Within sixty miles, the car had a coolant leak. We call the folks down here that sold us the car, they told us to take it to a mechanic and have the mechanic call them. They would take care of it. The did not take care of it. Although the fix wasn't expensive, it was only one hundred dollars, it is the principle or it. The mechanic said it was obvious they tired to fix the leak, but the weren't able to. They still sold us the car and refused to even pay part of it. These guys fit the 'used car salesman' stereotype.

I contacted this dealership about a suv that I was interested in, they contacted me back wanting…read moresome information about a car I was interested in trading in, I told them what it was and they contacted me back for a vin number and milage and I sent them the information they asked for and told them I would be in sometime after work that day or the next day which was a Saturday, I ended up driving there straight after work at four o'clock and when I pulled up and parked and approached the entry doors a guy standing there wearing a Wabash trailer shirt asked if he could help me so I had ask if he worked there because you definitely could not tell by looking at him, I proceeded to tell him I have been in contact with someone here about a car I was interested in and wanted to look at it and test drive it, I told the guy what car and he told me they just sold the car when I pulled up so I wasted my time to go there and didn't think any of this experience was professional to say the least, so I get home and get another message wanting more information from me which told me this dealership doesn't even know what's going on with there own lot, I messaged them back and told them i thought they were idiots and told them they sold the car two hours before I got the message and to not message me ever again or I would take appropriate action over harassment and left it at that so I thought and being that these people are ignorant or trying to smart and message me back in spite but now I have to file a report of harassment against these idiots with proof, good job morons, I cant believe they stay in business with these sort of business practices but if this experience represents the quality of vehicles this place has then I would be surprised if they make it off the lot, this place like some many others like it and go out of business and leave a trail of disappointed customers behind.
