Rude lady at the fitting rooms on a power trip…read more Lady at the entrance door who is welcoming people is very nice and example of what great customer service is. Lady at the fitting rooms on the other hand on a power trip or just looking for an occasion to be rude to people. I walk in to the fitting room and she calls me back with a not friendly tone, then she lectures me on how I should tell her about my items out of respect and continues to lecture me about not to leave hangers inside, etc. I had not done this before and her tone and look were not friendly at all. I decided I wasn't going to let her ruin my day or my shopping so I just followed along. Lady is definitely on a power trip and who knows what other motives. I understand all those rules but I have no idea if different places and different burlingtons all have different ways, plus she was on a full blown conversation that and many other times, but even if she might have been "doing her job" at the end of the day I'm the customer and definitely don't appreciate being lectured especially for stuff I had not done before such as not leaving the hangers inside. The first time I had walked in she wasn't even on her post so I have no idea why she started acting like I was ignoring her presence. Plus even if she was sharing policy, she had to be nice about it.

Even though you try them on, you wont actually know how well they fit or how defective the product is until you have worn it for 30 minutes to an hour. I now shop on Amazon for waist trainers under $30. I have found much better quality on Amazon. The first trainer I purchased at Elegant Figure was of good quality and lasted a long time. I was 20 pounds heavier and lost weight. So I came back for a second trainer once my first one wore out. I guess they were now using a diffrent brand or model because the second waist trainer would rolI up my stomach and down my back, it just would not stay put. So I came back for a third. This time the trainer would stay put on my stomach area but it would roll down my back. I don't know if it was something with the rib area of the waist trainer not being supportive. So i figured i better buy a waist trainer vest, that way it wouldn't roll down my back. The waist trainer vest would bulk out in the back area, so it didnt not smooth out the back or provide right support for the back in clothes. Decided to quit waisting money and get a $29.99 waist trainer vest on Amazon, and the quality was amazing. It smoothed out my back, no bulking in the back when wearing clothes. I also did purchase 3 fajas at Elegant Figure. Only one I liked. The other 2 weren't so good. Although the second one I did get compliments from guys. I did give Elegant Figure 3 stars for convenience, they are local and great if you need something right away. They do have good customer service, they are good about getting you fitted and helping to put the garment on. Im not small and they did an excellent job getting my waist trainer and faja on. They are good at what they do. They are just too expensive to not have the greatest quality products. If you shop there I recommend trying on 2 or 3 diffrent products and not just go with the first one they recommend for you. And if you can sit with it on for 30 minutes. Make sure you check how the fajas fit in the back but and sides.

She is screaming next every 5 seconds even before the people have checked out or put their credit card in. She will scream next until you walk up. So you are standing right behind these people that are still trying to pay and grab all their bags. THEN the person that looks at the receipt is watching your entire transaction and asks you to open your bag. Sir you just watched my entire purchase. I have a baby in my hands and bags. Open the bag yourself. There are much better, friendlier options close by don't waste your time.
