In much need of a facelift. The place is getting long in the tooth. Staff were very nice. A lot of stains in the carpets, doors paint marked all up. Smells musty, and then they have an air freshener trying to cover it up. For the price it was fare. For a Hilton they truly need to update the building. read more

I was accidentally double-booked and didn't notice until the day after late cancellation. I called to cancel the extra booking and was assured that it was obviously a mistake and I wouldn't have to pay. This is an extra amount that I can ill afford to pay. The hotel just seems old. It needs to be freshened up. The rooms smell. The toilets don't flush properly. The phone in the room to call the front desk doesn't work. I did not enjoy my recent stay here. I will be trying another hotel in the area next time I'm in town. read more

Service and location are great. Lobby is clean. For $142 a night and the Hilton brand attached, I expect way better quality of a room. Unfortunately, this was the first recommendation nearby through my Hilton app. I emailed corporate and filed my concern with the front desk. Checked in around 11:38PM. Was exhausted from traveling all day and the kids were tired. You could smell mildew and mold as soon as you opened the door. (My own fault I didn't go ask for another room but everyone was just so tired and we didn't want to drag the kids back through the hotel and bags. Very strong awful mildew smell. Later discovered to be black looking mold and mildew. Old food under the bed. Just gross. Again for $142 a night, Hilton Garden Inn, I would expect more :/. Again, staff great but to say 110 is normally a good room I mean that stuff and rust doesn't grow overnight. read more

Our trek across America took us through Conway, Arkansas. There were various choices to stay for the night. My wife and I were very happy with our choice to stay here. Our room was large and modern with the hotel being spotless! The highlight of our stay were two staff members, Monté and the lady for waited on us for breakfast. I have been traveling across country beginning my retirement. I called when I was about 5 minutes away. Andrew was awesome, he accommodated my dog albeit a $75 fee. I don't understand why they don't charge $75 per child. wink but not my circus. I got here and took a much needed bubble bath after driving 900 miles today. I went down to the bar restaurant and had a lovely conversation with the bartender and another employee who was early for work. i learned a lot about Conway and was grateful for to converse with the locals. I ordered a cocktail, food to go and back to my clean room for a good nights sleep before I continue my journey in the morning. The only negative I have is that there was a guy cleaning the same spot in a cubby in the hallway for an hour. He was there when I went to get food and still there when I came back. He is stealing from those that take their job seriously. read more

We loved this Hilton ! When we arrived with no reservation the young woman at the front desk was friendly and luckily they had a extra room. The room was nice, clean and the beds were super comfortable. The rates here were reasonable for this hotel. They had a free continental breakfast or for $5 per adult extra they had a delicious cook to order breakfast with fresh eggs cooked your way we got omelettes. They had bacon, sausage and just about all you could think of except biscuits n gravy. read more

This Hilton garden inn was best I stayed at for the night !!! The family was so tired after a long drive HGI help us get a room fast!! We also got some Buffalo Wild Wings in which they were fabulously good and appetizing we were really hungry. I would like to point out that the staff were very helpful and very social The young girl at the front was very sweet and nice when I had any questions. BUT the front office manager was very helpful his name is Cameron Wiley he's very professional and helpful if their was a issue with the room or anything in particular . We stayed sun to Labor Day in which I believe the the Inn was supposed to be closed on Monday but the Inn was open All because of Cameron and the other staff . If I could give 0 stars, I would. Came with the wedding party that blocked off an entire floor - they accommodated rooms on the same floor for everyone EXCEPT the bride. We asked if they could move her. Shawn and Stephen at the front desk were rude and disrespectful. They spoke poorly of us at the front desk as others entered. The aunt of the groom had to ask them to not talk negatively about the guests while she was checking in. Ari, the manager, backed up the men up front as they lied to her about the situation. Not to mention the fact that the room had trash on the floor, DOG FOOD IN THE VENT, and an AC unit that wasn't working properly. Worst staff, disgusting hotel. read more

