Good food no issues with staff about my service dog at all they did a really good job more people should stay here

We stopped in at the Hampton Inn and suites on our way to North Carolia. Luca was at the desk and let me know that there was a Managers reception foong on and I and my party were welcome to have some if some was left. We asked for a king room, but they were out, so she placed us in the largest single hotel room I have ever been in. We got to our room #326, and it was huge, truly the size of 2 rooms together, with a King bed and a pull out couch. The problem is, the room is so large that the space isnt used wisely, si the room comes off sterile and cold, not the warm, cozy feeling you get from most Hampton hotels. It was very Liminal Space -y. The echo was noticeable because there wasnt enough furniture to soak up the sound. The bed was VERY comfortable, the shower and bath were tops. I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons over the years, I mean a lot. This hotel stands head and shoulders above the rest. The rooms look brand new and very clean. Then there is the 5 pm happy hour! The tomato soup, garlic bread, fresh vegetables and cheese hit the spot, but the pimento cheese topped them all. You know you're in the south when you see it. To top off the experience is a very friendly lady behind the counter making sure everybody's needs are met. If you are staying the night in Tifton you'd be making a mistake if you stayed somewhere else. I can't wait to see what breakfast is like. I hear it is great too. I would love to see these little extras incorporated into all the other Hamptons where I stay. Keep up the good work! read more

Our over night stay was amazing!! The staff is amazing!! Christmas decorations adorned the lobby and they were absolutely beautiful! Five o'clock guest happy hour with beverages and delicious tomato soup, garlic bread, cheese, crackers, etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We stopped here on our way from Orlando to Atlanta, and so glad we did. It has one of the best free breakfasts we've ever had. Food options were great, and the staff member in charge was awesome -- so kind and kept the food refilled and counters immaculate. We stayed in a double queen, which was clean and updated. We didn't have time to utilize the exercise room, but it looked nice (even having a Peleton). This will be our go-to from now on when we make this drive again. read more

My kids and I stayed here on our return trip from Florida. As they are two teenagers, it's getting more difficult to find a room with individual sleeping accommodations for them. Hampton Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was huge, with plenty of room for everyone. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the place as well. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff were friendly, smiley, and helpful. The decorations were beautiful, fun, and inviting. What a great thing to experience after a long day of driving! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I woke up feeling very refreshed. One of the most memorable things about this hotel was the staff member at breakfast. I didn't get her name, but it was the morning of July 16th, 2023. She was so friendly and helpful - And sweet to my kids. The food was outstanding as well! We all just wanted to give her a big hug. We travel quite a bit. From now on, this is the brand of hotel that I will look for on future travels. Thank you for a GREAT experience! read more

I have (had) a reservation for next weekend staying in a room reserved that meets our family's needs. We picked this hotel because of its convenience and we stayed here last year for a competition. Other team members are booked here. We have a team competing on the area. I received a call this morning from Petra who stated our room type is no longer available due to renovations. I get it, however the approach was all wrong. Petra stated she's "just an employee making bad calls". What type of leader would allow that for their employee? I have asked for a call from the General Manager. Still hasn't happened. 1 hour later. Bottom line is, I am not staying there. The leadership is poor and apparently there is no employee motivation. Hilton Brand has another strike. read more

Wonderful hotel! We always stay at Hampton inn when traveling and they are mostly good enough. This particular Hampton is one of the best we've stayed in. Very convenient to the highway. It's in a nice area that feels safe and is on a strip of highway with tons of options for food, gas, etc if your stay includes a meal. It's right next door to a Cracker Barrel and there's a Starbucks less than 5 min away. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked great and wasn't noisy. They had an outdoor pool that looked lovely. Clean, well landscaped, pretty chairs and benches. We never stay long enough for pools but this one tempted me. Breakfast is always served at Hampton but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Everything was fresh and hot. Good fresh cut fruit, biscuits, grits. Plenty of extra stuff that I don't always see. And so clean and served with a smile. I will definitely put this location in my favorites and try to stay here again. This is our second time staying here this year. Rosalind at the front desk was fantastic. She was helpful, quick and had a good sense of humor. I don't know who trains the front desk staff, but they should take tips from her ! The location is right off the interstate. It's clean and they have an evening reception with wine, beer and snacks. This Hampton Inn has an awesome front desk staff. They were super friendly and willing to help us about along the way. The hotel itself is a little dated and could use a bit of an upgrade; it's decor reflects the Cracker Barrel next door. But it was a very clean and inviting; the rooms all had "Covid-19 Seals" on them to indicate the room had been cleaned and nobody had entered the room since it was clean. Once we opened the door the covid sticker seal breaks, indicating someone is in the room. We did have a clogged toilet while we were there. The front desk came and tried to fix it, but ended up having to call plumbers. We went to dinner and by the time we came back everything was fixed and working properly. The beds were very comfortable and the next morning we got up to leave, but not before breakfast. Because of covid breakfast is no longer self-serve, but rather they have a staff member that gets you what you want and serves you a plate. It made it a little slow because of the large number of people waiting in line, but it was good to know they have our safety in mind. Next time I'm passing through Tifton I'll be sure to stay at this Hampton again. read more

