The flavors and ingredients in the red curry, the soup, and the drunken noodles were delicious. The spice level of 2 out of 4 was just right. We came in from out of town and spent 3 days in Lawton. First off; this place was super cute and cozy inside and the service was fabulous, food came out hot, and the owner/waitress was amazing. Sweetest person I've met in awhile. My stars are merely reflecting my opinion on the food I ordered this visit. We're new to Lawton area and wanted try out any restaurant. This place popped up as the closest and had decent reviews so we visited. Nice menu selection! Thai teas were different.... Almost tasted like caramel was in it and it just threw my taste buds off with how it normally tastes. My husband liked the taste but I was not fully loving it. The eggrolls were the best thing we had; cooked perfectly and served with a yummy sauce. We both ordered the cashew nut chicken. And we were both kinda bummed with the execution flavor wise. It came out looking amazing but the flavor was lacking; almost bland for my tastebuds. We are Thai food lovers; but this was not what we are normally used to eating. The restaurant is run by a wife and husband tag team where they grow fresh herbs that will be used for cooking. The husband runs the kitchen while the wife is in the front taking orders and delivering them to their hungry guests. They usually close early evening because of the area that the restaurant is located. I tried their Tom Yum Kha and Pad Se Ew. Both food items were freshly prepared, tasted great, and reasonably priced. One of their highlights is the Thai chili that they grow because they will tell you that their food items do have a kick when it's added meaning that the dishes do get a lot spicier than usual. I would recommend guests get either a spicy level of 1 or 2 and then add some dried chili if they would like more of a kick. Please give them a try when you are in town for some traditional authentic Thai cooking. read more

My original review is below. I ordered to go today and was so disappointed. The to go box was only half full and I ordered it hot and it was not. Won't order to go again I had to try and his place because of the ratings and it didn't disappoint. First the people who own this are so sweet. It is a man and wife team. Just the two of them. She takes orders and he cooks. The both speak excellent English. I'd guess they were born here their language is so clear. I fell in love with the woman. She is the sweetest thing. My husband tried the sweet and sour chicken. We ordered fried rice for our grandson and I had garlic chicken. When you go in an Asian restaurant you expect the same thing. Heavy sticky meat that is sweet. No so here. I've never had these foods before. My husband's sweet and spicy was grilled chicken with green beans, broccoli etc in it and shote rice. And you choose the spice. Zero for no spice. 2 is jalapeño . 3is habanero and 4 is ghost pepper. He chose zero. I chose three for garlic shrimp. Full of veggies and shrimp. It was delicious. Spicy but not so hot you couldn't eat it, though when my husband took a bite he said I can taste the spice. We ordered egg rolls as this was our first time and I wanted to try several things. They were tender and slightly crisp. Not doughy and chewy like some. Very good. Maybe equal to my favorite's from another place. And I am picky about those. It came with duck sauce but not least ke in a Chinese restaurant. This has a hot kitchen k to it. I loved it. A bit thinner than a normal duck sauce. The fried rice was bland--but then it was for my grandson. It has pineapple, broccoli, peas, carrots, eggs, onions in it. I bet if I ordered it as shrimp and a level three hot I would have loved it. They only have bottled drinks but they will bring you a glass with ice for your drink. When we got there, only two tables were left. No one was talking loud. I hate loud echoing restaurants. It was nice, cozy. Charming. And the owners laughter and smile made it relaxing. My grandson said why is she talked to me. I laughed. He noticed how nice she was and that she addressed him too. Pretty simple menu with pictures. Great prices. Nothing fancy here. Spice level 1-4. Got the drunken noodle w/ beef ($9), spice level 2. Sizable portion that you definitely could leave some for lunch the next day. It was a bit too spicy for me. Wish I would've gotten spice level 1. Apparently they roast their own Thai chili peppers. They were good about coming out with the water. Food did take a long time to come out (30 min). There was another large party (8 people maybe) and 1 other table. The restaurant was also really cold. Polly's is right by my house and I finally tried it and glad I did. Don't be discourage by it's very unappealing location, it is definitely one of those amazing hole in the walls. The Thai food is very good. The flavors on the sauce were definitely wonderful, however, if you want spicy, make sure you tell them spicy because I got a 2 star and there was no spice. The lady who took my order was extremely nice and let us order right before close. You get a good portion of rice and lots of meat. Prices are very fair! I only give 5/5 for fine dining. That being said, this place is excellent! The quality and freshness of the food is above and beyond. The spice levels are useable. 1-4 and 3 is very spicy, 2 is also spicy but not too much for most people [who eat spicy food] and 3 might be too much for most people [who don't].
