manicure and pedicure, the woman took me back to the pedicure bowl and asked me what I wanted showed me a book and I told her and it was the cheapest one it was $35 but I just had a pedicure two weeks before so I didn't want nothing but really polished change she took over a hour ? when she did my nails her station was filthy dirty her nails looked like she had a fungus dark under all of them she did not have gloves on. I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished . read more

My first visit to Hana's. I am here for a mani with overlay, was told this was $40 but with pedicure they offered a discount of $10 off. Today is Sunday they seem a little busy, the wait wasn't great but what definitely helped was they offered me moscato! Lol I'll wait happily with a little wine... that made me happy. I most enjoyed the beautiful and colorful atmosphere, their walls are turquoise and purple with comfy massage chairs and awesome images on lighting. The customer service is friendly. However just to be totally transparent the nail tech who ran my water didn't notice the water was dirty and the station hadn't been changed.. once brought to their attention they courteously fixed.. glad they were receptive to my stern NO way lol... They are a little more pricier but it's a laid back and aesthetically pleasing environment. They have a different niche due to them having a selection of high end choices for your spa experience. The signature pedicure was $28 (least expensive and what I chose)..but they have a milk and honey treatment choice and other options that include exfoliation and hot stone massages, herbal treatments and the more expensive that were between $50-$55 for : Organic Jelly pedicure -that help stress and aching muscles Volcano Spa - Also helps stress and aching muscles with DETOX Opi Organic Paraffin Deluxe - Helps repair and heal dead skin and is anti-inflammatory! read more

Came in for a manicure pedicures with a bridal party. They were able to take a large party of 7 at once which was awesome! The techs were kind and efficient. We finished in 2 hours. I grabbed the milk and honey pedicure and it was very nice and relaxing. I got tips and a dip manicure and they looked beautiful. My only watch out is they don't soak off gel (I had gel on previously) and only use the tool to scrape off so it hurt my nails. They are very affordable too! read more

I came to Hana Nails to get Y nails done and my toes plus eyebrows. I laid on the back room table, to get my eyebrows shaped and trimmed . When they got finished... I was disoriented!! By the time I was taken up front to pay and leave. My back was burning. I paid my money for services . Then , I left and got in my vehicle. I felt , like something was wrong. I went to urgent care. The Doctor said. Bugs had. Bitten my back completely. She gave me a prescription and asked where had I came from: I told her Hana Nails and Comfort Spa. She prescribed medication and I got the prescription. Then, went home in pain. This was the worst feeling of pain I had ever had .,, on my back . I was bitten all the way, down my backside. It was also burning !!! As, if I was on . This is not a clean nail Salon ,!!!! I CRIED for weeks. Do not go there unless you want bugs to bite you or your children. I spoke to management and they offered to pay for my medical bills please don't subject yourself or your kids to bugs . This place isn't clean and sanitary !! read more

I'm searching for a new nail place as my previous person retired . I walked into Hana's today with out an appointment. I didn't have to wait and got the basic pedicure from Tara. Very good pedicure. My only complaint was the music. Definitely not relaxing read more

Their customer service is terrible. I called and made an appointment, didn't matter. Came in and had to wait 20 mins for them to find someone to do my pedicure. Then sat another 15 mins on Hana to start soaking my nails. Then Hana's husband moves me to another tech, then she leaves. So I'm suck waiting on Hana. When ask and had issue because they moved me from Hana so she could finish someone else.... I was told what do you want me to do everyone has gone home. Asked me to come back tomorrow. Don't come here. Avoid it if you want good service. read more

I was a walk in and the took me right away. She was fast and efficient. I asked for a glitter color and it wasn't going to look the way I wanted so the nail technician got a tool and scooped out the glitter and used a toothpick to individually add the flecks to each nail. You don't get better service than that. Very impressed. read more

My daughter has gotten dipped nails here twice. Both times she had issues within a day or two with the quality of the work and had to go back for repairs. This time, we made an appointment in advance with Hana herself hoping to get better quality work. After barely being acknowledged by anyone 20 minutes after our appointment time, she was told it would be at least 10 minutes before Hana could get to her, so we left. Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for 4 pedicures and a manicure. One pedicure was my 80 year old grandmother. Requested a specific nail technician for my mani pedi and during the pedicure they were letting some people walk around without masks on when the sign on the door specifically stated that masks were required, which is why I brought my grandmother. During my pedicure one of the patrons without a mask is walking around the place and then she comes over to talk to the tech doing my pedicure. My tech walks me over to the dryer forgets my scheduled manicure and works on the patron that interrupted her. Will not be back. Very unprofessional! read more

The first thing when I step on is how ascetically pleasing the store is. They have colorful walls and light going through the top window with pictures of rainbows. Besides the looks of the store, I got the basic pedicure and it was very good. Good service, and good communication. The only thing you should be ready for is the wait. First time going. The gentleman was very nice but he talked a lot how his hands were hurting and how over worked he was. I requested French pedicure and French manicure. He put my feet in warm water, I was waiting to see if he would put some type of foot soak powder in water but nope he did not. Just warm water. He did not massage my feet or nothing. Just clipped nails and put nail polish on them. No lotion nothing.Now time for manicure. Still no massage just clipped a couple of my nails that were uneven and put polish on them and he was done. He did not put a top coat on nothing. Seemed like he was preoccupied because I did not want any of the extras that he suggested. As other obvious long-standing customers came in for services that was much expensive than mine he lost focus with my service.$53 dollar later basically just for nail polish I feel like I overpaid and under service. Came home did my own pedicure and have to put a topcoat on my fingernails because they had already start chipping by the next day my toenails polish where chipped and all my finger nails polish were chipped. Very dissatisfied had to go on vacation with a manicure and pedicure that look like it was a month old but in true fact it was only a day old.
