I went here for a one-night "staycation" and am so glad I did. I needed some R&R and quiet time to work (with a little one at home that can be a daily struggle so my husband sent me away for the night). The king suite had everything I wanted and needed for my stay including a very large work desk, ample space, blackout curtains, a bath tub/shower with nice smelling bath products and an adjustable massage shower head and large tv with all the streaming services. I plan to book a suite room when staying at a hotel from here on out it was that nice. As for the property I loved the location - close to a variety of excellent eateries/restaurants, attractions like a ski hill in the winter and a drive-in open in the summer. There was a nice continental breakfast available on the morning with several cold and hot item choices including vegetarian-friendly options. The gym on-site had a Peloton bike which I used and was excited about. The pool and hot tub were also clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing in during a snow day. I only left the hotel once to pick up dinner nearby otherwise I never would have left. Great value and still only a short drive into Milwaukee. read more

This Hampton Inn & Suites is one of the nicest I've visited. I travel for work regularly, and I appreciate the little details. Just a short drive from downtown Milwaukee, this was comfortable from the beginning. Pulling up to unload in a covered drive at the front door makes a hot day easier. You could immediately tell the attention to detail, from the main spaces to the rooms. Camille and the rest of staff was helpful, prompt, and accommodating. And a 12 pm checkout? That's luxury. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Equipped with a perfectly firm bed, working blackout curtains, ample closet space, and a fully equipped bathroom. Nice TVs. The mini fridge worked great, was clean, and did not smell at all. The breakfast was far better than what is expected at hotels. Sausage, cheese omelettes, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes. The coffee not only tasted good, but was FRESH. Hallelujah. Better breakfast than some restaurants. The indoor pool is spacious, and there's also a hot tub. All clean and accessible. The exercise facility was exceptional. Finding a decent place to workout on the road is challenging, and using this space was as comfortable as it gets. This is a small detail, but it's so awesome when a hotel has a water bottle refill station. I do not want 17 small plastic cups, just a place to fill my own large bottle with chilled, filtered water. Regarding the building in the general: there are many places to spread out and work, either with others or alone. WIFI is fast! There are two working elevators. No long wait times traveling up and down from your room. Ice machines on each floor. This was an easy and convenient stay. I would gladly return next time I'm in the area. read more

Solid enough Hampton. Oversized rooms, oversized bed, oversized TV. Easy to connect to the internet.Lots of hot water. Easy early check-in. Everybody was mostly friendly and nice. You've got Pick 'N Save and Mickey D's across the street as well as a gas station/convenience store in the parking lot along with a really nice old skool expense account steakhouse nearby. Great place for a long weekend. Not far from Milwaukee, restaurants, shopping, and highway. We had a double Queen suite. Nice size room. Very clean. No daily cleaning because of Covid which I understand completely. Staff very accommodating. Every-time I texted for extra towels and toiletries, they were delivered in minutes. Much appreciated. Breakfast typical hotel free breakfast. Nice pool. For the most part we were the only ones using it. In guest areas there were many sanitizing "stations ". Plus wipes for hard surfaces. Made me feel comfortable. All in all, I'd highly recommend this well run hotel. read more

This is a nice hotel, but the room temp was so warm. We set the thermostat to 68 and it couldn't have been colder than 75 degrees. Everything else was clean, comfortable and nice. And it was particularly warm and muggy that day. But, that room temp was really uncomfortable and it made our stay just as uncomfortable. read more

Disappointing experience overall at this location. Multiple hairs in the bed - yuck! They did provide a fresh and upgraded room. The new room was a suite and generously sized, the pull out bed had linens on it already Cheerios we were given during the breakfast had expired in 2018! Had to go elsewhere for breakfast so no value here. Large (30+) group of adults and baseball kids packed into lounge by the lobby in the evening. No one was wearing a mask and definitely no social distancing. The staff did wear masks. read more

