No keyless entry but was able to check in online n choose room. Only 3 stories, small n quaint. Our room needs a little fixing up, trash under bed, tile n wallpaper falling off. There was no plastic bags in closet, uncovered cups under sink (please put on counter, desk area, or bed side table), one of the cups had food in it, and pillows could be fuller not flat. Breakfast was good: red potatoes and smoked sausage different selection, crumb cake muffin n chobani yogurt. Decent rate $96. Would return and friendly staff. read more

Idk who answered the phone, I didn't feel the need to stay on the line to find out, the customer service was not there. Lady answered the phone with attitude and a horrible tone. I never understand how people choose to work customer service than get an attitude when they have to do their job. read more

I did receive a very nice call from the GM at this hotel. They have been through some staffing changes and he is aware that things need to be made better. He was very kind and apologetic. He explained that new door locks have been ordered but because of shipping issues they haven't gotten them and can't close the doors without locking themselves out!! Hope they get it together and make good what once was! read more

I travel to Maumelle often and admittedly stay at a different property but decided to give the Hampton Inn a try. I was extremely impressed with the safety measures that have been instilled due to COVID. Although at this point in the pandemic, the staff was not wearing masks nor were they required by guests inside, other measures made me feel at ease. From social distancing at check in and contactless payment, to sealed rooms showing that they've been sanitized and disinfected. The remote control was covered and disinfectant wipes are available. While the safety measures were great, the hotel does need some upgrades. There was sharp wire poking out at the entrance of the elevator, the rooms are dated and the beds aren't the most comfortable but I would definitely stay again - particularly during this time. read more

Both nights there were people shouting and stomping, the neighboring room walls must have been paper thin because we could here knocking on the wall,breakfast was average and the floors were sticky, but the staff was super nice so that's a star, the parking was good but the back door didn't work from the outside read more

The room is ram down and the carpet has holes and the walls need some work. I think that it would be in your best interest to stay elsewhere. read more

When I travel, I am very picky. I didn't expect to like this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. Everything was beautiful and modern. I felt comfortable and slept well. It included a small fridge and microwave. The TV is small and maybe a few years older, but who cares? I watch content on my iPad. The staff was nice. They served delicious coffee and fresh baked strawberry shortcake white chocolate chip cookies. I didn't think I'd like them but my newly expanded gut tells another story. I went through them like Cookie Monster. Yum-yum-yum! It was easy for drivers to pull up to the door with the curved driveway and the place was never crowded nor loud during my short two-night stay even during breakfast. For the low price, this is the place to beat. read more

Now THAT is a breakfast!! Fresh fruit, waffles, omelets, grits, cereals, assorted pastries, sliced sausage, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, fresh juices and lots more! Extremely pleased - clean, affordable, helpful staff, reliable what I come to expect from staying at a Hampton inn -

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days as part of a wedding party/mini-vacation. The room was very nice with a dark modern carpet and pale tiles on the floor, dark wood furniture, and both a microwave and mini-frige. The beds are super comfy and thank goodness they aren't stingy with the towels. There is both complimentary wi-fi and hot breakfast served until 10:00AM. The breakfast is hit-or-miss on dishes but I always had at least one thing I wanted to eat, and they have a waffle maker too. This hotel is pretty new so it's still in great condition. And the staff is soooooo nice. I got a chance to talk to a lot of them and they were all great. There's a Wal-Mart across the street and plenty of other conveniences nearby - gas stations, a Starbucks and a Kroger all within a short drive. The only downside is that the area shuts down around 10PM, so there is no nearby place to hang out unless you're a fan of Wal-Mart. Although I'm from this area, it was convenient to stay at the hotel rather than with family because of the wedding. And the hotel was so nice it felt like a mini-vacation. This was a great stay, we checked in that night after an entire day of driving and we were exhausted. Eugene checked us in and he was very helpful and found us a good room and gave us a deal thanking my husband for his service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were not as firm as we prefer but anyone who likes softer beds would enjoy them very much and we still slept great. The breakfast was as good as usual for the Hampton and the staff was very nice. When we checked in and checked out I was offered some cold bottled water and when you're in the middle of a long road trip fresh water is always an extra plus ;-). read more

