The young gentleman who did my pedi was nice and efficient. I liked the fact they did not try to upsell me; that is something I find so annoying. Overall, it was a nice basic job. I have also been here for an eyebrow wax. I was SO pleased that they have a private room for this. For me, this is a MAJOR plus. I'm only in Springfield a couple days per month. Now, I need to get a total dip replacement and it has been less than a week. I should've done this review earlier but I'm really not trying to give up all my favorites so you'll have to come in and figure out who your favorite technician is. Today my color scheme was purple.
