The children are rewarded with green participation stripes on their belts and also when the students are ready for the next level they do their belt test and they are presented with their new belt. She only used one lesson of the ten pack and the tennis pro spent 20 minutes talking about her personal problems. I inquired about a 4.0 clinic and they claimed they had a 4.0 tennis clinic but it was for 2.5/3.0 level players. The head pro "Happy" exhibits high levels of territorial aggression when you tell him you are working with another pro. He insulted me and made derogatory comments to the other players in the clinic when I disagreed with his advice. If you are adjusting your grips, learning advanced serving techniques or looking to hit faster balls- avoid this place. "Happy" teaches beginner "waiter tray serves", improper body orientation, grip, pronation and toss. My tennis group of 200 players who play in Miami and in the Hamptons are looking for a club to host our 105 games and we are going to play elsewhere. Tennis pros from other clubs have even warned our tennis group about "Happy".

Then came across this spot. They offered 3 classes today $20 for your first time. I would have done their special 4 classes for $99 unfortunately I won't be here that long. Our instructor was young positive and full of energy. She tailored to the clients individual needs. I was the youngest one in class besides the instructor. Age range 40-65 with half men and half women. You start on your rower for sprints and cardio then move to your mat for abs then back to your rower for more sprints and cardio back to the mat for little arm resistance with weights one more round of sprints on rower then cool down. Pow! 50 minutes class done! Something completely new to me but I highly enjoyed it. I worked a sweat and everyone was very pleasant. All in all I would love to do it again.