Well let me just start by saying that this morning desk concierge was absolutely it of line!!!! We checked into this hotel Christmas night. The night staff was super polite and welcoming. I was a little disappointed that there was no Continental breakfast the next morning. We were informed that we would get back breakfast. Meaning everything was pre-package. I understand this is because of Covid however this is still not acceptable. Now I understand, that my husband and myself do not wear a mask but I've never been treated this rudely before. On our way out the next morning my husband was confronted by the morning concierge who actually cursed at him for not having a mask on. He was polite and simply walked away. I am the other hand was not. As we exited the hotel that same morning I confronted the morning concierge about her language towards my husband. She completely admitted that she did speak to him that way and that was because he did not have a mascon. I then spoke to her in a very loud manner explaining to her that as an employee of the hotel she is not allowed to speak to customers that way. She then cursed at me and also shot the finger at me. She refused to get a manager and was completely rude. Do not stay at this hotel! read more

Flew up from Florida to stay here as my son and his wife's wedding reception was taking place here and it was an excellent choice. The staff was friendly, efficient and courteous in all manners. Being just over a year old, everything had that new smell about it. The room was spanking clean..had a mini fridge, coffee maker, CLEAN bed sans bed bugs and an awesome A/C which could have given me frostbite if I had not turned it down at night. Their morning free breakfast had omelets , cereal, fruit, sausage, five kind of breads to make toast, oatmeal, waffles...the list goes on. And the coffee was top-notched. My son's reception was held in a small room but the staff helped configure the tables and chairs. I had such a good time celebrating their new-found union and everyone seemed to have a great time. The Hampton folk accept AARP/AAA and active military discounts. A quiet, sedate place which lies on a busy street, this is the nicest place in Maumelle! read more

I traveled with colleagues to Arkansas and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Maumelle on two separate occasions. They were wonderful to work with and made us feel extremely welcome. We rented the meeting space while we there and the room was always stocked with water, coffee and fresh baked cookies. If we needed anything, like extra chairs or an extension cord, they were extremely helpful in getting us set up. The wi-fi was also very dependable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. No complaints whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lot's of great, fresh choices. Overall, great stay and would definitely choose to stay there again. read more

Worst Hampton experience ever. 1/2 logged into AT&T wifi and 7.5 hours later re-formatted hard-drive, no dinner, and 6 hours behind schedule. Bed comfy, decor nice, A/C good, vending BITES - no regular chips AT all and that was dinner because of the issues with the BUSINESS access. Better wi-fi connection in the parking lot at Walmart across the street. read more

Arrived, curb appeal nice, walked in waited inline, no welcome or hi how are you, just asked checking?. Attempted a conversation stated we would like a nice quiet room. NO comment, she just was just doing her thing. We did ask for a wheelchair. Oh yes she did ask if we needed 2 room cards and told us about the continental breakfast. Then she handed me the cards and that was it. I just stood there, ok. She got a phone call and I did hear her tell the person she was the general manager. I ask the other guest where is room # and the elevators. She did not ask if we needed help with luggage or any thing else. Then one night came in late and all the disabled spots were taken, then we noticed a red car was in handicap spot, no placard or disable sticker. We waited and waited, the I went in and asked if the red car was disabled, they did move it. Just an FYI, where the carpet and tile meet our socks were getting caught on the nails. Was pleasantly surprised when we checked in for a business trip. The lobby and staff were above average for a Hampton. The rooms were really clean, housekeeping does a great job. The breakfast was good with the average variety. A nice perk is the brown bag breakfast they have at the front desk for guests to take with them. Parking was easy and well lit. I would recommend this place for anyone in town on business. read more