March 17th around noon the two women at the front desk a younger girl and an old lady were very rude. Not a bit of customer service. When you're black they look at you like a foreigner & communicate with you with sarcasm. I politely askEd for directions to the restroom and if there were any personal items available. They both looked at me like I was a fool. As I was walking out they both were talking then stopped talking when I walked past, then looked at each other and started shaking their heads. The old lady then hurried to the bathroom i'm guessing to see what I needed to use the restroom for. Btw I seen what both of them were doing as I was walking out because my cellphone recorder was on in my back pocket. I hope people learn that we are all one no matter what color we are. Location was easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, I'd say. One negative is we checked in late and my girlfriend received a text from the gentleman that checked us in asking her how the room was treating her. It made both of us feel a bit uncomfortable. read more

Ppl said loud there~~~~~NOT SO!!! I asked for a rm close to the elevator --we are old have trouble walking. But it was mostly quiet The room was immaculate. We had two adjoining rooms 1 of em had a lil issue but immediately fixed by manager Teresa D'amato She was excellent we will be coming back Because of her The ski slopes were across the highway kinda fun to watch. I had a quick one night stay here the other day. I checked in a bit late and was given a room right next to the elevator. So, it was a pretty loud room and I could hear the people above me along with everyone who came in and out of the elevator. The breakfast was terrible, so I ended up just skipping it. The people at the front desk were very nice though. The staff seems great. read more

Very loud! The street traffic even on the opposite side from the freeway is very loud. Trucks and motorcycles are very very loud. The insulation or the windows must be really inferior. read more

In town for a baseball tournament, and this is not my first time staying at a Hampton Inn; however, it was right next to the field where the kids would be playing, so it only made sense to book a room at this property. The would rate the overall cleanliness of the hotel as a 5; however, the thing that kept me from giving this hotel a 5 star was the fact the pillows provided absolutely no support. I found myself using all four pillows to help support my head. Other than my small complain, my family and I had a nice stay. read more

Clean room. They let us check in early. Good price. Breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary breakfast. There was always free coffee in the lobby. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating the entire time. They went above and beyond and really wanted to make our stay the best it possibly could be. read more

I stay in hotels nightly for my job. Over last 4 years since its opening, this hotel has grown to be my absolute favorite due to excellent staff that the hotel has retained. Great front desk workers! Nick was the quintessential example of a front desk employee. He recognized me every day I walked in and remembered the topics we talked about and seemed generally interested in my visit to Milwaukee not only the hampton. The hotel was clean, good workout facility, with and indoor pool and hot tub that never seemed crowded. The breakfast could be improved but was definitely adequate. read more

I was very disappointed with my stay there. Paperwork and website said pool open and my kids were extremely disappointed when we walked down there and saw it was closed. At night the room above us was having a party and banging so loud on the floor it woke my kids up. This started at 11:30 pm and lasted last 2am. We called the front desk and nothing helped. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning and they never did. The front desk lady said there was no manager on duty in the evening. I am calling corporate to address my stay. read more

Great hotel, great service, great front desk personnel. Very courteous and attentive. Nice area no worries about safety. Beautiful rooms lovely view from the 5th floor. Can't hear the traffic and rooms are ready on time. Thank you. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, we live in Milwaukee but were in Oak Creek for the wedding weekend and didn't want to travel back and forth. Hotel was fully booked but as a guest we weren't crowded, even at the free breakfast. They let us hang out in the breakfast/dining area on Friday night as we had family in from out of town. Stayed here a week while on business. Very clean and spacious room. Hotel staff was friendly. My only complaint was the air conditioning and upstairs guests were a bit noisy, but really not that big a deal. I'll trade a little noise for a clean room and a friendly face, anytime. I attempted to establish a wedding block of rooms with this hotel. My business was passed to three different employees, none of which were prompt with responses to my questions. They would not allow me to establish the room block over the phone OR in person - I was required to use a website which required me to establish a new login and password, as well as a complicated 4 step process to creating the block of rooms. Absolutely do not recommend! read more

We spent the night here in April and everything was wonderful. I grew up in the area (I currently live in Dallas) and there is FINALLY a hotel near Greendale. Those awful airport hotels don't hold a candle to this hotel. Room was clean, fitness center was clean and equipment was new, and staff was super friendly. Will be recommending this hotel for our upcoming wedding in August. Will definitely stay here again!! read more
