Very comfortable rooms, especially the bed and pillows! Breakfast is included. Can make waffles and they have cheese omelets, potatoes, and bacon as well as cereal and yogurt for you to enjoy in the morning after a good night sleep. Decent amount of parking on site.

    Bathroom floor

Dirty shower with black hair, mildew, dirty bathroom floors and toilet. Dirty sink and mirror. The rug in room was stained and the comforters worn. The hotel has a musty, gross smell. The pull out couch bed had two big yellow stains and the mattress tearing apart at the seams. We travel quite a bit (have stayed in 7 hotels in the past two weeks) and I have never seen a hotel this bad. It's needs updated terribly.

If I could have left zero stars, I would have. Employees do nothing to make customers feel welcome and nobody cares to hear you complaining or try in some way to make up for it, even the general manager did nothing to try and make our unpleasant stay more accommodating. They don't even pick up the trash in front of the place all over the property. Garbage bins are overflowing and garbage is on the ground. There's no coffee out front in lobby where it should be or even in your room where it should be. They barely clean your room every 3 days and don't even wipe down the bathroom counter. The gym SMELLS AND IS FILTHY AND THE AREA CALLED A POOL AREA IS DISGUSTING. Carpets are filthy and nobody takes pride in where they work. They just stand outside away from front desk and smoke. Never staying at another Best Western ever again. Shame on this trashy hotel charging over $200,a night.

    Now that's attention to detail!

What can you say - it is a Hampton Inn off of an Interstate. Pedestrian across the board. This location was built pre-Hilton ownership and it shows. Exterior and interior is dated and worn. The lobby has gotten a minor upgrade, but it is still cramped and not at all inviting. The elevator is the size of a small closet - and even though it is 3 stories - you should be taking the stairs. The windows are dirty inside and out and the air conditioner smells moldy. Beds are mid-grade, but the furniture and carpet is straight out of the 90's. Why am I putting so much effort into this review - because these franchises should be better - especially when several new, competitor hotels have opened within a stones throw. I'm a Hilton guy and had to stay here for work - but definitely won't coming back. And, to add in the world of COVID - the front desk staff are not wearing masks - lovely!

This place is kinda dumb. I was here for a soccer tournament and I was just playing with my freind a in the hotel then, a man says no running and some people were storming down the halls. Man the parents got kicked out for being to loud watching a football game they had to go to the holiday inn we're id rather be. We tried to go to the pool IT WAS FREEZING AND IT TOOK 20 MINS FOR ME TO GET WARM. The elevator kinda took 10 years so we had to go up the stairs. Oof I don't like this place.

Our go to hotels to stay in are Hampton Inns and we were very disappointed in this one. The side doors did not lock so anyone could get into the building, very dirty and outdated. The rooms need updated and cleaned. Very disgusted by the mold growing in the tub. The beds weren't bad to sleep in, but glad I brought my own pillow.

Like a "Beacon in a Storm"...quite literally...this Hampton Inn hotel truly was. Driving home from Savannah, GA. on the Sunday AFTER Thanksgiving, otherwise known as "Hell" Driving through varying samples of winter weather forces, THREE traffic jams, and sitting in the car for TWELVE hours (when it should have been only seven or eight at that point) We were done. We agreed to start looking for a place to lay our heads for the night. We really needed to stretch our legs, straighten our backs, get a bite to eat and recharge the batteries. This hotel fit the bill The hubby negotiated a very fair price with the welcoming manager, Hollie. The room was extremely clean and spacious. In the morning, there was a very good continental breakfast and it even offered healthy choices. Yogurt, apples, bananas, fruit salad, low-fat cream cheese & oatmeal. Plus the usual carborific choices of bagels, waffles, pancakes, etc. Excellent coffee. We were even sent home with little "On the go" boxes of bottled water, apple, granola-bar and mints. The staff could not have been nicer. This will be our midway rest stop (if needed) from now on when we go visit the daughter & son-in-law.

Reserved two rooms, forgot to cancel one - when checking in at 10pm I was asked by the extremely pleasant clerk if I was checking in for both rooms, I simply said 'not if I don't have to -- I think we can make do with the one' he said I didn't have to. That's it - no begging, no excuses -- he said he'll be able to sell the room. LOVED. The room itself -- perfectly clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants. Cold A/C, cozy, fresh linens with plenty of towels, good sz TV.

