Always a smile and good morning from people at the front desk. I needed an ice pack to be frozen every night they put it in their freezer no questions asked. If there aren't any games or if you want to save a few bucks get a room with city view instead of the ballfield. You can go out on their patio and eat and drink and watch the game from the comfort of your hotel. I've stayed here several times and I would take this hotel over the doubletree downtown in a heartbeat. Only good thing about doubletree is you can walk to pretty much anything downtown.
