When I checked in, the bathtub was full of dirty water and hair. Like they didn't even bother to drain the water out of it. My room had no smoke alarm or soap in it. The elevator was broken which they didn't warn anyone about. I am haunted by the thought of everyone using the breakfast buffet without washing their hands because their rooms had no soap. If you stay here, keep your suitcase in the car.

The hotel sits in the middle of what I call a planned community. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of great shopping. There's a country club within walking distance of the hotel, and with a day pass, you can enjoy the amenities. The hotel itself is lovely inside and out. The lobby is spacious, and the color scheme is made up of maroon couches and green chairs, and the area flows into the breakfast area. The high tables are wooden with black and red leather chairs. The bedrooms are more of a suite. The living room and bedroom areas are divided. It's a full living area with a sectional, TV, desk, small refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom is the same, and it is spacious to put all your toiletries. I really love that the shower has a step-up. It's really beautiful place.

Looks like a charge by hour place and got a $90 fee…read more Lobby smells like smokers, non smoking room smelled of smoke. Comforter had many burn holes. Bathroom ceiling was damaged and had mold. Stains on the floor that looked like dried body fluids. On top of that my email recept has an extra $90+ charge for tax recovery & fees. Friends there the same night and also booked days in advance only had a $15 tax/etc fee. Avoid.

There was cereal all over the side of the counter I would think it may have been from children earlier. While I was there for about 25 minutes no one came into the area to check on things and clean up. About 20 minutes after that as we ere checking our they were reading the biscuits and cleaning up the counter in some areas. So sad that there is no professional pride in getting things done. They switched us to a non-smoking room which was better but still only across the hallway from the smoking rooms. The hallway smelled of cigarettes and weed the whole time we were there. We could see the pot smoke leaking from above the closed door of a room as we walked down the hall. Someone above us must have had a pet or else they were walking around their room until the early hours of the morning which made it hard to get to sleep.

I would have given 5 stars if we didn't have to wait 2 hours for our keys. They apparently just renovated and it shows. The lobby is clean and bright, everything looks fresh. The rooms were comfortable everything worked well. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, even had an omelet station with someone making omelets.

I did ask for courtesy hour because I drove 30 miles away and I wasn't gonna make it back in time to check out. Where I was located, I wanted to have breakfast. I was told, "no you will be charged a full day." There was no courtesy hour extended. On top of that, I left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door when I left. I returned, the towels and pillows that I had position a certain way were removed and straightened up. My personal things that were laid out because I expected for the cleaning folks to bypass the door because of the sign No expectation of privacy apparently

First, pulling in to the parking spot, we spot a man standing upstairs on the balcony. We check in, I asked for a first floor room. We drive up a bit to the room and man is watching us. We walk to our room and to break the uneasiness, I say Hi and he says nods back. A little while later, we go out to eat dinner. The man was not out there (Whew!). We come back from dinner and man is out there watching us again. Another round of Hi! Hurries into room (click click locked). Room is outdated. Our curtain in the room was partly falling so my guy had to put something against to kinda keep it closed. Next morning, we survived! Yay! Let's get out of here! Go outside to put our stuff in the car and guess who (Yup, upstairs balcony man.) We said our Hi to each other and we checked out and got out of there! For those not sure, I don't the man was security! I personally would not stay here again!

It was cool, dry and they gave us adjoining rooms like we asked (nice for my teen daughter and her friend to not have to what a bed bc the price was so low). Aside from that the room was a disaster. The sign out front said "newly remodeled". If that's the case they need to fire their contractor. Walls had soda (I hope it was soda) splashed on them. Holes were patched but not painted on the walls and don't even get me started on the electrical mess (just check out the pictures). The AC was not turned on when we arrived so rooms were hot, but did cool down fairly quickly once the AC turned on. If you're looking for a quick, cheep place to stay passing through, this could do it. But don't expect much. On a positive note, the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was pretty good and fast service. They have Kareoke on Friday nights.
