One of the few Hamptons that has seriously disappointed in both cleanliness and customer service. If we had not got in at such a late hour and needed 2 rooms, we would have looked for lodgings elsewhere. -I Booked 2 rooms on a single credit card--was told that note had been made on my account to assign two rooms together. Not done. We didn't even get rooms on the same floor!?! -One of the two rooms was filthy. See photos. Visible dirt around edge of floor and pink slime on shower head. - Cleaners had sprayed Febreze so heavy in one of rooms that it took my breathe away when I first walked in. Clearly trying to cover up some smell. My head began aching within 5 minutes. Irritated son's eyes terribly. (See photo) I asked about another room but was told nothing could be done. Front Desk's bright idea: "leave the hotel room door open to let it air out." -Hand-towel has a huge hole in it and was dirty. -Only semi-positive was Breakfast. Fine for a free meal but serving room and eating area was tiny. Get there early. The cleanliness and customer service issues are completely unacceptable for an almost $200 room. Was told that all of this would be reported to the manager. I highly doubt anyone cares. Stay away! --

Large gap between door and doorframe. Stuffed towel through it at night to block some of the light passing through.

The hotel room was tidy and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. This is pretty much all we ask for when staying in a hotel when traveling. I have two complaints: 1) The rooms have a chemical smell. Our first room was so bad we had to switch rooms. The manager was very nice about it and said it was probably the Fabreeze they use in the rooms. It's much too much and was intolerable. 2) The door to the room was ill-fitting. The gap between the door and the doorframe was so wide that I could pull a bath towel through it at night to block the light. Without the towel it was it hard to sleep at night due to the amount of light that came in the door.

Clean pool. Great amenities. Room was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Front desk could've been a little more personable.

I cannot believe I was stuck at here for a week because every other place nearby was booked. I…read morewanted to walk out after the first 10 minutes. This place is an absolute disgrace--easily the worst hotel/motel I've ever dealt with in my life. If negative stars were an option, I'd smash that button. Let's start with the basics: the door is literally falling apart. Hinges are coming off, it won't latch or close automatically like every other hotel door on the planet. Holes in the door AND the walls. I had to prop it shut every time I left or came back, terrified I'd come back to an open room all night. Safety nightmare. The room? Disgusting. Stains, streaks, grime everywhere--walls, floors, furniture. It looked like no one had cleaned it before I checked in. The sign on the door brags about "room service three times a week." Lies. Not once in seven days did housekeeping show up. Zero. Zilch. That's why the place was a pigsty. Fridge? Filthy inside, no sign it had ever been wiped down. Microwave? Pathetic--takes forever to heat anything, and even after doubling the time, your food comes out half-cold. Infuriating when you're just trying to eat something quick. WiFi was the cherry on top of this dumpster fire: it drops constantly, forces you to re-login every single time you reconnect, barely works 1% of the time. I've stayed in remote cabins with better internet. This was the most frustrating part--couldn't even stream a show or get work done without wanting to throw my laptop. And to add insult to injury: NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES AT ALL. Not even a sad little coin-op washer/dryer in the building. For a week-long stay? Ridiculous. Absurd. Who runs a extended-stay hotel without laundry? This isn't "budget" or "basic"--it's straight-up neglected and rundown with zero effort from management. Worse than any Motel 6 I've ever seen. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever. Not for a night, not for an emergency, not for anything. Run the other way. You will regret it. Save your sanity and money--book literally anywhere else.

Then they talk about continental breakfast, however, there was only waffles there and some old danishes toast and that's all. And the syrup wasn't changed. One of the patrons were scooping the syrup out with the spoon from the top of the container. I don't believe that should've happened. And my guest and I had to ask for towels and washcloths toilet tissue and soap. On the next day, there was no housekeeping because of the holiday, which I understand however, the following day there was housekeeping, And our rooms were not cleaned, beds were not made, towels were not replaced. Garbage was not taken out. Everything we had to do was on our own. Our iron was broken and we had no ironing board in the closet. The only thing good about this establishment. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I was greeted by a front desk employee so friendly it felt like a small civic holiday. She was cheerful and efficient and then she vanished from my story which is fine because I was not looking for a supporting cast. The public spaces outside the breakfast area have seen better decades. The halls and corners feel tired dingy and dark like a library that forgot to keep reading. The room itself is hardly modern and would not impress a committee but it was clean and comfortable and the bed was fantastic. It did the one job that matters which is to let a human sleep. The hotel sits far enough back from Route 130 that the traffic does not argue with you. Inside the building however sound travels with ambition. Footsteps conversations and doors carry like gossip. All told this is closer to a three and a half star experience than a revelation. Still for the price point it is a pretty good value. I left rested and none the worse for wear which is sometimes the highest praise.

Good: mattress pad on bed and down comforter means a comfy night stay for this price point. Also the walls and windows were nicely sound proofed! Nice in room amenities! Sadly, my first impression was the most accurate. The nonfunctional air conditioning was surrounded by duct tape in the broken window. The only lamp featured a cracked shade, which threw light over the dirty carpet. I was treated to chinese takeout leftovers from a previous resident, tucked in the table by the bed, where they had evidently been for some time. The deadbolt didn't work at all, and the doorknob itself was finicky. I slid the chain across, only to have the chain come off in my hand. Still, the exhaustion took over, and I collapsed on the sheets (which may or may not have been washed). I awoke fifteen minutes later to what felt like a pinprick on my arm. Now, traveling alone may be lonely, but the second I turned on the lamp, I saw I had company. Six bedbugs crawled around the sheets where I had just slept. At this point, I gave up walked back to my car, and went to sleep there. Around 2:30, I awoke to loud arguments in the parking lot between a man and woman. They seemed to be having a disagreement regarding a.... Business arrangement. To say that I would not repeat the experience is an understatement.
