The only good: Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Room: not clean. Thermostat did not work. We were either freezing cold or hot. We asked for service twice, but it never got fixed. We were there 4 nights, but our room was only serviced on our last day. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were told they didn't have any: laundry had not done their job. The front desk person rounded up a few clean swimming pool towels, but had no washcloths or hand towels to give us. Breakfast food was nearly empty 20 minutes before the breakfast time ended. Lounge area chairs were threadbare and tables not clean. This place is poorly managed and not up to the Hilton brand standards. Just start by saying I never, ever leave a bad review but this place... My first room has bed bugs, and a shower head that doesn't work. Two days in a row housekeeping just left a note that said "Sorry we do not have clean towels today" Once I reported the bed bugs of course they inspect it and say they do not see anything but I attached picture for proof. The bedding was torn off the bed when they had me switch rooms so you know they saw something too. Then in my second room they have a water pipe burst in the lobby and it floods half of the entire first floor. Smells terrible and floods half of my room with one inch deep water.(See picture) Reported everything again to front desk, they tell me to speak to a manager which I can understand I mean they are just front desk workers. Manager never gives me a call back or answers my messages. Ok I always stay at Hilton's but this time it was the worst one and it was disappointing because we always have a good time and a great stay all over the US. First problem we couldn't get our digital key we had to do it all over again at the front desk we where super tired up for 45 hrs no sleep and we still had to deal with this to get a room second our room we picked home they have us another room. Third the carpets have stains fourth the walls have stains in the hallways fifth our door had a big gap at the bottom I can see the hallway through it sixth the toilet paper was already started seventh the second night we came in at 7:40pm and we had to use the key to come in to the lobby for what ever reason. Eight they didn't have disinfectant wipes at the gym or the lobby either like they do in every other Hilton we stay at for the past few years. Last problem we used our points for this stay and after all this I feel like I got robbed with my points smh ‍. I hope Hilton reaches out to us about this situation and make it right. Hampton Inn missed across the board. The room was reminiscent of a Red Roof Inn. I had to stay in on Jacksonville FL Airport when my tire blew up the street during a visit. The room was dark, many outlets did not work, the carpet.....my white socks were black, not brown dirt but black. The HDMI ports didn't work the bed was scratched and chipped, the drawers would not stay closed I had to just live outta my suitcase.The bathroom shower was rusty the desk lamp would cut off after 40ish minutes I had to type my work reports (I was on business) and reports in the lobby for good light. I became well acquainted with the 3 to 11 shift this way. Overall, thus, it was like no Hilton uve ever stayed in, I won't stay in a Lawton Hilton on my next business trip. Honestly , I understand it's a basic training military installation there (as a vet that trained there), and every Friday is a graduation, so hundreds of family.looking for rooms. When the demand is that high weekly, I can only assume that Cooperate Hilton see no reason to clean up the hotel. Again, the staff was great from the manager to the maintenance gentlemen, but the property needs some Hilton mo ey it's not work the 98.00 government rate I paid. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is awful. The room is awful. The carpet is filthy, and the room is TINY. The beds were advertised as Queen but are closer to full size. No fridge, no microwave, and a tiny tv. All the furniture is cheap and old. The sad part is because this is a military area (I'm a veteran visiting for my sinks graduation from Basic) this hotel chain is operating as though people will stay here regardless. And maybe they will. This will, however be my last stay here. If I can find a better room anywhere close by I'm leaving as quickly as I can. DONT STAY AT HAMPTON INN & SUITES LAWTON!!!!! It is currently 1am and I heard my door open(I'm a very light sleeper!) I jump out of bed and a MAN IS PEEING IN MY BATHROOM and another women was trying to walk into our room!!! I yelled at them to get out of my room! The guy comes out of the bathroom and goes they must of messed the keys up. I said so you see a bunch of stuff in the bathroom and STILL PROCEED TO USE THE BATHROOM!?! Yeah, i think i got a room similar to a previous reviewer. Staff was nice, but the hotel is still pretty nasty. Even though it was deemed a "non-smoking" room, it reeked like some truck stop motel outside of Vegas. Took leaving the bathroom light/exhaust fan on with AC unit on full high fan to eventually bring the smoke stench down. Oh, and apparently they don't change sheets. My daughter and I recently stayed overnight in room 312 and unfortunately, we encountered a serious issue: bedbugs in the room. The hotel appeared decent upon arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the room seemed clean and comfortable, but in need of some updates. However, late into the night, my daughter woke me and said that she noticed some itching and, upon closer inspection, found bedbugs