My husband travels a lot for work so between the both of us (because I tag along to visit when I can), I can saw we've seen a lot of Hampton Inns but this location impressed us. It is by far the best Hampton Inn & Suite we've stayed at. From the large and spacious room to the beautiful cabin-like decor of the lobby, we felt very comfortable and at home. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. I wish more locations were as well done. read more

We stopped here after a very long day of travel. The very pleasant staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like they had been waiting just for us to arrive. Our room was spacious, clean and best of all quiet! Big comfy bed, bright white linens, and a nice variety of bath products. Wow!! I travel for a living and this Hampton Inn would be the best Hampton I have ever stayed in. (and yes, I've stayed in Hamptons routinely) From check-in to check-out every single person spoke, was cordial, and made ne feel welcomed. They even let me use a wheelchair, my entire stay, for my 84 year old mother. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean, the room itself was spotless and the A/C worked extremely well. Now to the best part, the breakfast!! I mean shut up!! The breakfast didn't disappoint, the breakfast flew off the "exceeded expectations' chart. The breakfast was Hot! Fresh! Well Displayed! Plenty Of It! and the ladies working were golden!! The breakfast was the highlight of my stay!! So, last weekend, I was road tripping and got caught in a huge storm that swept through Georgia. White out rain, lightening, hail ... the works. I managed to land a last minute reservation at this hotel, right near I-75. When I got there, the room reservation systems were offline and the staff was overrun by a herd of bedraggled storm-worn guests. We all had quite a wait for rooms, but the staff worked really hard, gave us free dinner, and finally got everyone housed. The picture isn't much to look at, but in a raging storm (no restaurant deliveries available), a bowl of gumbo and a fresh corn muffin were much appreciated. read more

The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and outgoing. The facility is impeccably clean. There were a variety of fresh free cookies in the lobby. Free breakfast. Pet friendly also. Super cute decor and little details for kids and families. Clearly marked per COVID restrictions and rules. read more

This hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and took precautions at breakfast by serving our food to us rather than buffet style. One person serving breakfast did not have a mask on which was unfortunate when interacting with guests and handling food. We arrived late as we were traveling and after getting settled in our room our three year old brought us a half drank cup of coffee that was not ours!!! With COVID one would think better cleaning would take place, we also later found a pill on the floor maybe Advil PM, thank goodness our three year old did not find it. I would not recommend this hotel at this time due to the lack of thorough cleaning. read more

Location is perfect, just steps to Cracker Barrel which is not my fav but so convenient for a quick meal. Quiet, clean and staff was very pleasant. This is clearly one of the best Hampton Inns around. I travel for business and have stayed in countless Hamptons coast to coast. Even though it's not a new property, it's far better than most. Why is it better? Clearly the management and staff make an effort to be the best. You will notice it's different than most Hamptons as soon as you walk through the entrance and notice the unique design and decor. The evening reception was very generous. Beer and wine, along with plenty of food. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants within walking distance and many more within a couple minutes drive. I don't want to give the impression it's perfect, but four stars wouldn't seem right. There is some aged furniture in the rooms with some staining. So again, it's not a new property. But the room and bathroom were very clean. We will be staying again in several days on our return trip back to Florida. Hopefully will be just as happy. read more

Staff was very friendly at this hotel. The breakfast attendants needed to be double staffed but they were friendly and hard working. (Eggs were CRAZY salty and floating in water but the rest was great ). Coffee and water was running out but the staff were busting bootie to keep up and everyone was friendly to each other. Good location. Top-notch staff. When I wasn't looking, my wife or daughter ate my free cookie. Dang it. So, I went into the shower to wash the long hours from the road off me and massage my tired old muscles, and also the shower spray could mask my tears from cookie betrayal. Wow, I don't know if I hit it just the right time but the water pressure and temperature were the best on any recent road trip. I'll be back. I love love love this hotel!! This is always our half way stop traveling to Florida and Tennessee. The staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly and the hotel is so clean. The rooms are nice, the hotel was updated about 8 years ago and still look new. Every evening there is a 'welcome' happy hour with fresh made cookies and appetizers with wine and tea/water. The breakfast in the morning is top notch, although the sitting area is on the smaller side. The pool is clean with plenty of toys to keep the kids occupied. You can walk to Cracker Barrel, or take a short ride to a lot of other restaurants. Downtown Tifton is a cute little city, especially during Christmas time where they have a light show. Always recommend staying at this hotel! read more

This was the first stop of our vacation. What a wonderful experience it was! Upon arrival, the staff acknowledged our Honor Rewards status with a free bottle of water. We lucked out and arrived the day of the Manager's Reception. The food was excellent. Our room was beautiful. You could tell the motel had just been remodeled. Breakfast was also great. But the thing that impressed us most was that ALL the staff was so friendly. They greeted you with sincerity and joy. If Tifton Hampton Inn is on your route, you won't regret stopping here. read more