For this tier of hotel, we had an excellent one-night stay passing through from Georgia on the way to California. We chose this hotel in a toss-up between the nearby LaQuinta and Hampton Inn, based on the rate primarily, but were skeptical because Garden Inns across the country in places we've visited are not always great and this one did not offer the typical complimentary breakfast that Hampton and LaQuinta did. This Garden Inn, however, was a pleasant surprise. We called ahead to hotels for rates and arrived around 9:30p on a Friday night. Lobby was clean, well-lit and brightly decorated with a fruit-infused water and complimentary coffee station, and nicely-stocked snack shop behind the counter. Sean at the check-in desk was great - personable and helpful; we think he's who we talked to on the phone prior to arriving, and he was upbeat and professional on that call too. We got the Hilton Honors rate, even better than what we were quoted over the phone. Someone had just booked the room we had called about so we were given comp vouchers for breakfast in the morning without asking for them, which is a sign of excellent customer service. We almost chose the other hotels because of the no-breakfast-included issue; paying 9 or 10 bucks per person for continental or $12-13 (or more) for hot breakfast would put the rate on par with those other hotels where breakfast was included, but we just decided we would get fast food breakfast on the road...which made getting the vouchers even sweeter. I can see how that might be a deterrent or deal-breaker for some, though. It almost was for us. We booked a queen room with 2 beds. This isn't a brand new hotel, but it was nice and clean and spacious enough, on par with a nicer Hampton Inn. Granite in the bathroom, keurig-type coffee maker, microwave/fridge, good sized desk/chair, ample thick clean towels, great shower pressure (adjustable) and temp, comfortable beds (even though bedding on one looked a little wrinkled...not a big deal). Cool in the room and an extra blanket/pillow in the closet if needed. Plenty of outlets. There was only face soap in our room but they do have body soap for showering I found out, so probably an honest housekeeping mistake. The hotel's breakfast, that would normally be an extra cost, was ordered from a menu and brought out to you restaurant-style. Everything was really good after a couple of kitchen hiccups with timing and a shift change (some of our food arrived cold but was promptly remedied with apologies). Along with typical breakfast fare, they had a 'power grain bowl' dish with grilled chicken, egg whites, feta, ancient grains (mostly rice), tomato, kale (more like spinach) and optional pesto that was surprisingly tasty. Pancakes and Belgian waffle were less so, but the French toast was fine. Again, very clean area on the day we were there and the food was fresh. A little on the pricey side if purchased separately but probably still worth it. We didn't have time to check out any of the other amenities but did notice a fitness room with several quality treadmills. All in all, a great stay, great staff and great value for the money. read more

I had a wonderful experience with the Hilton Garden Inn! I was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The lobby smelled of fresh cookies when I arrived and there was complimentary water and coffee to wash then down. I can see that the staff of this place works extra hard to ensure their customers are satisfied. The entire hotel was clean and looked modern in decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was complete with a flat screen TV, desk area, lounge chair, and a well stocked in room Keurig (with k cups on hand). In the morning there was a cold breakfast bar and a made to order option. The made to order option was well worth the cost. The food was amazing and ready quickly. I had the scrambled eggs and french toast and my wife had the quick breakfast. The food was quickly served and was well prepared. The perfect start to our day! I really enjoyed my time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Conway and look forward to staying there again on my next journey to the Little Rock area. read more

Customer service review only, because we didn't make it past the lobby. We had a reservation at the Home2 Suites by Hilton next door. The room there was so disgustingly unclean, I asked the front desk to please get us a room across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn. She called them and sent us walking over at 3:20 AM with all of our things on a cart. When we arrived, Arthur told us he had rooms available but couldn't let us in because of our 11 pound dog. WHY did Kirsten from Home2 send us there if they don't take dogs???!!! Arthur 'IDGAF' could not have been less helpful, and by the way WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. We're currently driving 30 minutes to another hotel at 4 AM because one Hilton is absolutely disgusting and the other could not care less about their customers. read more

This was a pleasant place, pretty empty for our night there right at the end of December. We had a suite. It wasn't spacious, but it was fine. Everything worked as it should, from the hair dryer to the heater. The exercise room was small and fairly well equipped, but the weight bench would not adjust. Came here for a friends wedding. Normally stay Marriott, but all rooms were booked for some event. Pleasantly surprised. Like a regular Courtyard. Rooms are a little dated, still nice. Bed is firm. Air conditioning works great. Showers have good pressure and water gets good and hot. I'd still choose Marriott over Hilton, but this is a great alternative. read more