in her bed. We proceeded to check my bed and found a bug under my pillow. This was extremely distressing, as it completely disrupted my sleep and made me concerned about bringing the bugs home with me. I immediately informed the front desk, and asked if they ever had this issue before and they claimed they were clueless. The staff was apologetic, but the only thing that they offered to me was my bill. It was hard to shake the discomfort and anxiety from the discovery. The presence of bedbugs is unacceptable and overshadows any positives that I have always experienced as a Hilton Honors member. I wish I would have seen the other reviews that mentioned bedbugs, I never would have stayed here. As a result of this stay, my daughter and I received numerous bites in our face, neck, arms and legs. This has been a horrible experience!!! I hope the management takes serious action to FINALLY address this issue, as it can severely affect future guests. BED. BUGS. And apparently this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm making sure to leave reviews on all their platforms to let everyone know. According to other reviews this isn't the first time, looks like the most recent bed bug incident was in October, but they had more complaints before that too. I was in bed, under the covers unfortunately, and noticed a little translucent bug crawling on my hand. I jokingly asked if it was a bed bug so we were all just staring at it since we really weren't sure. We were just about to brush it off when I happened to look down near the corner of the bed, and there it was. A HUGE adult bed bug. I jumped out of bed scared, moved my pillow and there was another right under it. We tear my bed apart, and there's a lot babies. Checked our other bed and sure enough they had them too. We call front desk, she offered to change our rooms but before we accepted the new room we wanted to check it. The front desk chick gave us a dirty look as if we were ridiculous and replied "Whatever sure I don't care" and threw her hands up. We were not rude at all, it isn't her fault, but she had a major attitude. We got in pretty late and we didn't want to deal with having to look for another hotel. I'm not even going to mention how gross and dirty things look, but beg bugs alone should say it all. Great stay at a decent property! I really really missed having digital key! The young lady at check in was great! Perfect customer service with HEART. Its refreshing to meet another Front Desk Agent that enjoys their job! The overnight clerk was nice enough - it really bothered me when we walked in that he didn't greet us. Our room was great! I appreciated the fact Housekeeping leaves you a laundry basket full of towels, coffee etc even when you hang the do not disturb sign. Great touch! The breakfast was great! Loved the eggs with ham! The carpet's blackened, the walls are beat up, the beds are well worn, the room smells, the curtains are torn with fist-sized holes, the hallway walls are trashed, the room furniture is beat up, the heat and cooling unit needs replacement, and I'm trying to get a room somewhere else. I can't believe that this is a Hilton hotel. Don't stay here. It needs to be gutted. Update: I drove about 30 miles to another hotel in Duncan and couldn't be happier! It's clean and things work! I have been a frequent guest of Hilton Hotels for years and had never experienced what me and my family were subjected to on 8/4/2022. My family flew from New Orleans and we all drove from Houston to Oklahoma to celebrate my niece's graduation from the Army Boot Camp at Fort Sill. We arrived and checked into the hotel right around 3:00 am, tired and ready to shower and rest. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed the huge and consistent stains on the carpet. I also saw how severally damaged the furniture was as well as the walls and linen. There was absolutely nothing inviting about the room and as a matter of fact, the room screamed HELP! How in the world could management allow their facilities to fall prey to such disarray. It was so bad that I began to sense an overwhelming feeling of disgust and the need to regurgitate. That room was on the level of what I safely assume to be a low class motel...it was bad...real bad for my taste and expectations. I was surprised at how decent this Hampton Inn was! I believe I got a suite, which was a nice size and had a fold out couch, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast is free every morning and has the usual hotel breakfast stuff (make your own waffles, eggs+ham, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, juice, etc). They also have a pool and gym. Apparently, every week there's a bootcamp graduation, so this place is pretty hoppin Wednesday-Friday. read more

