The egg rolls used to be crispy and good but not anymore it was like a big soggy sauerkraut burrito or something ... so yucky oozing grease. The menu said that egg rolls are $1.00 I ordered 2 but the guy charged me $ 8.00 ... I am shy and i didn't want to argue so I paid. I wont be back again :o(

Watched an employee kill a fly with a swatter directly at the hibachi/pho prep line -- she removed the body but never sanitized the surface before service continued. Told the front desk; they said they'd "talk to the employee" but offered no refund or resolution. Understand pest control is a reality in any restaurant, but this isn't how it's handled at a working food line. Lost my appetite and most of the food went to waste, and I hate wasting food. While attaching the receipt as proof of my visit, I noticed the printed date and time don't match when we were actually there -- we arrived just after 1:25pm on July 10th. Also worth noting: their receipt states all transactions are final with no refunds, so there's no real recourse for something like this beyond a conversation with the front desk that goes nowhere. Attaching the Lyft ride receipt to Red Apple Buffet as accurate proof of our arrival time.

If you don't have time, call ahead and order to pick up many people were doing that during the visit that I could see. This happened to be Father's Day and at the end of the meal they presented a free dessert of mango and sticky rice with ice cream and coffee flavored jelly cubes. It was the most amazing taste experience. It's not a regular item, but I'm sure they could make it we did ask the name of it and the waitress was unsure, but she told us all of the ingredients. I usually go with 3, my husband typically chooses 4. Though neither are overtly spicy, the levels are known to clear your sinuses in a good way lol.
