This hotel has a good location, a friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Spring 2025 they are renovating, but staying open and working as the guests walk by. It is literally a construction site at the moment, and certain rooms face the refuse dumping area. Of course this affects the guests' experiences. No bar, and no convenience store in the lobby should you need water, toothpaste, etc. The free breakfast is the epitome of an example of "you get what you pay for - subpar. The mattresses have little structure so they are too mushy. The towels have more structure. Furthermore, they don't even have a safe in the room. They also don't even have a pad and pen to leave a note for Housekeeping (to wrap around a cash tip). Lastly, the TV goes in and out every 10 to 7 minutes reflecting an error message of "No Signal". When you call the front desk they say it's "the way it is", which is horrible CX. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation and stay elsewhere when in Nashua. read more

Five nights here in the middle of winter and it was very comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to retail shopping and a restaurant is within walking distance. My room on the fourth floor was very quiet with minimal hallway noise and minimal outside noise. It's near a busy intersection, so there was a little bit of traffic noise but it went away by bedtime. In the morning, I encountered my only complaint - none of the doors on the remodeled fourth floor have slow-close springs. Several folks let the doors slam and this was quite unpleasant. Hopefully they get this resolved. The room was clean with two firm queen beds and a decent work desk. Plenty of outlets at the desk and at the bedside. Wifi worked very well with no slowdown in the evening. Bathroom was clean and plenty of counterspace, shower had lots of very hot water. Stayed for one night in mid-October amidst COVID. It was a wonderful experience. When we checked in, we asked the woman at reception if she had any recommendations for dinner. We were also commenting on what the weather was going to be like. When we went back down after putting our suitcases away in the room, the woman asked if I was the one who asked about the weather and then told me what the weather was going to be like in Nashua for the next few days. I thought that was very nice. My other run in with her was when I wanted to use the fitness room after dinner. I didn't know, but I was supposed to make a reservation. It was 10pm and no one else had made a reservation, or was using the fitness room. She let me in and was extremely friendly about it. The man at the desk the next morning was equally as friendly. Nashua is honestly a great place for people. All that we encountered were genuine, welcoming, and helpful people. The rooms here were very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The fitness room was also clean and there were a bunch of cleaning items available to clean the equipment before and after your workout. The breakfast here was very good as well. One night in Nashua. That's the story that was had by my friend and I here at this Hampton Inn in New Hampshire. We came from Portland, Maine and arrived here in Nashua, New Hampshire after doing the 26.2 mile thing that I'm kind of known for. It's pretty nuts how it is, but you know, that's how it is. We arrived here on a Monday afternoon in mid May 2022. My friend and I booked separate rooms for comfort and privacy, so that worked out pretty well. We found our digs on Hotels.com and it was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the hotel amenities, such as the free breakfast and other things, since we were out the door at 5am for our thing in New Hampshire the next morning. We arrived around 2:30pm and checked in. Thankfully that they allowed early check ins before 3pm, which is usually the norm for hotels these days. The service for check in and outs was pretty standard and friendly. It was definitely fast and good since most cases, hotels don't typically lose reservations. With that said, the Hampton Inn hotel brand is distinct and distinctive. While it does have the world Inn in its name, it's far from the simple accommodations that comes with that hotel category. Hampton Inn hotel brand represents a brand of comfort and value, which brought me here. While the room rates were reasonable for the area we were staying in, it was a good place to stay. The lobby and the dinning area was spacious, but we didn't get to enjoy those areas during our stay. The hotel room was basically get in our rest in between 26.2 miles, which was basically 12 hours or so. It's a rough life, but you'd get used to it if you do it regularly. We spent the weekend of May 18-20 here and happily chose Hampton Inn because of the value and location. I have been at other Hampton Inns and they are generally similar. I stayed in a regular king room (room 429) which was facing the street. The room was spacious and appeared to be lightly renovated with new carpeting, chairs and an updated bathroom which took away the bathtub and replaced with a large sliding door shower. The furniture itself like bed frame, desk, tv stand, etc did look outdated even though there were well maintained. Pros: location - close to a supermarket, many restaurants, pharmacies and just about anything you need. Nice staff, free parking, free breakfast with a decent variety. We were here two days and they switched it up, different types of sausages, omelettes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, all kinds of pastries, cereal, yogourt, fruits, juices, coffee etc. They even provide grab-and-go bags which I find very thoughtful and convenient if you don't have a chance to sit and eat. Cons: mattress and pillows are left to be desired, bedding is too soft and the pillows don't hold their shape. You feel like your head and body just eventually sinks in. If you are used to something firmer, this may be a difficult sleep. Although the bathroom is spacious, I wish they offered detachable shower heads. No matter which hotel I go to nowadays, it's always the same, they use water saving shower heads so you're not getting the best pressure, but at least if the head came off you could clean yourself a littly more easily. Overall in terms of convenience, price, cleanliness and friendliness of staff, there are no complaints. It's a reliable place to stay in a town like this. read more

