Every staff member I encountered was top tier! The front desk was exceptional!! Rosa, Denea, Becca, Theresa, Christian, the GM Jessica and the AGM Julie! They always had a warm smile and acknowledged us every time we walked by the front desk. Kudos to your amazing staff! Thank you for the amazing stay!

4 stars to the staff. I came super early and they found a room for me to check into. And they made sure it was facing away from the street so the noise would be minimum. The breakfast crew was also super nice. Greeted me with a nod and a fist bump. I felt super comfortable and appreciated and welcomed here by the staff. The amenities ain't so great. The bed was barely comfortable which was okay. I was only here for two nights. The TV in the room was a little slow to flip through channels. The shower and bathroom were okay. The weight room was a small room with three treadmills and a very small area with a few mirrors to lift dumbbells that goes up to 50 pounds. Put 3 people in the room and it feels overcrowded. Doors to theclose after 10pm so you'll need your key card to get into the building or ring the buzzer. There's a jack in the box in walking distance and one or two other fast food places / gas station. You could attempt to walk the 40 minutes to Buffalo Wild Wings. There's a link station about 5 mins down the road driving. It's the Tukwila International Station. Getting there is simple but with the location you're in, it's always going to cost you at least 10 bucks via Lyft/Uber. There is an airport shuttle. 530am is the first service and I think it ends at 10pm. I'm order to catch it from the airport, when you get to the shuttle stop you need to call the front desk. It takes about 15-20 minutes for them to arrive depending on traffic. So I suggest calling as you get off the plane so that you're not waiting too long. 3 stars because of the staff and the location to the airport. It made my 6am flight pretty easy. But it's not an ideal location if you're trying to go into the heart of Seattle.

But the hot tub was broken... =[ ...was all that kept this Hampton Inn from a five star review. Super comfy bed, smelled clean and felt super clean. (Hampton does have that clean bed promise). They even had a comforter with a nice design on it. Breakfast had great options including eggs, sausage (kielbasa I think) and tasty potatoes. Yogurt, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, and fresh fruit was also available. The treadmills in the fitness worked perfectly and there were plenty of towels to use. The TV in the fitness center was in a weird spot that you couldn't see from the treadmills. No big deal. Just weird placement. Hot tub and pool was closed. Would have been a nice cool off after the run. Coffee available in the lobby and in the rooms. Hotel is recently updated/remodeled. It's about a 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Plan on about a 20 minute wait at the airport and then the 15 minute ride. Definitely not as close as some other hotels. Also, there are two Hampton's in the area. The shuttle for this Hampton was light blue. Ask, "are you the shuttle for Southcenter?"

WARNING: FRAUDULENT HOLDING OF FUNDS & ACCOUNT REPREHENSIBILITY…read more This property is engaging in gross financial mismanagement and is currently holding my cash hostage in direct violation of their own corporate office's orders. During my stay, this hotel attempted multiple unauthorized, unhinged charges on my card: two separate charges of $22,000, and another for $37,000--totaling over $81,000 in fraudulent, erroneous attempted charges. This is not just a standard "glitch"; it is catastrophic financial incompetence. Now, they are actively withholding a $280 incidental hold on my debit card. Marriott Corporate explicitly instructed this local property over a week ago to release my funds entirely. Instead of complying, local management has gone completely rogue. The managers are deliberately screening my phone calls, refusing to answer the front desk line when I call, and ignoring every single voice message left. They are hiding behind their desks because they refuse to fix their massive mistakes. To Potential Guests: Do NOT give this hotel your card information. They will attempt to drain your accounts for tens of thousands of dollars, freeze your actual banking cash, and then ghost you when corporate orders them to pay it back. To Marriott Corporate: Look at the system notes for this case immediately. Your local management team is ignoring corporate directives, ducking accountability, and exposing this franchise to severe legal liability. Release my money immediately.