As soon as we went into the room we noticed how dirty it was. On top of the dirty floor with food on it, opened, ruined food in the fridge, and the moldy tub, there were bugs on our bed. Thankfully we were not in bed when we saw it and immediately gathered our stuff and left the room. When we went to the front desk, all they could do was offer us another room. When we checked the other room it was also filthy, and the bed had black spots all over it. The front desk employee , was extremely nice and apologetic and had very good customer service. She could not do much since management is over making those types of decisions, but regardless, we stayed in a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. This wasn't our only issue with the hotel, but when we called and tried to get a refund they told us they could not refund our money because the room, DAYS LATER, seemed fine to them. I pulled up to the Hampton Inn egg exhausted from traveling from El Paso Texas I was so happy with the way I was greeted the service was exceptional in my opinion the room we stayed in was really really nice and clean this hotel also had a continental breakfast that in my opinion was perfect for traveling situation I am not sure what anyone could complain about at the rate these rooms usually go at I don't see what else you could be looking for great selection on the tube and also an indoor pool Oklahoma has some of the most terrible weather I have ever seen in my life and it was nice to let my daughter unravel in the pool indoorsthere is also a hot tub for parents I really don't know what else you can ask for in a hotel it had a small store with very reasonable prices and little snacks to cap off your night if you really needed it read more

We are current captives at this hotel. It is way below Hampton's normally high standards. The list of things that are out of order is long: the ice machines on three of the four floors, the indoor pool, milk machine in the breakfast area, the business center. Furniture in front of the meeting room door indicates it should not be used. The workout room is unavailable. We inquired at the front desk about the status of repairs and were only told that "there are several problems" and parts were back ordered for ice machines. Lack of milk meant breakfast choices were limited. Looking at the pool my wife and I could tell it had been unavailable for a very long time. People rely on these reviews to select a place to stay. We spoke with a woman who came here from Atlanta because the online site promised a pool for her young daughter. Much money and work needs to be spent to bring this facility up to par. We stayed for several nights in this hotel. WiFi was non existent and I ended up using my phone data, going over the limit during my stay. An aged facility in need of a major updating, carpets, bathrooms mini kitchens and beds and more need it. Breakfast consisted of a cold bagel, cream cheese and that was it. Pretty minimal, they could have done prepared mini-omelettes or other choices. Very tired facility but the people working here were all very nice and helpful as they could be. I travel to Lawton frequently and will never stay here again. Items disappeared from my hotel room and I was told I shouldn't have misplaced them. I didn't misplace half my makeup out of my makeup bag. Nothing was done by the staff except for accusing me of lying. All I wanted was for them to look into what happened but they didn't. They acted like I inconvenienced them for bringing it up. I tried to move hotels but they were still going to charge me. They made it impossible for me to leave and find other accommodations. Probably the only Hotel I would stay at in Lawton. It is close enough to restaurants, the military base, and a couple bars. Buffalo Wild wings is about a 5 minute walk towards the east of this location. The staff here are very friendly. They also serve a hot breakfast in the mornings. Their choices consist of Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, fresh waffles, pastries, cereal, and hot coffee. Not a bad hotel. Our room was very decent. I don't think they had a fridge though? But if you are visiting family here most likely in the military this place is a good location. read more

We stayed here in February 2015 for our daughters graduation from Army boot camp. The staff was sooo friendly- room super clean- more than enough towels and toiletries left each day. The staff at this beautiful wonderful hotel was just simply amazing, they tended to our every need and request we had. The kind and heart filled service we received was more then words can say. Otherwise the hotel smelled terribly of must/mildew, they had no extra pillows, the pool was closed the first day and then the second day we went to the hot tub and were shocked to see brown foam in the hot tub when supposedly maintenance cleared it that morning, my toilet got clogged every time I flushed it, they brought me my own plunger to fix the toilet....., and most importantly the elevator was unsafe and people got stuck several times. Can I got ZERO stars? I checked in expecting a nice place to stay with my two children. The room appeared to be clean when we arrived. It was worn out and old but I could look past that. When my son went to get a shower, all that came out of the faucet was a trickle of water. This did not change. Around 330 in the morning, my son wakes up screaming. There were bugs crawling over him. They were multiple ones in the bed when he jumped out. He rushed back to the trickling shower to try to make sure they were off while I called the front desk. The girl first lied to me and told me there was nothing she could do because there were no empty rooms. When I pressed the issue (do you really expect me to stay in a room full of bugs? ) she magically found another room (surprise! ) it was hard to even sleep after that, even though we took all the sheets off each bed to make sure there were no more bugs. We checked our early and the front desk girl said nothing but here is my general managers card. I called on Monday to talk to k. KHAN. They were away from their desk. I left a message on the voicemail (repeating my number 3 times) but have yet to receive a call back. Honestly, nobody there cares about your stay. That 150.00 room was a run down, bug infested waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did. As i have family there.