We have stayed here MANY times in the past, and I think this last time (last weekend) was our last stay. We are loyal to Hilton brands when they are available (I'm a Gold member). We stay because we know what to expect. This Hampton Inn has slowly fallen out of that expectation. The rooms need to be updated, some of the staff we encountered were less than accommodating or friendly (front desk). Digital key wasn't working this last time, and our plastic key barely worked and we had to have that replaced. When we arrived, the person working the front desk was nowhere to be found, and there was also water all over the floors and elevator from people using the pool. Just not what we expect from a Hilton brand. We like this location, but I doubt we will stay again until improvements are made. We visit Nashua often because we have family there. I have already canceled our next reservation there and booked the Homewood Suites instead. read more

Some of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. But, they clearly are not uniform in their training. This is a very nice Hampton, with truly comfortable beds and pillows and excellent customer service. It's also in a great location for shopping and access to highways. My only complaint is that the HVAC is not user friendly, and the fan doesn't seem to want to cycle off. When the heat is on, it's cranking, and it gets hot quickly, but then the room cooled down very fast when I turned it off. They couldn't help me regulate it any better, so that's just how it is. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! At check in, Bill greets you with a smile and a "Welcome Back!". He remembers guests by name and looks forward to seeing repeat guests. He always ensures you're satisfied with the accommodations and asks if you need anything. Bill is a shining example of the Hilton/Hampton brand. The lobby here is very spacious, warm, and welcoming. The lobby has a fireplace, flatscreen TV, a comfy couch, a large table with power plugs for your gear, comfy chairs, & a large breakfast area . The lobby always offers fresh baked cookies & fresh cider in the fall season. The staff does an amazing job to decorate the hotel for the season. The hotel was adorned with fall decor and pumpkins. I usually reserve a double queen room with the bathtub. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Shower/tub is very clean and the 10-function shower head is like heaven! It's like being in a spa! The room offers a spacious mini-fridge, microwave, ergonomic office chair/desk, in-room Ethernet, & fast WiFi. However, they do not have in-room movies for purchase, local cable channels only. The lobby is always a great spot to relax in front of the fireplace & flat screen TV. The staff frequently socializes with guests - making us feel welcome and valued. The lobby offers board games to enjoy as well. Paul, one of the night shift staff members, always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He always offers HHonors members locally sourced snacks (the best kettle corn I've ever had) & bottled water. He's even helped us when we needed two wine glasses. I stayed here during the COVID19 outbreak. Have to admit, I was a bit nervous. However, the hotel was exceptionally clean. I stilled sprayed the room fixtures with Lysol, but I felt comfortable that the room was well cleaned upon arrival. I liked the way they even had the front desk set up where you had to check in at a distance from the front desk clerk. And of course, the clerk was friendly and welcoming! My only complaint was that I wished they had put on their website that breakfast was no longer going to be served at the hotels. I totally understand why, but I still was disappointed. I had to find a place for take out breakfast myself. (One of the reasons why I stay at the Hampton is because of their great breakfast. But again, I understand. Not incredibly impressed. I need to travel quite a bit for a new job and I've had to stay at my share of hotels. My issues are small ones and should be taken relatively lightly; as it primarily shows slight reflection on individuals and not the hotel chain. The facility: The front stays pretty clean with the exception of crumbs here and there in the dinning area after hours. The walls have a couple scuffs but nothing too bad that detracts from the overall appearance. The room kind of had a Windex smell to it, but complaining about a room smelling clean is a little obtuse. In the bathroom, the bathtub's faucet was not secured to the wall so it moved a bit The bed was soft and with the standard firm and soft pillows I was easily able to get to sleep. Services: The gym only goes to 30Lbs but that is to be expected on the road. There is cardio equipment but you're limited. Pool it is large enough for if you have kids and want a break from staying in your room. Continental Breakfast: not a terrible selection and certainly better than some of the places I have stayed, but it was still a little chewy. Faculty: Typically I will leave a note for the Room Reset Crew that says "No Decaf Please :)" and this is the only time that they take the note but still left the decaf. Front desk: upon my arrival the front desk was very quick and helped, but when I was checking out, the gentleman that was working didn't seem to want to stay behind the desk to assist any of the customers (around 6am when people are checking out after breakfast). Also, he seemed annoyed that I had asked for a physical copy of my receipt that I need for my end of trip expense report. The complimentary breakfast is a really nice selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, make your own waffle bar, scrambled eggs and ham, hash browns, hot oatmeal w/brown sugar and nut/fruit toppings, etc. The staff is friendly but not smarmy and the do not disturb sign was duly observed. When we did ask for the room to be made up, it was the most unobtrusive service ever. Towels on the floor get replaced, hanging ones are left alone. I've been staying at Hiltons and Marriotts all over the country the last few days of my 8 day trip, and this Hotel takes the cake for comfiest bed! The pillows are fluffy, the mattress is a perfect combination of firm but squishy, the blanket even has character.
