When we decided to cancel again for non use, we looked up cancellation procedure on the massage envy corporate website and followed exactly. We both received a not so pleasant call from "Ashley" who said we had a contract and refused to cancel our account. When we both stated that we never signed a new contract, she became defiant and said she "would look into it and call us back". For several more months, the account refused to be cancelled and we finally gave up and had to CANCEL the billing account credit card to stop the unwanted billing. No help from the store. No credits. Just attitude and refusal. Again, we never signed a contract. Buyer beware. Update: The business manager page responded to contact the franchise below. After three emails and multiple phone calls later, I have to do more work to resolve their problem???!!! No thank you. How about you have the franchise issue credits immediately to both me and my wife's credit cards, for 4 months of billing after we requested officially thru their process, then call and apologize for being unprofessional and rude. That would be a great start. I'm done catering. It's time for some action from Massage Envy not more time and energy to be spent by me.

Overall , a good experience but there are things that I would've liked to be different. The overall vibe seems a bit commercial, even though there are marocan elements scattered throughout. I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.

I explained my pain symptoms and he said he figured I had numerous discs bulging and/or hemorrhaged. His educated guess was L3 through S1 and he was dead on the money. Treatments unfortunately only helped me for about a day or two- but since it is severe, I will take the temporary relief over no relief. Staff is always friendly and next week I might try acupuncture with him. I've done acupuncture before and had great results, so I am more than willing to try everything! I am also going to an orthopedic, I am literally throwing everything at this injury.
