a nice location next to the highway but far enough away that you do not hear traffic noise. Breakfast is served from 6 AM -10AM. They serve the typical breakfast foods: eggs, fruit , cereal, waffles and your usual coffee or juice. The food was decent. The Hampton Inn also offers outdoor seating in good weather. I thought the interior of the hotel was nice, clean and modern. Our room was also clean and comfortable. If you are a Hilton Rewards member it helps to collect points and get free night stays. You can also download the Hilton app and check into your room via the app. The Hilton app also can act as a digital key to your room and common entry/ exits. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. They made sure clean towels,a nicely made bed, and the trash was taken promptly. This Hampton Inn's location is great, and the staff is friendly. If you are in Indy area, check it out!

Overall, a solid choice. Newer hotel and I don't think it can be beat for the price. Nice clean rooms and many have a view if the river. Definitely a solid choice to stay at on the north side of Indy. I will be back when I am in town again.

This hotel is a Rock Star! the lobby, front desk, dining room, swimming pool, laundry, and the workout room are superb! not to mention the staff are very friendly.

Nice new hotel (October 2017) what you would expect from a Hampton Inn, kind of an odd location for a Hotel, pretty close to the keystone fashion mall. Friendly employees.

Friendly staff. Extremely nice breakfast ladies. The reception people need to mind their own business & not talk $h!t about their guests.

Check-in was a breeze, although a little delayed. We used our voucher to sit in the bar and have an amazing cocktail. The wait wasn't very long before the front desk came to find us and give us our room keys. We had an upper-level room with big windows that overlooked downtown. The room had high ceilings, a walk-in shower, beautiful amenities, and was very clean and very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but there was nothing in our visit that stood out as something we were missing or that would have made us more comfortable. The bedding, the pillows, everything was great. Easy walk to the Gainbridge Field House. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Excellent place to stay. Check out was super easy. Just walk out and drop your cards in the box off elevators. We walked out to our car and drove away. My only concern is that the emailed folio with the total for the weekend was about $40 less than what was actually charged to my card. The charge to my card is only a hold, so when that payment settles, it should be the stated amount in the confirmation email.

The hotel is lovely with a courteous staff. Tue lobby was clean and inviting. The guest service area is neat and expansive and there is art located all around the floor. There is an onsite restaurant with table and bar service. They have a connecting walkway that leads to other restaurants in the area as well. The room was clean and provided excellent views of the area. I'd stay again.

The main approach was…read morevisibly neglected and carried a strong, persistent odor consistent with urine and general lack of sanitation. Entry required being buzzed through locked double doors on both sides of the vestibule, which, rather than reassuring, reinforced the impression of a space struggling with control and upkeep. The parking situation immediately added confusion and frustration. We were first required to pay for parking associated with the Hilton property, and then instructed to move the car into a separate paid parking structure at an adjacent office building across the alley. What had been advertised as a straightforward $20 fee ultimately became nearly $100 in combined charges, with no clear guidance upfront. Inside, the details continued to accumulate. Hard and soft surfaces alike appeared dirty or worn. Linens were incomplete. Toiletry dispensers were broken, with no body wash or shampoo available. The air itself carried a stale, unsettled smell, as though prior occupancy issues had not been properly resolved. Individually these might be minor inconveniences; together they pointed to a pattern of ongoing neglect. Beyond the building, the surrounding area introduced additional concerns. Despite being advertised as airport-adjacent, the property is a considerable drive from the airport. The immediate vicinity included frequent loitering and panhandling, which may be uncomfortable or concerning for many travelers. Even basic amenities began to feel questionable in this context. Given the visible lack of maintenance throughout the property, we found ourselves uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of the breakfast offerings--especially frustrating given that our stay was prepaid and non-refundable. Only after experiencing all of this does it become clear that the issue is not a single oversight but a systemic failure in maintenance, transparency, and management oversight. Between the unexpected parking costs, the unsanitary conditions, and the misleading location description, the overall experience felt deeply misrepresented. It is worth emphasizing that the employees themselves were consistently professional and hardworking--some appeared to be carrying more than one role at a time. Their effort was evident and appreciated. Unfortunately, their diligence could not overcome the broader deficiencies of the facility.

When we got into the room. The staff was super accommodating and made sure that we removed a few doors down to a room that was smoke-free. Room was a good quality. Double beds. Shower okay, no bathtub. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The only downside about the coffee maker was that the universal coffee and plastic attachments did not go with the machine. It should have been a closed environment, but it was not. Once you inserted the plastic coffee filter and place the coffee filter pod into the maker, there was a gap, which led to splashing of the hot water onto the coffee filter pod that led to coffee Bean all over the desk. Breakfast every morning. Waffles, either scrambled eggs or pre-cooked omelette, pork sausage, chicken sausage. Golden potatoes, yogurt, fruit, various breads, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Pretty good size dining room as well. On the second floor. Second floor was also where the fitness center was. The floors were labeled with having vending machines on floors 4 and 7:00, but I could not find any. There was a snack area on the first floor where you could purchase snacks by scanning with self-checkout. Refrigerated items, frozen items, candy, chips, etc. The only thing the room really needed was a deep clean. Crevices and corners could have used some extra care and love. Outside of that, no complaints. Security key required to get into the hotel, as well as up the elevator.

Our suite was plenty spacious and had a fun urban/industrial vibe with exposed brick. The bed was more on the firm side, but that is my preference anyway! If you don't wanna go anywhere in the morning, they did have a complimentary breakfast, but again it is so perfectly located between tons of great restaurants. My only knock was that the customer service experience at the desk was a bit different between the night staff and the morning stuff. The young woman who is working overnight, seemed very preoccupied and slightly annoyed when I had some pretty basic questions. This was completely contrasted by the young woman who was working in the morning. I saw her going above and beyond whether it was making sure the trash left for breakfast was taken care of or checking us out. Having worked in hospitality, I understand that anybody can have a bad night, but overall our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming in town from one of the major events or anyone just looking to have a fun staycation.