This hotel opened in mid-2007, and has been well maintained over the last few years. It's one of the few hotels that has a decent cafe (breakfast & dinner, don't know about lunch) & bar (after 5pm). Remember Conway has alcohol restrictions, so the restaurant & bar are behind a divider. Service (front desk & housekeeping) is attentive and friendly. Cookies at the front desk in the afternoon, with a small "pantry" area for munchies - pretty pricey, but no more than a 7-11 or Circle K price point & more convenient. Typical HGI room layouts & amenities. Nice indoor pool area & the fitness area is well maintained. Nice business area for PC and printer access. Free in-room wireless & wired WiFi. Breakfast isn't included (only $8.95 for a hot buffet) unless you're on a special deal or are Hilton Honors gold (or whatever level) member. You do have coffee in the room & can take coffee for free from the breakfast buffet area. I travel to Conway on occasion for family stuff & the HGI is definitely my choice of hotels. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about how I was treated during a recent, unplanned visit to this property June 6th and 7th. The management in the late evening and especially in the morning were very professional and courteous. The manager was very well informed as well as helpful while I sorted out how I was going to solve my traveling dilemma. The property is about two years old and very clean. The bed is ajustable for firmness, the room and linens smell fresh. They offer Neutogena shampoos, conditioner and lotion; nice products. The breakfast is $5.95 breakfast bar or $8.95 for omlets, etc. but is has a wide range of the usual and the healthy choices. I had the $5.95 breakfast bar with homemade Belgian waffle, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. I had a similar experience while traveleing in Beaufort, S.C. so I will be looking for Hilton Garden Inn for future visits. read more

One of the cleanest and most hospitable hotels I've been to. Very quiet, no noises outside our room which led to a great nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Here for a volleyball tournament and the management could not have been more accommodating. We had early game times and they opened the breakfast early both Saturday and Sunday for us. The feature omfy room with a great firm mattress. As one reviewer said the fitness room will do; I seem larger and nicer ones. Opposed toots hotels these days there is a nice lobby with semi-private seating in very comfortable chairs and love seats. The breakfast (not free in many cases) is cooked to order with buffet items as well. I am a weekly road-warrior and if traveling I were traveling to Conway for business this would be hotel of choice. read more

Not a happy camper! I hate to complain but I'm not happy. I come to Conway for business often and have always stayed at Hilton Garden Inn because I felt they're the best in the area. This time, I've been disappointed. First of all, I asked not to be put on the first floor but they said, they're booked and can't accommodate that but if something opens up on the second floor, they will move me. I took the first floor room, which is fine I guess, except that my window is right next to the AC units that woke me up through the night. The next day they moved me to the second floor where they claim they have all new beds that are firm beds( I can't sleep on a soft bed for medical reasons) second floor room is the same layout but it's close to the elevator, which again woke me up through the night several Times. That's not what I'm complaining about though. There's a loud non-stop humming/ frequency type noise in the room. I went downstairs and asked them to come figure out what it was and they promised to send someone to look at it. No one showed up! I woke up this morning, after a long night of having to listen to the noise, to take a shower and water in the tub came up as high as my ankles. I may need to find a new place to stay at when in Conway. Disappointed in Hilton! I have posted the video. read more

They are the nicest staff, always smiling, eager to make your stay the great pleasure it has always been. Clean facilities, rooms are clean and look very nice. I am disappointed---Staying here on business and I understand they are renovating but for the price of 139.00 per night plus fees/taxes for a 471.00 3 night stay in the condition of this hotel is not fair. When I went to my room there was masking tape on the door with the room number which was a little scary-- the room was overall decent, but the pool was "open but not heated," (way too cold to go in) the hot tub was drained and out of order, both treadmills in the fitness center were broken and the hallways smelled like smoke. Topped off by no free breakfast, which most hotels offer these days, and I was cranky! Not a horrible place as far as the rooms go, but the things I was counting on to relax while on business really fell through. read more