Onsite parking was $12/day. The hotel is bungalow style so the rooms are spacious. However, our room was very outdated. There were holes on the curtains that were covered by tapes. At the end of May, there were pollen everywhere - in front and inside of our room. We asked the front desk to clean it up and they said it will come back eventually... The complimentary continental breakfast was the highlight of our stay. They have some hot items we really liked.

Extremely disappointing stay at Interurban Suites in Tukwila, WA…read more We stayed for one week. Our stay was fully booked and non-refundable, but ongoing issues led us to cancel our planned extension. Samantha was professional and helpful when I spoke with her previously, resolving an automatically charged pet fee and advising me to call the next day between 8am-4pm to request a room refresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not meet the same standard. Marquita at the front desk was rude and dismissive, failing at the most basic role of customer service--the face of the hotel--and leaving a lasting negative impression. Towels delivered to our room were stained, worn, and unhygienic. Housekeeping staff Raina, present when the towels were addressed to the front desk, dismissed the issue as "guest misuse," claimed she saw nothing wrong, and insisted the batch came from a "new shipment" that was clearly inadequate. Photos document the condition. Manager Travis promised a room refresh within 15 minutes and said he would address the situation. Raina arrived over an hour later and exchanged the stained towels for cleaner, unstained ones, but no other cleaning was performed and the hygiene concerns remained unresolved. Due to poor service, unresolved hygiene issues, and staff negligence--including lack of follow-through--we decided not to extend our stay. These issues reflect a clear lack of standards and accountability. Rebecca O.

The room had a kitchenette with a fridge, drawers with utensils, and a sink for washing dishes, and a microwave.. The space felt updated but didn't seem very clean. The couch could fold out, but it looked worn and dirty. The decor was a bit off as well. There were funky green and yellow colors that didn't feel very inviting. The hotel offers a pool and breakfast, which included waffles, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. The rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, including granting a late checkout. They also offered to reimburse my Uber to the hotel and back to the airport when the lobby shuttle was unavailable. The area around the hotel felt a little sketchy. I was glad I took an Uber instead of walking to the nearby shopping center. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and the shuttle service is available, though I didn't use it personally. Overall, the room and atmosphere didn't feel clean or comfortable to me, and I would not stay here again.

Marked down to 4 because ai do t think you should have to pay extra ($20/night) to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at. Just my opinion. Room-5- Would be a 6 if I gave a 6. I can't say enough about this room (rooms). It was a two room suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a comfortable sofa and table, a round dinner table and bar, and a great, large, functional desk. Having a separate workspace made life easier and I didn't need to shut my laptop and/or remote screen due to light. Mattress/pillows-5-Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, not sure what made it that way but it was. Elevator speed/availability-4-Elevators were pretty quick, lost a point because one of the three elevators was down the entire time I was there. It's a big hotel and two elevators can slow down guest. Gym/pool-5-Again I would give the gym a 6 if I gave 6's. A great selection of dumbbells, cardio equipment, kettlebells and a smith rack with a straight bar and handles. (It would be nice to have more handles for the smith machine but that's not a deal breaker) Restaurant-3- I ordered from the bar not the restaurant so I can only speak to the bar. I am not a fan of being asked to tip before I receive my food but most places seem to be heading this way. My food order was messed up pretty badly and I was in a hurry so I was stuck with it. The person behind the bar didn't write down my order so I'm sure that's why it was messed up, the other person behind the bar that I paid was a little rude. Needless to say I won't eat at the bar for the remainder or in the future. Staff-5-Even with the bar staff the admissions folks at the front desk and other employees (maintenance and at the in-house Starbucks) were fantastic and very helpful. Price-5-Seemed appropriate and fair. Overall-5-My new favorite Hilton, I will definitely stay here again and I recommend you check it out if you are in/around Seattle. Shout out- Renee at the front desk was fantastic. Bonus- There is an Outback in the front parking lot, and a giant mall (Southcenter Westfield Mall) right across the street with tons of food options and a theatre).
