Very high prices for terribly thin, cheapish photo paper for a photo print resulting in a very poor quality, amateur presentation. (I can do better at home with my equipment, but could not print that size that day). Was desperate. And you will pay a lot for this service, too. On the plus side, if you ever talk or meet them, they are nice, pleasant people. The quality is very disappointing and upsetting, and some of you may not care, but I do. In the end, when I contacted them to complain about the bad quality, no one replied. But I was not surprised! How do they stay in business anyway? That is a mystery.......

He was helpful every step of the way, from selecting the most aesthetically-pleasing design, to selecting the best materials, to the installation itself, to the sealing of the wood once it was installed. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.