There are a few Holiday Inn locations in this Kentucky where I have found this happens. When you arrive and check in, this location will take a credit card for incidentals. Again, this happens at a few of the Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Kentucky. What I have liked so far about this location is that they have a breakfast menu in the elevator and they state that they give you two complimentary waters in the fridge. Since I am kind of wary about having a credit card on file, I am probably not going to take them. I feel like items in fridges are being weight monitored. The king standard room is nice. Tons of space towards the center of the room. 3/24/2026 Shower: The showerhead in the bathroom is amazing with a mist type setting. I am going to miss that. Breakfast: Pretty much top!!! They basically max out everything possible that one would want a hotel to throw at them. I am writing about, two types of omelets (white and folded egg, egg beater eggs), bacon AND sausage (not just one or the other, and not just the sausage patty, the actual good tasting sausage links), french toast, and delicious seasoned potatoes. Their wide array of teas is amazing, both caffeinated and decaffeinated options in the breakfast area. Do not be down if you only find two options of black tea in the rooms because of this. I grabbed like two of each in the breakfast area for whenever I want to drink them because I am almost always traveling. In the fridge, they not only have yogurts, but yogurt parfaits (although, they have no expiration stickers on them. I would like to see how they monitor these parfaits from going bad). I had taken one and it was so refreshing. I think this Holiday Inn location is killing it in terms of what an individual would want. I have not seen too many Holiday Inns with this elaborate of a breakfast setup. This experience would be best compared to a Hilton and more than likely, one would have to be some kind of high ranking rewards member to even try to access the breakfast there.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly and courteous, but due to staffing shortages, when you request coffee or towels, they have to do deliver for you, which can take some time when their main priority is managing the front-end. Rooms are accomodating, A/C worked well, plenty of room to move around and my room had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom had a nice walk-in shower, but the location of the toilet was a bit close to the wall and when the put the toilet paper holder next to it, your literally sitting against it. Not a good design whomever did that. The location of the hotel is in an industrial park area, but there are multiple hotels, restaurants and places to get toiletries if you forgot any. Overall, we had a great time at Greenfield Inn and Suites! My little sister wanted a "beach"…read morebirthday party and this was as close to the real thing as you can get in Elizabethtown! The pool within the greenhouse, surrounded by REAL plants and cute cabanas made her day perfect! My Nana purchased a room to allow us access to the pool and said the breakfast was simple but delicious! The reason I give this hotel 4 stars: You can tell some of the "out-dated" details have just been painted over, the pool area had ants/was a little messy, and our room could use some small repairs. AND (here's the biggest issue) My Nana went in and asked about having a birthday party. The front desk attendant was very kind and said that they could absolutely do it. My Nana then purchased the room. Later on, a week or so later, my Nana returned to make sure everything was still all good. The front desk attendant this time was extremely rude. She told my Nana that they "don't do birthday parties". My Nana informed her that she was told they did and that's why she purchased a room. The attendant retorted with "well it's only 4 adults to a room so that's all that can come". Luckily, another guest chimed in and told the attendant that there were 3 birthday parties the prior weekend! My Nana also informed the attendant that it would only be my sister (9), a baby, and a handful of adults and there would not be an issue. The attendant reluctantly consulted the manager who, per the attendant, said "well can do it this time, but no more." When we went in for her party, we were met with a kind desk attendant and staff. Maybe this was just a fluke, but it was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth. TLDR; Greenfield Inn and Suites made for a fun 9th birthday party and yummy breakfast despite the inconsistent information/hospitality from staff.

Another big plus was the excellent price for the stay--it was very reasonable for the quality and comfort we received. The location is also very convenient, with lots of restaurants and other hotels nearby, which made it easy to grab food and relax for the night. We decided to stay here because of the great reviews, and I'm happy to say they were absolutely right. I'm definitely not disappointed with our choice! It was zipped up, weighed 3-4 lbs and was on the vanity and Housekeeping claims they never found it. This is impossible, as they could not clean the vanity without moving it. It is obvious that there is a thief in the Housekeeping Team and I intend to file a police report to found out WHO. I expect that the Elizabethtown Police will help get to the bottom of this. If not, I am DONE with Marriott!!! I will go back to Hilton in a heartbeat. I expect to either get my bag back or get fully reimbursed. Be careful when staying at this property!! We booked a "suite" and maybe I misunderstood the pictures, but I thought the beds would be separate from the pullout couch. They were not. They weren't in a separate room, half wall, or even curtain. Everything was right next to each other. If you have any light sleepers, this isn't a great setup. Also, despite having a microwave and fridge and being a "suite", there were no dishes available. Other than a microwave and bar sink, I'm not sure how this could be considered a suite rather than a normal hotel room with a pull out couch. Also, you can't see the TV from the couch, so if the family wants to watch a movie to settle down for the night, expect to pile into the beds together - whether you want to or not. The pool was clean, but the deck edges are short. It's hard to find a spot outside the pool where you won't get splashed. And you're not supposed to take the towels out of the pool area - which leaves you no towel to cover yourself on the cold walk back to the room. The fitness center was decent. There were free weights and cardio equipment. There were also sanitizing wipes. The treadmill and elliptical had TV channels, but there weren't instructions to connect to the sound or turn on closed captioning. One bright spot was breakfast. There was tons of food that was much higher quality and taste than I was expecting. Including taxes and fees, we paid $200 for one night, which I think is grossly overpriced.
