From the outside it looks nice and same for the lobby. However, there is a problem with mildew/mold here. And they are short staffed for cleaning staff. My room was not clean correctly. I wiped down all the surfaces myself. There was a build up of dust on shelves, on top of the fridge that shows that no one has bothered to really clean in a long time. The toliet seat was not wiped down. There were dirty towels hanging in the closet. And a whole messy pile of towels in the closet on top of the s that you could tell if they were clean or dirty. The room I was given reeked of curry the whole time I was there. The windows really needed to be cleaned. See photos. Thankfully, I could the windows. I tried changing rooms but the room I was shown was on a shadier side of the building and smelled like mildew/mold. Breakfast was okay - could be better and there is worse. Most days the fruit oranges or bananas was past prime. Coffee was horrible. Convenient to two grocery stores with one right next store. Sometimes, unloading at the grocery store resulted in noise and exhaust fumes at the hotel. One time, the fumes made it into the hallways and my room. The laundry machines and room were better than average. Clean and working modern machines. I appreciated that. Nights were quiet in the top floor.

Ever heard of a food police? Well there is one working here! Stayed here this past weekend for my cousin's wedding (which was held at La Belle Winery about 20 minutes away). Most of the wedding guests stayed at this hotel. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Every room is slightly different in the lay out, but they come standard with a living room (pull out sofa bed), kitchen/kitchenette - dishes, cutting boards, cutlery, coffee pot, microwave, and large refrigerator. There is a heated indoor pool and outdoor patio area with grill! So about this "food police!" From day one, during breakfast, there is an older woman who stands around staring at guests while they eat! I'm not even kidding. Picture the mean cafeteria lady. I wasn't the only one who noticed how uncomfortable she made guests feel. I wanted to grab coffee and it was almost out so I went over to let her know and in a very nasty tone, her response was, "already?!" I guess she doesn't like her job very much. Found most of the staff helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my quick stay here (minus the food police).

Where to begin with Residence Inn? Let me start off by saying it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Nashua. I have family the lives close and have stayed at several hotels in the area several times. This was my first time at RINashua. We wanted to try something different. We arrived on a Friday night and booked till Sunday for a family visit. We were blown away by the size of the room upon opening the door. These rooms R basically mini apartments. We stayed in early May of '21. Masks still required and covid restrictions somewhat still in place. The woman at the front seemed to have something else on her mind when we checked in, which is fine but worth noting. Now onto why I didn't give a 5 star review which is really what I wanted to do but couldn't. When my wife pulled down the bed comforter, there was a blood stain on it. Blood? Not fresh, but blood none the less. Clear as day and smack in the middle. So I did what any person would do. I called the front desk. When I explain my situation the woman at the front desk sounded annoyed I was complaining about my bloodstained comforter. I was told they "could" send someone up with a new one. Almost as if I was supposed to come and get a new one , which meant I had to carry down the stained sheet at 10:00. Ultimately I was given a nice clean one and handed off the bloody one. What really bothers me the most is there was absolutely no apology whatsoever. No recognition that something happened that shouldn't have. Not the woman at the front desk, nor the gentleman that brought me the replacement comforter. I am not looking for free room or anything like that. Just a sorry it happened This being said, will I stay here next time I visit? Yes I will. It is a beautiful hotel that is clean and a value (IMO). The staff wears masks and cleans the breakfast area constantly as people finish there food. I guess my hope is that someone of authority will read my mini rant and have a conversation with staff about how a hotel stays in business

Seems like all the good reviews are pre-covid. I don't know if they cut down on cleaning staff during the pandemic or something but our room was not dirty, but definitely not up to Marriott standards. Also found a cockroach in the bathroom so we just checked out. They gave us a full refund but also did not seem surprised at our discovery. I would stay away.

I often need to work during traveling, and therefore it was absolutely wonderful that our room had a large desk with great view.

