Lower priced than Hampton or Garden Inn as a general rule. The larger rooms with a semi full kitchen, real refrigerator, excellent desk area and not feeling cramped after wasted time on the road in cramped vehicles or crammed into airplanes is a joy and lowers everyone's stress. However this time there were some easy misses. First the room cleaning between guests was sloppy and incomplete. There was leftover food in the fridge, leaves on the floor and leaves in the bed indicating the sheets had not been changed! Gross! There was minimal silverware in the kitchen, one spoon and one fork. Even if they had previously been stolen by past thieving guests you still have to replace them. This room is sold as sleeping four plus the fold out bed for a total of six. You should have an equal amount of silverware to accommodate the head count you say fits in this room. Go buy some cheap silverware at a goodwill store. Who cares if they don't match from room to room. It would save you money and make guests happy. Do better please, we know you can.

When asked if it was fixed we were told it was never broken. Hmm seems alot like im getting the run around, then at breakfast i asked other guests if i had been open and they said now they had been there a few days and its been closed. Ao sounds more like its cheaper to just close it and not deal with it and lie to your guests about it. Second the first night we were there we rallied since Pool is closed we went and bought a game to play. So while playing it in the lobby area i made a cup of tea provided by the hotel, been fighting a cold so i wanted some honey noticed there was none out when i went to the front desk and asked about if they had any honey she said no they dont carry it in the hotel, i said not even on the breakfast bar? Nope none! I said hmm seems odd but ok so i drank my honeyless tea. But wait there is more i come down the next morning for breakfast and guess what is on the breakfast bar HONEY. Lie#2. Third asked for four pillows for our room and was told i cant give you four i can give you two if i have them? Huh cant give them to me the whole point here is to get a goods night sleep and your not allowed to give me more than two pillows. Mind you i wouldnt need them if the pillows on the bed were worth a crap. Fourth, back to breakfast, now i know they dont have to provide it but you do, so anything worth doing is worth doing well. To keep it short highlights, stale cereal, molded bread, cold gravy, cold eggs, cold sausages, watery oatmeal, and to add to the great experience broken pancake machine, lie#3 aka out of batter for the machine probably cutting cost again. So lets just tell the guests its broken. From The looks of things it seems more like what is the bare minimum we can do to charge people $150-$200 a night to stay here and not have to take care of the place. As i said i would stay anywhere else

The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were quite clean. There was a small kitchen (which we did not use but which would have been helpful had we wanted to heat up a prepared meal.) The internet was strong. We could not hear folks in the hallway from the room. We liked the fact that breakfast was served until 10 AM. Many business hotels quit serving at 8:30 or 9 am, which may be fine for businessmen but is not fine for tourists. We appreciated being able to sleep later. The breakfast, while it had a lot of prepared foods, was better than that of many hotels. The oatmeal, for example, had many toppings, had you wished them. There was lots of bacon and boiled eggs, as well a what I now consider to be the "usual" hotel waffle station. I would say that this hotel is, overall, better than some other Hilton Brands.

It was laid out like a bedroom and living room. You can slingshot programs to the tv from your phone easily. The breakfast was nicely presented with a few options for all. I was delighted that the quality of coffee was reputable, and very delicious. The hotel had a small fitness center. Also nice little pool for the kids to splash around in. There are pool towels outside. I'd be tempted to ditch the hotel brand I always go to for this one...

Due to a family emergency--my father suffering a stroke--I had to cancel my reservation. Despite the circumstances, management was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate the situation with any compassion or understanding. Upon arrival, the hotel itself was far below Hyatt standards. The carpets were stained and dirty, electrical sockets were either broken or loose, and several lamps in the room didn't even work. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority. Given the lack of empathy from management and the poor condition of the hotel, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests and maintain higher standards of service and cleanliness. This makes me never want to stay at a franchised Hyatt ever again due to these people without any humanity that own and run this hotel.