The rooms are cramped, walls are paper thin, and worst of all DIRTY. Upon checking in I found my sheets were covered in hair. The same can be said of the pillow cases and shower curtain. It was clear that nothing in this room had ever been cleaned. Upon showering the smell emanating from the shower curtain grew. It stank of cigarettes and curry; a putrid combo. The room also faintly smelled of cigarettes from other patrons smoking on the balcony all night. Needless to say, I will never return. Poor form, not very sporting. TL;DR Noisy, Stinky, Dirty. AVOID!!

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable Stay This was one of…read morethe most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was shocking and completely unacceptable for paying guests. The mattresses were flat, misshapen, and heavily stained with deep yellow discoloration that looked unsanitary and unsafe to sleep on. To make matters worse, the mattresses were actually smaller than the cheap metal cot-style bed frames they sat on. Because of this, you could clearly see the dirt, debris, and built-up filth accumulated around the mattress and frame -- something no guest should ever have to see. The room itself was bare and uncomfortable, with no lamps, no end tables, and no decor -- just a plain white room under harsh fluorescent lighting that made the space feel more like a prison cell than a hotel. The bathroom was equally disturbing, with stained tile that appeared poorly cleaned and neglected. There were also cigarette burns on the TV stand, reinforcing the overall impression that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. This was not simply an older or budget hotel -- the room was filthy and far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

This location failed from the ground up, from housekeeping, to front desk management not attempting to contact us while we were onsite, to no follow up from upper management within 24 hours of the incident. I do not recommend anyone staying here. It is unhygienic and unsafe, especially if you have children. This situation has left me with no faith In this brand. My less than one year old found broken glass in the room and put it in her mouth. We immediately took it out before she was hurt. When we went to look for more it turned out to be a broken crack pipe sitting in the corner of the room (picture included). When I brought the pipe to the desk I was not rude but was rightly upset (I know it's not the front desks fault) the staff proceeded to tell me they knew that the previous occupants had been doing drugs in the room, and had to clean more than a few pipes out of said room. Now there are a couple of issues with this. 1) This room was less than 100 feet from the front desk, you knew what was going on and didn't call the cops? 2) This means no one ran a vacuum or even walked around the room to double check that it was a safe and clean environment for the next guest prior to check in? 3) How clean can their regular rooms be? If they didn't vacuum I highly doubt they wiped anything down. Those kinds of drugs leave a residue that can be absorbed by the skin putting anyone in that room in danger of exposure like my two small children who crawl, touch everything, and put their hands in their mouths. Then the run around started. I requested to speak to a general manager or higher and was told he wasn't in and hard to get a hold of during the weekends. Then I was told more than 4 times by multiple employees that they had spoken to Greg multiple times, he just refused to speak to me (that's a great way to represent the company you work for). I also requested to speak to the management of housekeeping and received the same answers... absolutely disrespectful. My child was exposed to drugs and if we didn't catch her as quickly as we did her life could have been put In danger and nobody cared. When I called all of the corporate numbers, I couldn't get through to anyone and was left on hold for at least an hour and that's another corporate failure.

A true, traditional, historic B and B can't be beat, and that is what Timber Post is! She dealt with my questions very helpfully over the phone before arriving, and then the moment I arrived. Vivian has every little beautiful or welcoming detail covered, and the place is immaculately clean. There are intriguing antiques and pictures everywhere to add to the ambiance. The breakfast is sumptuous, but despite all that work, she was kind enough to make me something I preferred. I stayed two nights, at the start and end of my road trip, in two different parts of her lodgings. Both were lovely. It's quiet, for a light sleeper like me, and also important for a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Vivian even has done the genealogy on the Inn from its early years, and discovered she's descended from the some of the original owners! She said how the community there has been so kind to her. Now that's real sense of place. I highly recommend Timber Post for a true New England Bed and Breakfast experience, in rural Hollis. A delight.

Note: I deleted and reposted this, bc her response illegally posted some personally identifiable information. The response also showed the inability to internalize feedback, and misguided perspective on that feedback. Example: We SHOWED her the booking.com website where it clearly stated private bathroom in multiple places. I've added the photo to show that it said private bathroom, and yet she's insisting that it does not show this. This is how delusional she is.
